Alles war gut, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und die Bilder sind realistisch. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum entspannen und um nicht gestört zu werden. Wenn man jedoch etwas unternehmen möchte ist in der Umgebung nicht sehr viel geboten. Die klassischen Touristenattraktionen (geführte Bootsfahrt, Jetski, Bootsmiete, etc) sind natürlich gegeben. Restaurants hat es ebenfalls genügend. Die Landschaft ist gut geeignet für eine schöne Wanderung. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und das Haus war traumhaft. Es war schön abgelegen und man war schnell am Meer. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Klasse Unterkunft in Toplage! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles was versprochen wurde, war auch vorhanden. Absolut ruhige Lage, wo man als Gruppe seine Privatsphäre hat und sich getrost im abends beleuchteten Pool entspannen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen, die ihre Ruhe wollen, Einkaufsläden sind in 10min Nähe.

Everything was perfect!

Royal Promons is a beautiful house. Very modern and spacious. You will need a car for transport to get to any supermarket or restaurants in the area. But the place is very private and the surrounding is very peaceful. The place is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Wir waren zu 7. für eine workation in der Villa und es war der Hammer. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Dem Haus fehlt absolut nichts. Das WLAN hat auch super funktioniert zum arbeiten. Ich kann das Airbnb nur empfehlen egal ob für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub, workation oder mit Freunden das Haus hat alles was man braucht und mehr :)

Das Haus ist schlichtweg genial. Die Beschreibung und Bilder sind absolut zutreffenden und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Super sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge habe uns jeden Tag auf neue Begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben auch die Lage der Villa selbst geschätzt, nur Natur. Trotzdem war man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im nächsten und hatte alles was man an Infrastruktur braucht. Die Lage und Entfernungen zu vielen schönen Zielen fanden wir für uns auch noch sehr wichtig. Würden jederzeit nochmals dort Urlaub machen.

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alleinlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht aufs Meer. Man ist in 3 Gehminuten am eigenen kleinen Strand. Ein Traum!!!

What a gorgeous view and spot for a relaxing holiday. The house has been newly built in the last few years and has everything you could need. we loved it. You can walk down to the sea along a rocky path. Owners were very helpful and we would highly recommend it.

Meine Freunde und ich (10 Personen) haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus erlebt! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Als besonders empfanden wir die Lage. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Auch dort ist man komplett für sich allein und kann richtig entspannen. Die Liegen und der schöne Pool laden täglich zum Sonnenbad ein! Die Straße zum Haus ist asphaltiert und man kommt direkt zu den 3 Parkplätzen vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Ein großes Danke auch an den den Besitzer (Marko). Er war jederzeit erreichbar und gab gerne Infos. Alles lief wirklich reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Rundum ein sehr schönes Urlaubsziel was man definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Nicht nur von der Einrichtung her sondern auch von der Lage. Man ist wirklich für sich alleine. Der Eigentümer ist sehr sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt (in Englisch).

Everything was wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was straightforward and Marko was very personable, nice and available if we needed anything. The sea is no more than 8 minutes walk away and we even had our own small private beach. We can only recommend the villa to everyone :)

This fantastic villa gives well needed rest after tracking in the mountains and National parks nearby. Zadar is 20 min drive away and a great place to visit and revisit.

Nastanitev je perfektna. Hiša je na samem, tako, da se na dopustu lahko res spočiješ in uživaš v samoti. Hiša je ogromna in pametno razporejena. Kljub vročini je hiša tudi brez klim - hladna. Kuhinja je opremljena z vsemi pripomočki. Na zunanjem zidu smo si pripravili letni kino. Bazen je velik.

Beautiful house, well maintained and clean, hosts are extremely nice and helpfull. Very close to the mall but further from the beach and down-town so car is must have if you want to get around. House has big backyard and very beautifull warm swimming pool and the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Excellent communication before arrival. The owner appeared immediately after I called from outside the villa. We we were given an explanation of all appliances etc plus suggestions of places to visit and local amenities. I would caution only that the two new bedrooms are not yet ready. All in all an excellent experience

We had a fantastic stay and will likely return shortly! The hosts were extremely nice, the house very clean, with good furniture, good beds and a very nice pool (which our host kept very clean). The beach is 5 minutes by car, small groceries and Maslenica as well. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even had two small turtles in the garden, perfect for my daughter!

Wer einen gemütlichen und privaten Urlaub haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Dennoch waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Das Grundstück ist nach unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Erholung pur, garantiert. Alles ist sauber und alle paar Tage wurde der Pool gecheckt, ob das Wasser und der pH-Wert noch in Ordnung ist. Es ist alles da, was man üblicherweise daheim benötigt. Das Objekt war durch und durch sauber und für die Kinder gab es ebenfalls jede Menge zu entdecken (inkl. Spielsachen). Wir können daher dieses Domizil zu 100% weiter empfehlen und nur noch mal danke sagen, für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße Familie Jurisic, Mastrorilli und Singh

This villa is just stunning. Everything is very well thought out and the hosts have designed the perfect getaway home. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well equipped, pool and loungers are great. Linen and towels are excellent quality. This villa is the perfect location for peace and quiet holiday or a base location to explore other areas of the country. The owners met us (even though our flight was delayed) and had provided a lovely local brandy as a little welcome gift. I can't recommend this villa enough although I don't really want anyone else to know about it in case it gets fully booked before I can book it again.

The property is as described, very new and well equipped. No neighbors, very private, one can enjoy the swimming pool in perfect quietness. Highly recommended.

Ils nous ont fait découvrir la région autour d’un excellent repas...nous avons passez 12 jours à 9 dans cette villa où tout était parfait et rien ne manquait. N’hésitez pas à découvrir cette belle région Et sans hésiter cette maison...les yeux fermés !!! Belle rencontre et belle découverte..

The stay there was so relaxing, we enjoyed it very much!

Unser erster Eindruck war wow. Wunderschön gelegenes Haus, wahnsinnige Ausssicht, einige Meter von Starigrad entfernt, inmitten der Natur aber modern und architektonisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet sowohl innen als auch außen. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen und eingewiesen. Er war auch sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen zum Haus oder der Region. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief reibungslos. Das Erdgeschoss hat einen Wohn-, großen Ess- und Kochbereich. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich unter anderem noch eine Toilette, ein Dusche mit WC und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Obergeschoss sind die restlichen 4 Zimmer mit jeweils Doppelbetten. Zwei davon haben Zugang zum Südbalkon und jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Der Außenbereich hat einen großen Pool und eine teilüberdachte Terrasse. Es gibt 3 Stellplätze für Autos im Bereich zur Straße. Die komplette Straße zum Haus führt allerdings über einen etwas steileren geschotterten Hang, für geübte Fahrer jedoch kein Problem. Nicht weit vom Strand entfert gibt es eine kleine Bucht mit einer kleinen Anlegestelle für Boote. Da in der Nähe keine anderen Häuser stehen , hat man diesen Abschnitt eigentlich immer für sich. Unser Fazit: Eine Reise in diese Region ist es allemal Wert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und umpfangreich ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit jedem Anliegen an den Eigentümer Toni wenden, der immer hilsbereit war. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Zadar und auch die Nationalparks Paklenica, Plitvice und Krka sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus und einen wundervollen Urlaub in Zadar.

Wunderschönes Haus, mit wundervollen Pool und klasse Ausstattung. Die Besitzer sind klasse und in jedem Fall erreichbar. Ich empfehle das Haus zu 100 % weiter! Wir waren absolut und rundum zufrieden.

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

The house is really nice and quiet. Zadar is very busy and the area is nice with paklenica, Nin and Sibenik all on driving distance.

Die Villa war an einem ruhigen Ort, nicht weit von Zadar und vom Strand, so lange man ein Auto hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, auch Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Das Gelände ist ummauert und bietet somit 100% Privatsphäre was uns persönlich wichtig war und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight der Kinder ! Lg Beyza

Das Haus war wie beschrieben! Besten dank für die Gastfreudschaft. Sehr nette und offene Leute.

Für zwei Wochen waren wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) in der Villa Eiche in Smilcic in der Nähe von Zadar zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus ist in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe fernab von vielen Touristen, ist aber auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Zadar. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Da Smilcic günstig gelegen ist, konnten wir fast alle unsere Ausflugsziele in ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr großzügig gelegen und neu saniert. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Der Pool verschaffte uns bei den heißen Temperaturen stets eine willkommene Erfrischung. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war sehr gut und auch zweckmäßig. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden und alle Geräte (z.B. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) funktionierten tadellos. Das Schönste aber waren unsere Vermieter vor Ort! Noch nie sind wir mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit empfangen und verwöhnt worden. Gleich ob ein Willkommensimbiss, selbst gekelterter Wein, oder das gemeinsame traditionelle Peka-Essen; wir waren überwältigt und begeistert von so viel Gastfreundschaft. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus und auch unsere Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Vielen Dank für Alles liebe Familie Crljenko!

Great villa! Clean, big and perfect for a big group of people that wanna chill. Like 20 mins drive to zadar which is the main town which was really cute with amazing food! Host really nice and available at all times! Nice pool and good internet connection considering all 13 of us in our group were using it! Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Croatia thanks to Tomislav and his friends who welcome us. The house was magical and better then expected! They was really patient with our time of arrival who was not precise because of the traffic on the road. Littles attentions was waiting for us like food and it was really welcome! There was a small problem with the wifi but they was very reactive and fix it really quick. Tomislav was very nice and give us advice for activities and other stuff, it's was a pleasure to talk with him. We have the best holidays in this little paradise! Thanks again Tomislav!

Excellent séjour dans cette demeure très tranquille. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour les locataires. Maison très bien équipée. Super potager avec légumes frais à profusion. Idéalement placée pour profiter des sites alentours: Krka, Kornati (avec Dalmatia adventure), Paklenica, Pag, Zadar... We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of June with our 3 yr old son. We had a great time. The pool is the best we've had in the past 4 years of Villa holidays. So clean and whilst not heated it was the perfect temperature for splashing about in and cooling off. We all loved it. And, unlike most villas in Croatia, the pool is gated, so very safe for young children. A massive bonus for us. Tomislav is a fantastic host - very warm, friendly and accommodating. He stocked the fridge with Croatian cheese, ham, fruit, milk and bread for our arrival which was so nice, and great timing as we arrived at lunchtime and our son was hungry! The views from the balcony are wonderful. You feel secluded yet 10 mins to the old town. Nin beach nearby was lovely and sandy, and so many trips available in the area. We did trips around the Islands, the Krka national park and a walk around Sibenik. I can't fault the Villa, the host or the location. In short, I want to come back! Visit Zadar, stay here, you won't regret it!

We stayed for 10 fantastic days in this comfortable and beautiful villa. Quiet location within a 10 minute drive of the town of Zadar which was a lovely mix of culture, history and modern vibes. We arrived late at night at the villa and Tomislav was there to welcome us. He was helpful and easy to contact for our various needs (car hire etc). He checked the pool regularly and made sure that all ran smoothly for us. The villa was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay; excellent wifi, large barbecue and lovely outside eating area beside the pool. We hired a car for the whole time and visited sites including Plitvice Lakes, Pag, Sibenik and Nin. We would definitely go back to this area, stay in this villa and recommend it to our friends.

Friendly, helpful owner. Ideal spot for discovering Zadar, and great launch point for trips in our hire car, with the peace of the countryside right on the edge of the town. Good runs/walks in the woods behind, and great swimming pool in private, secluded garden. 10 minutes drive to the old town for relaxed eating, painting and enjoying the historic buildings. I would strongly recommend it.

Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!

Schitterende plaats, alle rust en ruimte. Iedere dag werd het zwembad schoongemaakt, zeer hartelijke eigenaren! Ze hebben regelmatig wat meegenomen, zoals watermeloen, groenten uit de tuin, chocolade voor de kids, zelfs een barbecue verzorgd, die zij bekostigden! Dieses wundervolle Grundstück ist für Menschen die einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub in der Natur verbringen wollen eine Oase der Ruhe. Ein traditionelles Steinhaus, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette entspannte Vermieter, die eine familiäre freundschaftliche Stimmung erzeugen. Ruhig, gepflegt, ein wunderbarer beleuchteter Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm und einer Außendusche. Ein traumhafter Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen, Mauern und Natursteinbänken. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Küche enthält alles was ein Urlauber benötigt. Sogar ein Außengrill für Holzfeuer ist vorhanden. Sogar eine Boulebahn mit Kugeln ist vorhanden. Die Vögel und Insekten erzeugen einmalige Geräusche. Zadar mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie einige Nationalparks und das Meer sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!
