I will start with the highest praise...I would definitely come back to this house. It is everything that is in the description and more. The house is newly constructed and as such is not just clean and modern but also perfectly placed at the top of a hill where you have great, unadulterated views of the water and the mountains. +Villa was close to the ocean and on the doorstep to Paklenica national park. A perfect combination of our stay. The house was very well equipped and seemed brand new. Nice pool to chill in. Good size bedrooms with individual air-conditioning. Quick response from owners when we had questions. - In the description online it lists washer and drier as amenities, but these were not in place.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Wir durften etwas früher in die Villa, damit wir nicht irgendwo in einem Restaurant warten mussten, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir kamen auch an einem Nationalfeiertag an, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Die Villenbesitzer waren so freundlich, den gesamten Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln zu füllen. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. De accommodatie was nog groter dan op de foto’s. De eigenaresse was zo ontzettend vriendelijk, ze stuurde ons berichten over waar we konden eten en welke activiteiten er waren te doen in de omgeving. Het huisje was al gevuld met eten, drinken, handdoeken en alle schoonmaakbenodigdheden. Als we wat nodig hadden konden we zelfs een berichtje sturen. Het zwembad is verwarmd en het huisje is voorzien van airco in elke ruimte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Unterkunft hat Alles gehabt, was man sich hätte vorstellen können und noch mehr. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und durch die ganze Unterkunft geführt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.

Haus, Garten und Pool total klasse und gepflegt, dir Vermieter sind voll nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Silvana. Elle correspond en tous points à sa description et aux photos. Dans la maison vous trouverez tout de fonctionnel, appareils ménagers tous en excellent état, sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain, fer et table à repasser. The stay in this villa was absolutely exceptional! The place exceeded our expectations - the villa is beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. A huge advantage was the fabulous garden and private pool - the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were very nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place for a vacation ❤️

The Villa is very big — there is a lot of space (even for 8 people). The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, so we felt very well. The only thing we could mention is that the water pressure at the showers was a little bit weak. But we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely book Villa Sky again!

Villa Nea is really well- equiped with all usefull equipment. Swimming pool was also great. Wi-fi network was working fine all the time.

We had a very nice stay in this villa. The hostess was very friendly and was always available when we had questions. The stay was super clean and had all the necessary equipment. The villa is in a beautiful location where you can relax, but it is also only 20 minutes from Zadar where you can eat and go out. We are super satisfied with our stay. We definitely recommend this villa!

Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Mega schöner Blick auf die Bucht. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Man ist in 5 min. unten am Strand. Brot kann man vom Bäcker kaufen, der jeden Morgen vorbei kommt. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

Großartige Unterkunft, lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr sauber! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Große Auswahl an Restaurants im Ort sucht man vergeblich, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Fünf Sterne+ für unseren Urlaub

This villa is just stunning. Everything is very well thought out and the hosts have designed the perfect getaway home. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well equipped, pool and loungers are great. Linen and towels are excellent quality. This villa is the perfect location for peace and quiet holiday or a base location to explore other areas of the country. Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.
