We spent our summer vacation with six people at Villa Kate. From the first contact through the duration of the entire vacation to the checkout, everything worked perfectly. A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good. Wir waren über Ostern mit 4 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist mit Pkw sehr gut und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit reichlich Platz für 8 Personen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Genügend Platz für 2 Familien. Pool und Outdoorbereich mit Küche, Grillstelle, große Sitzmöglichkeit, Sonnenliegen und Parkplatz. Alles da was man braucht um in Ruhe mit der Familie zu entspannen. Eine Klimaanlage für den oberen Schlafbereich. Tipp hier: die Türe im EG geschlossen halten. WC, Dusche und Waschmaschine im Outdoorbereich. Sehr gut. Moderne ,saubere Villa! Alles vorhanden bis auf Hygiene Artikel!

Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei die den Pool liebten. Sie konnten laut sein und Spaß haben ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Nähe zu Zadar und dem Meer ist super und ist auch kein großer Aufwand. Auch der Weg nach Split ist gut machbar und ein Besuch wert. Wir können es nur empfehlen Melanie W., 25. 2022.

Eine wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage mit sehr freundlichen und netten Vermietern , wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen . Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Magnifique villa avec une déco extérieure de goût située à quelques km de la mer

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber alles, alle drei Zimmer haben ein eigenes WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist perfekt und für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Küche kann man kochen und sogar grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Selten so ein in sich stimmiges Haus gesehen von der Machart, den Möbeln und sogar der Deko. Jeden Morgen um 7.30 Uhr kommt abwechselnd der Bäcker oder der Lebensmittelverkäufer mit seinem Bus vorbei und hält direkt... Guido Engelhardt, 31. 2024.

Дуже приємна власниця Анна. Зустріла нас без додаткової оплати, хоча ми приїхали дуже поздно. Нагадувала, бо ми приїхали в день, коли всі магазини були зачинені. Вирішувала всі наші питання по ходу відпочинку. Як приватний асистент. І за це все ми не платили додатково. Вілла дуже зручна, є кондиціонер, великий басейн, величезна територія! Дуже зелено! Great place, exceptional hosts, highly recommended!

We spent there fantastic and unforgetable one week in the end of June. Comfort, pleasure and relax are the best words to describe our experiences. The house is big enough, fully equipped and simply beautiful. The swimmingpool has the stairs inside and the jacuzzi area which makes it safer for the kids to stay there and enjoy it all together. Tolle Lage da es ein bisschen abseits ist. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Meer. Nach Zadar fährt man cirka 30 Minuten und kann dort die tolle Stadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, inklusive tollem Fitnesskeller und top gepflegten Pool. Alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt ist vorhanden in diesem Haus.
