la villa est idéalement placée ,il y a à proximité un tas de commerce ,vinci est une personne qui est présente et agréable;la villa est propre et très bien entretenue.Je recommande

We spend two wonderful weeks in this Villa. The House is modern and clean. Outside area with pool and Grill was the place we spend the most our time. Thanks a lot for a very nice time and great support during our staying in the Villa.

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa hat alles zu bieten, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Super sauber, einen tollen Pool/Whirlpool zum entspannen und eine ruhige Lage. Die Villa liegt am Rand der Felder. Nachbarn haben angehalten und uns Obst geschenkt. Die Vermieter waren immer Hilfsbereit. Tomaten, Öl und Feigen wurden uns aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht. Jederzeit wieder gerne, vielen Dank. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Casa Teuta ist ein modern und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber! Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. 

The garden and pool were a dream, the grounds were cleaned every morning. We received clean towels and bed linen regularly. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of every issue quickly and satisfactorily. We had a nice holiday.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit 4 Kindern. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für 2 Familien, jeder hat einen abgeschlossenen Bereich. Die "Sommerküche" mit Wohnbereich ist gemeinsam mit dem Außengrill und dem Sitzbereich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Pool und die wunderbar leckeren Trauben und Tomaten im Garten sind ebenso besonders hervorzuheben. Matteo und seine Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich mit Getränken und kleinen Speisen... Die Vermieter waren super freundlich. Haus entsprachen Beschreibung und war einfach nur super

La Villa è esattamente rispondente a quanto rappresentato nelle foto. Dettagli ricercati, camere ampie, accoglienza e pulizia ineccepibili. La piscina è molto piccola ma per i bambini è stata preziosa. La posizione è un po’ infelice, perché inserita in un contesto rurale e lontano circa 15 km dal più vicino centro cittadino... ma siamo stati davvero molto bene. This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Beautiful, accomodation, very well equiped perfectly fit for guests travelling with children. The first accomodation in Croatia where we received what we expected. No mass tourism around, we discovered many "hidden" beaches around where we could enjoy all the beauty of Croatia.

Very nice villa, great pool, very clean!

A warm welcome, & a stunning place with simple elegance. the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Pool (was cold) play area for the kids. Also had Snooker table great for entertainment. The nearest city is Zadar and takes about 30 mins and delightful with a famously historic places and the famous musical sea organ. We were able to drive down to Plitvic lakes and Krkr National Forest in 1.5 hours and 1 hour each place. We truely hope to come back to this place again as the... Arun Kumar, April 6th, 2019

Sehr schönes Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage in der man sich ungestört fühlt und fast uneinsehbar wohlfühlen kann. Vom Erstkontakt mit der Agentur bis zur Ankunft/Einweisung/Schlüsselübergabe lief alles völlig reibungslos und komfortabel. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig, ordentlich eingerichtet. It was great to stay here, you can enjoy easily two, three days at home. Zadar is close and the two big national parks are reachable within 1,5 hours.

Moderne ,saubere Villa! Alles vorhanden bis auf Hygiene Artikel!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Er war sehr nett, wenn mal etwas kaputt ging verständnisvoll und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. ca. 15-20min Fahrt nach... Hannes Denner, September 1st, 2022

Villa Nebesi is magnificent, in a very peaceful countryside about 15 minutes from the sea. The region is magnificent. The villa is very well decorated, the swimming pool is pleasant and the pool house with fridge is a real plus. The owner is very friendly and always ready to give good advice. I highly recommend … we will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). Дуже приємна власниця Анна. Зустріла нас без додаткової оплати, хоча ми приїхали дуже поздно. Нагадувала, бо ми приїхали в день, коли всі магазини були зачинені. Вирішувала всі наші питання по ходу відпочинку. Як приватний асистент. І за це все ми не платили додатково. Вілла дуже зручна, є кондиціонер, великий басейн, величезна територія! Дуже зелено!
