Wir waren mit 7 Personen in der Anlage. Es war alles vorhanden, was im Urlaubsalltag benötigt wird. Neben 2 großen Bädern verfügt das Haus über eine weitere Toilette. Der Pool ist relativ groß, so dass man schöne Bahnen ziehen kann. Poolbrause, ausreichend Liegen nebst Poolhandtüchern auch kein Problem. We were a group of seven people and spent ten days in this beautiful villa. The hosts were super friendly and even brought us some gifts. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and the communication was great. The inner area of the villa is split into two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the lower floor and a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms in the upper floor. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa – it was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa, courtyard, and pool are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming and even surprised us with fresh fruit a couple of times during our stay. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for the perfect balance of relaxation and exploring the beauty of Zadar County.

Nice and clean stay. The host is great and always there for you. Villa is secluded and private, yet you can be in Zadar in no time. Recommended!!!

The Villa is beautiful with great views, perfect sunsets and just a short walk/ cycle to the beach and village. It is extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is lovely - so welcoming and friendly but unobtrusive. If you are looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the perfect place to be.

Es war alles sauber und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten wie Gemüse, eigenem Likör und Olivenöl verwöhnt. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Den Grillplatz im Garten haben wir oft genutzt. Holz und Kohle war alles vorhanden. Es war genug Platz im Haus und das Grundstück ist riesig. Die Strände sind ein paar Kilometer entfernt, aber mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Horst D. mit Familie

Diese luxuriöse Villa hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen!!! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und stylisch. Alle Schlafzimmer sind in dezenten Farben gestaltet. Sie verfügen über Boxspringbetten, Flachbildfernseher und große Kleiderschränke. Die moderne, große Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Traum für jede Köchin / Koch! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist ruhig gelegen (bis auf ein paar Hunde oder Hühner in der Nachbarschaft) und hat einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Da wir 2 Familien waren, ist die Aufteilung im Haus durch 2 Etagen perfekt gewesen. Jede Familie hatte daher seinen eigenen abgeschlossenen Rückzugsort. Es war sehr sauber. We had a great time at villa Smilje. The house looked exactly like the pictures and we had good contact with the hosts and got help quickly when we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable. The location is in a country setting with easy access to Zadar and Split. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable newsrooms and baths, functional kitchen, WIFI, and cable!!! It was spectacular!

Wir durften eine schöne Zeit in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft verbringen. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt für 2 Familien. Die Gegend und der naheliegende Nationalpark ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Zlatka und Mateo haben an einem Abend leckeres Essen für uns vor Ort zubereitet. Die beiden waren immer sofort erreichbar wenn man sie brauchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt... Modernes, sauberes und auch hochwertig eingerichtetes Wohnobjekt. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, die das Entspannen am Pool etwas erschwerte. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

A very nice Villa with enough room for 8 people. Everything with air condition and modern interieur. Nice People, Karlo was very polite and host. Some bedrooms have no direct access to the bathroom, you have to take that into account. Would be great if the villa would provide big pool towels, like the villa zrinchi. We bought pool towels in the mall because the regular shower towels where to small

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten schon vor der Check-in Zeit in die Unterkunft.
