The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was very good and nice. There were absolutely no problems with the arrival and departure. The house was in perfect condition and beautifully prepared and cleaned when we arrived. Everything was available what you could possibly need. The rooms and wardrobes are beautiful and very spacious. All in all everything was perfect and we had the best time!

The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. The swimming pool is very clean, the kitchen really big, the rooms are perfect and we liked the bbq place. The owner is really nice as well and would love to bring you some homemade wine and oil. He also knows a good Taxi company if you’d like. Thank you for everything!

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Danke nochmals. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Geschirrspüler mit tabs, Bügeleisen einfach an allem gedacht. Klasse Unterkunft. Und ein riesengroßer Pool der alle paar Tage überprüft wird.

The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

Well-maintained and equipped villa, in a quiet but convenient location, with wonderful hosts and on the doorstep of a beautiful town. Pool and BBQ facilities were fantastic and well used during our stay.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa is very modern with all equipment prepared, stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter, also was table tennis and grill in Garden and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly and uncomplicated, very nice contact and also he was... Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... Alles war perfekt, sehr sauber. Gastgeber TOP! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit,gastfreundlich. Privatsphäre wurde sehr respektiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, das Haus gerade für uns, die den direkten Trubel nicht wollten, einfach ideal. Auch in der größten Hitze ließ es sich mit dem Pool sehr gut aushalten. Und die Schildkröten Taten für die Entspannung ihr Übriges. Wir können es nur sehr empfehlen und auch, wenn wir schon oft in Kroatien waren, legt es uns Nahe wohl auch nächstes Jahr wie... Dieter L, August 1st, 2020

Maison proche de l'autoroute, entre mer et parcs. Très propre, pratique. Coin piscine agréable. Commerces à proximité. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. 40 min de Zadar, 1h de Split, 20 min de la mer.

What a beautiful house in the Croatian countryside. Easy drive to the Krka waterfalls and we also did day trips to Split and Zadar. 5 stars

Ubytovanie sa nachadza v pokojnej casti Privlaky, cela tato oblast je ale pokojnejsia a neturisticka. Plne vybavena vila s velkou vyhodou vlastenej kupelne pre kazdu izbu/miestnost, Velky bazen vhodny na plavanie aj zabavu pre deti, komfortne sedenie/lezanie pri bazene pre vsetkych. Niekolko teras, moznost grilovania... Na plaze je to par minut autom (beach Sabunike aj pesi...).

Wenn es für Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Gesamteindruck 10 Sterne geben würde, würden wir diese sofort vergeben. Das Haus ist einfach nur super. Sanja und Ivan sind sehr herzliche zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die alles möglich machen um einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Da das Haus außerhalb liegt ist es ratsam ein Auto am Start zu haben.Die Flughafennähe ist so gut wie gar nicht wahrzunehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen...
