The house is perfect for bigger groups, everyone still has enough privacy, also the view was beautiful, it was easy the communicate with the owners (they were also very nice!), it was a very good and fun trip for me and my friends :)

Great swimming pool and beautiful garden

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Schöner Ausblick in die Ferne! Zu beachten ist, dass die Villa sehr abgelegen liegt, ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert (zum nächsten Strand ca. 30 Minuten, nächster Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten entfernt.) Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub :)

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und man bekommt sogar beim Einzug eine Willkommensplatte zum Essen, was sehr gut gepasst hat, da man doch etwas unterwegs war. Die Hausbesitzer haben sich wunderbar über den gesamten Zeitraum um uns gekümmert und man ist per Whats App in Kontakt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man ebenso braucht. Very nice, modern house, very clean and well maintained. So far the villa was best equipped (kitchenware, cooking ingredients, cleaning, washing) we have ever been. Quiet location with very few tourists, but very close to Nin and Zadar. We appreciated the sandy beach and swallow water at the Ljubac beach and also the dog beach just 15min walk from the house.

Accueil est top. L’hôte super gentille et serviable. L’emplacement obligation d’être véhiculé pour accéder aux plages et au restaurants. A 15 min de la ville Sukosan. La villa est superbe avec sa piscine et sa tranquillité. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Amazing Island, Amazing place, Amazing homeowner

Ideal für eine große Gruppe. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Außengrill und Freizeit (Billard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Fahrräder ...) Sehr gut klimatisiert. Toller Poolbereich, sehr schönes Pool. Äußerst netter Vermieter. Großzügig, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich.

Wir, 9 Freunde aus Deutschland, haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Bandela verbracht. Die Villa ist freistehend, sehr ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind absolut entspannt, sodass man jederzeit Musik hören kann und man kann sich sichtgeschützt im Außenbereich bewegen. Die gesamte Villa ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sowohl innen als auch außen eine lange Tafel an der man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Die Villa hat eine wunderbare... Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. A very nice, modern and well-kept property. We felt extremely comfortable here. The landlord Karlo is very concerned that his guests are okay and you have a nice holiday. As a welcome, cold drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables from Omas garden next door were available.In addition, a large plate of ham and cheese... top!!! We had a great holiday here.

Tomislav was a great host, answering fast to our questions, giving advices for the area. The villa is just excellent, amazing (now even heated!) pool, nice outdoor area with bbq. If you go with kids, nice play area with sand and lots of toys. Great sunset views. You are totally on your own, but also in (a bit farer) walking distance to town (about 35-40 min to Zadar harbour area). Inside of the apartment is also top! Alles völlig unkompliziert, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Etwas abgelegen, doch dafür auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alles aber sehr zügig. Das Haus und die Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

The villa was very clean, well equipped, and had more than we expected. Well-thought-out solutions, air conditioning in every bedroom, mosquito nets on every window. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped, large bathrooms. Contact with the owners is very good, if you need anything they respond immediately. Only advantages, we are very satisfied. We recommend!

Wir waren zu 10. in der Villa Daisy (5 Paare) und es war sehr schön. Das Poolhaus mit einer eigenen Küche und einem riesigen Tisch war perfekt, so dass man das eigentliche Haus nur zum Schalfen und Duschen genutzt hat. Dank des großen Pools und andere Möglichenkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Tischtennis und Billard), wurde einem nie langweilig. We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. Przepiękna nowoczesna willa z basenem i tarasem z jacuzzi na dachu. Pokoje wygodne i super wyposażone, super salony gdzie można spędzać czas, wspólnie gotować czy jeść posiłki. Na tarasach miejsce dla wszystkich. Super spędziliśmy tam czas, a Pani Właścicielka jest przecudowna i przemiła osoba.

Sve je bilo odlicno! Jako ljubazni domacini. Kuca je lijepa i uredna, ima veliko dvoriste, osiguran parking i grijani bazen! Idealno za veliku grupu ljudi.
