We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage! Everything was at the highest level – the house was clean, well-kept and very well-equipped. The heated pool is a huge plus, especially on colder days – we were delighted! The owners are very nice and helpful, you can see that they care about the comfort of their guests. Lots of amenities made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Full service villa, spacious for family of 5 (2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 2 WC) Pleasant deck with nice hot pool. Super-friendly owners who live next door but do not disturb at all, always accessible via whatsapp for questions and suggestions. Welcome drinks were cold in the fridge! Near a supermarket where all basic food is present, up to 10min by car to large supermarket. Super quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the sea... Perfect holiday Place!

Absolutely Amazing Host, Ivan made entire stay so smooth. He was there at middle of night to hand over keys and explain everything that was needed. Helps as he lives next door but never compromise our privacy and was on other end of phone instantly when asked anything. His family was very kind help too. Overall property really good and has everything you need. Great interior and also amazing outdoor space and equipment to have total family fun. Wish we could stay long to be able to utilise... Really calm place, far from civilization. :) Beautifull clean pool. Table tennis, and billiard for a relaxing break.

A perfect place to relax, the swimming pool and the entire facility are clean, well-maintained, the hosts are very friendly and hospitable. All around peace and quiet.

We were two families with small kids and the biggest assets of the place were the pool and the fact that the house was very well equipped with spices, coffee, tea - the usual suspects you need when your'e cooking but forget to pack. The hosts were really friendly, unintrusive but helpful whenever we needed anything. We had some issues with mosquitos in two rooms, but the hosts provided us with Raid as soon as we reported it, which helped.

Great location to enjoy a peaceful and stunning scenery. Withdrawn from the city but easily accessible, the villa is very charming. Light flows abundantly through it, which allowed us to enjoy delicious days here. Thanks!

Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Vor Ort ist es noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben nach Ankunft eine komplett ordentliche und saubere Villa vorgefunden. Die Austattung sowohl im Innen-, als auch im Außenbereich ist top - es wurde hier so gut wie auf alles geachtet. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Das Haus und der Pool sind beide wunderschön.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen. Great villa! Clean, big and perfect for a big group of people that wanna chill. Like 20 mins drive to zadar which is the main town which was really cute with amazing food! Host really nice and available at all times! Nice pool and good internet connection considering all 13 of us in our group were using it! Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home.
