Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

The villa has everything, different seating areas, a beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, football game etc. and the bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The host has welcomed us with a cheese/sausage shelf and a bottle of wine, very thoughtful.

Hier und da, gab es minimale Mängel, die leicht zu beheben wären. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr gastfreundlich und unsere 21 Tage, wie im Fluge vorbei. Luxus ist natürlich der Pool und die überdachte Terrasse, welche vor Sonne oder im seltenen Fall, auch mal vor Regen schützt.

The villa was very clean, well equipped, and had more than we expected. Well-thought-out solutions, air conditioning in every bedroom, mosquito nets on every window. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped, large bathrooms. Contact with the owners is very good, if you need anything they respond immediately. Only advantages, we are very satisfied. We recommend!

Das Ferienhaus ist vor Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben ausgestattet. Auch vor Ort war immer jemand als Ansprechpartner da. Tipps und Hinweise waren sehr hilfreich und machten den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Villa. Anreise mit 13 Personen war kein Problem - Eigentümer waren sehr nett und herzlich! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und könnten uns gut vorstellen, noch ein mal zu kommen. Das Haus ist komplett umgeben von einer Mauer, das heißt sehr geschützt und man ist für sich alleine. Das Haus hat mehrere Eingänge zu den Zimmern. Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in super unkompliziert gestaltet. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort absolut empfehlen!

Es war ein super ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist wundervoll, die Gastgeberin super nett. Selbst die Nachbarn sind ganz nett zu uns gewesen.

Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... We had at wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The place is amazing, and much better than we expected. The house has everything you need for at great holiday, the garden area and the pool is lovely, the beds are perfect. Everything very modern and completely clean. We can highly recommend this villa for everyone who would like to spend their vacation in a luxorious villa, close to the beach, the citycentre, the bakery and the supermarket.

The accommodation was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing. Due to temperature reasons, it was even preheated a little. The owner welcomed us very warmly and was very accommodating. There were even welcome drinks and cake.

The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

Excellent séjour dans cette demeure très tranquille. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et aux petits soins pour les locataires. Maison très bien équipée. Super potager avec légumes frais à profusion. Idéalement placée pour profiter des sites alentours: Krka, Kornati (avec Dalmatia adventure), Paklenica, Pag, Zadar... Bellissima villa che ha superato le nostre aspettative! La casa è molto pulita, spaziosa ed elegante! Gli host sono molto disponibili ed amichevoli, ci hanno fornito anche una griglia per fare il barbecue. Super consigliata!

Nice and spacious, lovely outside, kitchen facilities.

Wir, 4-köpfige Familie, waren bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast. Die Lage sowie die Umgebung sind perfekt für uns geschnitten. Es gibt alle benötigten wie auch erdenklichen Möglichkeiten Vorort zur Verfügung. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Top Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos, die Kommunikation zum Host lief perfekt. Immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Vor Ort alles sauber und ordentlich. Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht. Die Lage ist ideal, nah am geschehen aber weit genug weg das man bis in die späten Abendstunden entspannt draußen sitzen kann. The location is perfect for exploring Zadar county. The villa itself is spacious and plenty of room for everyone staying to enjoy whatever they wish to do. Whilst it was too hot to sit in the tavern or to play pool/darts/table tennis, it's lovely to have so much to do within the villa. The pool area is lovely, plenty of shade if needed. The garden attracts lots of wildlife including lizards and swallows which nest in the eaves. Bathrooms and rooms very clean and tidy.... MrPeteUK, July 5th, 2025
