Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Sehr liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Das Highlight für unsere Kids waren aber die Schildkröten die auf dem Grundstück leben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und das Grundstück gepflegt. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub bei Marija und ihrer Familie und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We had an amazing time during our stay! We were a large group, so it was nice to have individual rooms with our own bathrooms (very hotel-like) but have access to a common shared rooftop space.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft als Gruppe zu 6 gemietet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief immer ohne Probleme. Falls wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Jure uns sofort geholfen! Beim Check-In wurden wir mit Häppchen überrascht und uns wurde alles im Haus gezeigt. Er, sowie auch seine Frau, sind unglaublich nette Menschen! Sehr schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und alles in einem Top Zustand. Großer Pool und schöne Zimmer, alles vollklimatisiert. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Hauseigentümer, welche bei Problemen direkt zur Stelle waren. [Aufenthalt mit 10 Jugendlichen im Alter von 18-20]

Wij hadden van alles bij ons, maar laat alles thuis. Van wattenstaafjes tot aluminiumfolie, verzin het...het was aanwezig. Wij huren al een aantal jaar via HomeAway vakantiewoningen maar zo’n compleet huis hebben we nog niet eerder gehad. Wel jammer dat er geen weegschaal was, maar tijdens je vakantie moet je je ook niet wegen

Haus, Garten und Pool total klasse und gepflegt, dir Vermieter sind voll nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Inventar der Küche beinhaltet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und richtig groß, so dass man ausgiebig schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter kommt regelmäßig (nach Absprache) vorbei und reinigt den Pool. Świetnie spędzony czas, mili i przyjaźnie nastawieni gospodarze,zawsze pomocni,super komunikacja! Bardzo polecam.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tia war sehr angenehm und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch mal etwas nicht gepasst hat war nur eine kurze Whatsapp an den Gastgeber Roman nötig und das Problem wurde geklärt. Auch trotz der Tatsache das die Villa direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt (Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite der Straße, also: Straße -> Haus -> Pool), ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig, nur die ab uns zu startende Flugzeuge vom Zadar Airport... Wir (6 Freunde, 22-25 J.) haben unsere Woche hier sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Anliegen stets sofort reagiert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und alles hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! The holiday home Marija was as it was described in the ad. It is a very comfortable house with a very nice and big garden and a nice pool. The trees and plants are placed with a fine architecture. A very nice terrace. The house is furnished with everything you need and every detail has been thought of. It is ideal for 6 people, but up to 8 people can stay. It offers a lot of privacy. Das Haus liegt außerhalb an einer Landstraße, ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in Nationalparks, Städte oder ans Meer mit wunderschönen Stränden.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les hôtes qui nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement, Hélène et sa soeur parlant un français parfait et Marin dans un anglais également parfait. Ils sont restés en contact avec nous tout le séjour afin de nous conseiller pour des sorties, des restaurants et surtout la PEKA, plat traditionnel Croate qu'ils nous ont préparé et livré à la villa. The villa is two apartments which as a family was great as we shared everything. Spacious rooms and very clean. The pool is the real cherry on the cake though. Everything is within walking distance and the area was just getting busier towards the end of our week. Our transport arranged by Tomislav was really good do I fully recommend Kreso, he was so helpful and gave fair prices too. Great week all round and the weather was fabulous too!

Das Ferienhaus ist vor Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben ausgestattet. Auch vor Ort war immer jemand als Ansprechpartner da. Tipps und Hinweise waren sehr hilfreich und machten den Aufenthalt angenehm.

We stayed at Martina's house with our two sons aged 4 and 1, the location is rural and very quiet which was perfect for us. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Martina had everything we could need for our two sons including cots and high chair. The pool is lovely and also very private. The property is a short 10 min drive away from two towns which were really nice and on the water front. Lots of restaurants and lots to do for the children. Martina was a great host and... Everything was great, the house was superbe and very clean. The host showed great hospitality and they were really nice. You can reach the beach by foot and Zadar is only a 20 min car ride away.
