Wir haben eine wunderschöne und saubere Villa vorgefunden. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es gab genügend Handtücher ( auch für den Pool ), der Pool war super um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und die Aussicht am Haus und von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch! Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der gesamten Anlage war bemerkenswert! Vielen Dank, wir hatten zwei tolle Woche !

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Villa war sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlerin lief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist gut, auf jeden Fall eine gute und günstigere Alternative. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Aufenthalt wert.

Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die Vermieter haben mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gestaltet. Sie haben sogar für uns Fleisch zum Grillen eingekauft, damit wir in Ruhe am Pool den Tag verbringen konnten. Der wurde auch täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt. A warm welcome, & a stunning place with simple elegance. the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Pool (was cold) play area for the kids. Also had Snooker table great for entertainment. The nearest city is Zadar and takes about 30 mins and delightful with a famously historic places and the famous musical sea organ. HI, we visited the villa on August 22. A group of 12 people. It was a wonderful accommodation including equipment. The owner was very helpful and willing. I can warmly recommend for accommodation a party of good friends who will enjoy this beautiful house. I have nothing to complain about - I definitely recommend it. Karel

The villa we stayed in was stunning, and our hosts were very communicative, always providing prompt responses to every question. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt well taken care of.

The handover was done on time. We were on arrival in a constant exchange via WhatsApp with the owners. The communication in advance was always very helpful, personable and all questions were dealt with in the short term. The house is very well furnished, the 4 bedrooms are large and there is a bathroom next to the common area on the ground floor (open kitchen, dining area and living room) on each floor. Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unserer Familie in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ein sehr geschmackvoll umgebautes altes Bauernhaus mit reichlich Platz und einem sehr schönen Pool. Unserer Kinder waren morgens, mittags und abends im Pool. Im Garten gibt es, in einem abgegrenzten Bereich, zwei kleine süße Schildkröten. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in einem alten kleinen Bauerndorf. Die Kirchturmglocke und morgendlichen... Everything was great!

Der Aufenthalt war äußerst entspannt und das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet. Durch viele kleine Details fühlte man sich herzlich willkommen. Der Pool hat an warmen Tagen für Erfrischung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt

We've been 6 guests for a week (no children) and had the time of our lives. The place doesn't only look stunning - everything is brand new and feels that way too. A little HighQuality escape if you want. Little markets with fresh fish and groceries are just around the corner... the beach just "down the hill" and Zadar and Zadar Airport just a few min of drive. I recomend the Villa very much. I would book it again (and might come back in the future).

Everything was nice and clean. Owner is very helpful, came to help us with air conditioning in about 10 minutes after we called (it was 9pm and the fault was our) and fixed it right away. Just perfect!

Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa.

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!
