A really beautiful villa in an ideal location. Very clean and well kept. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend!

Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief leicht & sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen gehobenen Standard, ist fast vollständig (außer WCs & Küchen) klimatisiert & Tomislav, der Eigentümer, immer zur Stelle bzw. mit wertvollen Tipps für Insider Lokale perfekt. Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich von der Vermieterin persönlich empfangen. Es standen Antipastiplatten und selbst gebackenes Gebäck bereit. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft. Liebevoll eingereichtet und wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts bei Fragen und Wünschen an die Vermieterin wenden. Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt Zadars entfernt und dadurch recht ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt und man hat viel Platz. In die Einrichtung wurde viel Liebe zum Detail gesteckt. Zudem ist auch alles vorhanden was man für den Haushalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, Bügeleisen etc.). Unsere Vermieterin Marija + Familie war super freundlich und hat... We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

We had an amazing stay at the villa in Croatia and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The villa itself was in excellent condition, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for our group of six. On top of that, the wide range of leisure activities on the property made our stay even more enjoyable.

For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

The accommodation is really very nice and modern. Almost a luxury. The jacuzzi is great and the pool is huge. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Von ddr Übdrnahme bis zur Übergsbe war alles super. Nela konnte uns für jegliches Anliegen schnell weiterhelfen. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das grillieren hat bei diesem Grill richtig spass gemacht. Das Haus hat sämtliche Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool, and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautiful to use as a rental home. Die Begrüßung von unseren Vermietern war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist groß und der Poolbereich verfügt über viel Naturschatten. Der Pool war top gepflegt (jeden 2. Tag gereinigt). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und alle Räume sind super sauber. Om man älskar sol och bad så kan läget inte bli bättre. Nära till en underbar sandstrand och privat uppvärmd pool finns precis utanför dörren. Lugnt område och nära till mindre matbutik.

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

super nette Gastgeberin, sehr schönes Haus ! Nationalpark in der Nähe, ideal zum Wandern---Strände in der Nähe--- kleines Städchen ZADAR nur 10 Min. entfernt, dort kann man schöne BOOTS Ausflüge buchen. Flughafern nur 15 MIN entfernt Kommen gerne wieder

Alles wie ausgemacht, sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir haben es wirklich genossen. Gerne wieder :-)

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Swimmingpool, in dem man wunderbar schwimmen und Wasserball spielen kann. Das Haus ist für Ausflüge (Zadar, National Parks Krka und Plitvicer Seen) ein Super Startpunkt!

Wir waren 7 Personen und verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Villa und es war wirklich toll. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Eigentümer hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend gross – Klimageräte gibt es im Schlafzimmer im obersten Geschoss und im Wohnzimmer. Absolutely Amazing Host, Ivan made entire stay so smooth. He was there at middle of night to hand over keys and explain everything that was needed. Helps as he lives next door but never compromise our privacy and was on other end of phone instantly when asked anything. His family was very kind help too. Overall property really good and has everything you need. Great interior and also amazing outdoor space and equipment to have total family fun. Wish we could stay long to be able to utilise...
