Very nice villa, very well equipped and a great pool! Our host was present during our stay: benevolence and discretion. We had a very good stay at Zvonko!

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!

Wir haben zwei super Wochen in sehr angenehmer Umgebung in einem tollen Haus mit super Pool verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich sehr herzlich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar mit einer Mahlzeit und Getränken bei unserer Ankunft versorgt.

This villa was really perfect, me and my friends spend there a week and everything was great. The pool was clean and warm, and jacuzzi was the best think. Rooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations.

It was a very beautiful house with everything you need. It had enough space and It was done very beautiful. Thanks to Tomislav for that stay.

We stayed in Villa Wave and it was beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous and the facilities were exceptional. The service through Zadar Villas was great, so helpful and our Rep Dino was brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again next year! :)

Die Villa Jenny befindet sich in Murvica, 7 km vom herrlichen Zadar entfernt.Von Anfang an haben uns die Gastgeber herzlichst empfangen und um uns gekümmert. Sehr hilfreiche und gastfreundliche Menschen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Die zentrale Lage, man hat alles in der Nähe eine Bäckerei, einen Supermarkt und 7km weiter sogar einen Einkaufszentrum. Alles in allem ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt... This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

Very nice hostess, welcomed us straight away with a sausage / cheese plate. If there are any problems, it is always available and answers quickly. The villa itself is incredibly beautiful, rustic style but still renovated. The walls are not too high, so you're beneath yourself without feeling oppressed. Overall, nothing to complain about the house & the hostess.

The villa can be considered as a high standard villa.

There were 7 of us in the complex. Everything was there that is needed in everyday vacation.

In addition to 2 large bathrooms, the house has another toilet.

The pool is relatively large, so that you can swim nice lengths.

Pool shower, enough loungers and pool towels also no problem.

This is a beautiful villa with amazing attention to detail and everything you could need. Katarina was on hand to answer any questions and ensure we had a great stay. The villa is in a perfect location for a peaceful break but with easy access to many tourist attractions. This area of Croatia is stunning- you will not be disappointed.

Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei die den Pool liebten. Sie konnten laut sein und Spaß haben ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Nähe zu Zadar und dem Meer ist super und ist auch kein großer Aufwand. Auch der Weg nach Split ist gut machbar und ein Besuch wert. Wir können es nur empfehlen Melanie W., August 25th, 2022

Fantastic holiday in a great villa. From start to finish all communication has been quick and efficient, and the villa was everything we had hoped for!

Wir, Familie mit zwei Teenagern und Hund haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und komplett ausgestattet inkl. Fliegengittern und allem was man so braucht. Im Kühlschrank erwartete und ein leckeres Willkommen mit Wurst, Käse und Rotwein. Die Familie ist super nett und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Ausflugsziele wie Novigrad ( ca. 15 min) oder Zadar und Biograd ( ca. 30 min) sind gut zu erreichen. Empfehlen können wir das Konoba... Joern R., July 27th, 2022

The house is huge and beautiful. The pool is great. Everything was perfect.

House was even nicer then photos. So modern and clean. Pool was really nice and out door area was perfect to hang out in during the day. House was 20/30 mins walk from city centre and only 5 mins from beach or a shop. Host was amazing. Left us snacks and checked in make sure we had everything we needed throughout the week.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen herzlich empfangen, für alle Fragen offen sind und gute Tipps haben… Ein Haus mit riesigem Pool irgendwo im nirgendwo, fernab vom Tourismus. Für uns mit 5 Kindern einfach perfekt. Es war alles gepflegt, sauber und modern. Bis an den Strand fährt man ca 20-30min, uns störte es nicht, da wir alles bewusst so gewählt haben. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Grapes! Schöner Pool, 7 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Tischtennisplatte! Perfekt für eine große Gruppe :)

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. Piękna willa. Całość przemyślana i wykonana idealnie dal komfortu i wygody gości. Grill i stół na zewnątrz super na kolacje. Basen. Zewnętrzny prysznic oraz osobna toaleta przy basenie. Nie jestem w stanie wymienić jednej rzeczy, która mogłaby być zrobiona lepiej. Wygląd i aranżacja miejsca bardzo ładnie. Z właścicielami można swobodnie porozmawiać po angielsku i są bardzo mili.
