Super schönes Haus in dem man sich total wohl fühlt Mega nette Vermieter, mit vielen guten Tips Lage ist top und zentral . Mit den Fahrrädern kommt man schnell überall hin . Dach Terasse ist wirklich toll. 150 Prozent Empfehlung.

We stayed in Villa Val for one week and we had a great time. The villa is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need whilst on holiday. The pool is a great size and has plenty of room and loungers round it to make it a place where you can easily stay relaxing for a day or more. The villa has plenty of shops and bars nearby. The recommendations for restaurants in the villa information booklet are worth visiting and there are lots of nice food places in the town. It is easy to get to town on the bus. We were a party of 7 and it was as easy and cheap to get an uber to and from the villa. Marinko, the owner, was in contact and available throughout the stay to advise on restaurants and activities. He also sorted taxis to and from the airport. We would love to return to this villa again.

What an amazing Villa, exactly as described, spotlessly clean. We were by met by owners Marinko and Anna who explained everything and were on hand for the whole stay. The view and the hottub went well with bottle wine left for us. Found a fabulous breakfast place really close, so reasonably priced. First day we walked from the villa to Zadar, but there are regular buses, beautiful place. Beach is at the bottom of the road with a few shops and few good restaurants. We just had such an amazing stay in Villa Val. The house is well maintained, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop with the view and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus. The location is perfect; in a very beautiful area next to few small shops, to the coast and to nice restaurants by walking distance or with the bikes. And you are few minutes away by car to the city of Zadar The owner of the house is really thoughtful and ready to help and assist with any request you may have. It is just so helpful and appreciated when you do not know the region and you can just relax and you know you will have an amazing stay. We were given really good recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, local dish to try, taxi driver, homemade Croatian dinner at home and the owner made sure to help with organizing everything.

What can I say...? We stayed in Villa Val for 11 days and we loved every minute of it! The house is located in a very quiet street where you can relax pritty much undisturbed. On the other hand, in a quick walk of few minutes you can reach the nearest beach, bars and restaurants and with the bikes provided you can reach all that even faster. The house and the rooms are decorated and furnished lovely. The kitchen is well equiped, there was nothing we were missing. We noticed that the entire house was very clean (probably the best cleaned vacation home we have ever been to). For us, the whirlpool on the rooftop terrasse with sea view was our absolute highlight! Ana and Marinko are really lovely hosts that took good care of us, provided tips and information and were always reachable. They were also really flexible regarding check-in/check-out times and shared funny stories as well as local insights. Overall, we had a great time in Villa Val and we would love to come again in another vacation.

This villa was perfect for our stay in Zadar. It had everything we needed and more. The villa was immaculate and so spacious. The pool was warmed and the hot tub was a great extra! The views were incredible. It was only a short walk to the seafront where there is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We got on the bus to the old town and it was really Easy. All of the recommendations the hosts provided us were brilliant and they were always checking in on us throughout the week to make sure there wasn’t anything else we needed. They offered to book us taxis, takeaways and even helped my brother with an appointment at the emergency dentist when he wasn’t well. The service was above and beyond! We can’t recommend this villa enough! Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Wir (7 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) waren vor knapp 2 Wochen dort zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein früherer Check In war kein Problem und wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich empfangen. Marinko der Eigentümer, der auch gleichzeitig fließend deutsch spricht hat uns direkt mit einem Willkommens-Getränk in Empfang genommen und uns alles Wissenswerte über die Villa und die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Nähe aufgezählt. Die Bilder die man im Internet sieht versprechen genau das was man vor Ort vorfindet. Alles war sehr reinlich und sauber. Die Räume waren allesamt klimatisiert und der Pool war auch einfach Traumhaft. Das Absolute Highlight der Villa war für mich der große Jacuzzi unter dem Sternenhimmel, bei dem man abends nach einem anstrengenden Strandtag/Bummeltag den Sonnenuntergang zusammen mit seinen Freunden und einigen Drinks/Leckereien den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen das bis dahin mein Klimmzugrekord immer noch Bestand hat ;)

Eine perfekte Villa! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Toller Garten mit Pool und Tischtennistisch, super Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi und Meerblick, 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, ..... einfach alles da. Die Vermieter sind super nett und für jede Frage offen. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände bekommen. Mit dem Bus sind es ca 10 Minuten bis Zadar. Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wirklich SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Just returned from a week vacation in the villa. We absolutely loved the place! The owner Marinko is a really nice host and I would recommend everyone to book this villa!

We stayed as a family of 8 including 2 young children. Here’s a list of amazing things that Villa Val has going for it. - Prompt, friendly and helpful communication with Marinko, the owner - restaurant recommendations were great - Beautiful roof terrace for sunsets - Beautiful shady and sunny pool area - you can escape the sun if you want to - Many amenities for children & adults - pool table, trampoline, ping pong, board games, inflatables etc… - Spotlessly clean & secure - Perfect location - shop & beach 5 minutes away. Zadar old town 10 mins by Uber or a little more by bus Villa Val is 5* and even more incredible in real life!

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in der wundervollen und modern eingerichteten Villa. Für uns war das Haus einfach perfekt. Vor allem auch durch den Gastgeber Marinko, der uns top Informationen über gute Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Taxiunternehmen, Reservierungen etc. mitgeteilt hat. Er kümmert sich wirklich herzlich um alles. Die Villa ist mit allem nötigen und noch vielen weiteren Extras ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Meer und auch bei einem kleinen Supermarkt. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man auch schnell bei einem großen Supermarkt. Keine 5 Gehminuten vom Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, somit gelangt man auch zügig nach Zadar direkt. Auf der herrliche Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang perfekt genießen - beim Abendessen oder direkt im Whirlpool. Ein herzlichen Dank nochmal an Marinko für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Es waren tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Val, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert, die zweite Woche 7 Personen, Nachzügler sind über den 20 Minuten entfernten Flughafen schnell abgeholt, ohne dass man am Haus von Fluglärm gestört wird. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze und 5 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Alle Schlafzimmer haben das Bad en suite, also ist das Haus für bis zu 8 Personen und/oder 4 Pärchen geeignet. Alle Räume sind modern eingerichtet und bei Bedarf klimatisiert, die Betten sehr bequem und genügend Stauräume vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse lädt vor allem abends zum Umtrunk ein, tagsüber kann dort im Whirlpool mit einem herrlichem Meerblick gechillt werden. Der Pool im Garten wird 2 Mal wöchentlich gereinigt und ist schön groß, es stehen viele, bei Bedarf beschattete, Liege-, Sitz- und Essplätze zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt von Zadar ist bequem in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, zudem sind Supermärkte in allen Qualitäten und Größen schnell erreichbar. Kurzum: die Villa Val ist zurecht sehr gut gebucht und wir kommen auch wieder. Bis bald Marinko!

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) sind zum wiederholten Mal in der Villa Val und sind jedes Mal hellauf begeistert. Die Villa ist topp eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Zentral gelegen erreichen wir alles fußläufig, sei es der Strand von Diklo oder die nächst gelegenen Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswürdig und sehr serviceorientiert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Although we visited at the end of the season and the weather was not perfect we had a great family holiday. We were made most welcome by our host and he was available at all times if we had any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family (all young adults), especially the on suite bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We made use of the heated pool every day even though the air temperature left a bit to be desired. The view from the roof terrace is at all times of day magical. The Villa is highly recommended and we would definitely book again.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in der Villa Val. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt. Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Pool top! Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Meerblick noch besser! Auch der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an die tollen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Val :) Das Haus ist groß, sehr modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts!!! Küche, alle Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet. Garten mit Pool wunderbar, Dachterrasse Abends einfach nur Traumhaft... ankommen und genießen! Kontakt war superfreundlich, nett und sehr hilfsbereit, danke;) Jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder...

This villa was really perfect, me and my friends spend there a week and everything was great. The pool was clean and warm, and jacuzzi was the best think. Rooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations.

Die Villa ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist sehr modern und sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und von dort kann man super Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Kurt gesagt es war rundum perfekt. Zusätzlich ist der Vermieter auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er steht immer für hilfreiche Tips zur Verfügung und sorgt sich sehr um seine Gäste. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und daher kann ich die Villa nur empfehlen!!!
