Our experience was amazing! The property exceeded our expectations and looked even better in person, especially the pool. Being the first guests to stay at the house, we received a warm welcome with a thoughtful gift package. It was a wonderful surprise! Linda and Stjepko did everything to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended! We loved it and we are coming back as soon as possible!!!

Everything was great!

The Villa is very big — there is a lot of space (even for 8 people). The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, so we felt very well. The only thing we could mention is that the water pressure at the showers was a little bit weak. But we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely book Villa Sky again!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, würden wiederkommen!

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually see the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. Top Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos, die Kommunikation zum Host lief perfekt. Immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Vor Ort alles sauber und ordentlich. Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht. Die Lage ist ideal, nah am geschehen aber weit genug weg das man bis in die späten Abendstunden entspannt draußen sitzen kann. Wir, 9 Freunde aus Deutschland, haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Bandela verbracht. Die Villa ist freistehend, sehr ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind absolut entspannt, sodass man jederzeit Musik hören kann und man kann sich sichtgeschützt im Außenbereich bewegen. Zur Villa: sehr gute Lage zum Meer, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Der Vermieter bemüht sich sehr und ist jeden 3 Tag vor Ort und reinigt den Pool bzw. kann man Unklarheiten beseitigen. Beide Wohnungen sind mit Klima ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein ausziehbarer Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein, reicht aber vollkommen aus. Leider ist hier kein Ofen vorhanden. Draußen kann man wunderbar grillen und gleich das Essen an dem Sommertisch genießen.... Alex Martens, August 19th, 2019

Very comfortable villa located in a small village around 20km from Zadar. The owners meet us at the villa shortly after we landed at Zadar Airport, and communication with them was straight forward. They showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. The villa was immaculately clean, very spacious, with plenty of everything you need, and comfortably sleeps 6. Our 1st time to Croatia and wanted a more peaceful City to visit with less tourists. We chose later in the year which came with some rainy weather which we expected. The Villa itself is nicely situated as only a short drive into the Old City but have the option to walk as well. It is near the main road but we live in London so was not a big issue for us. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Es war ausgezeichnet ! Sie war sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Pakostane ist ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto... Nina, August 20th, 2019

Sehr ruhig in Alleinlage inmitten von Olivenhainen, liegt das Ferienhaus dennoch nur 1km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle. Das Haus an sich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet es fehlte an nichts.
