Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 9 Tage pure Erholung. Der Strand war nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus war wundervoll. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Es war einfach super. Was praktisch ist , ist das das Haus so zu sagen aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Zweite Wohnung ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Dies hat für beide Familien für einen privaten Bereich gesorgt und trotzdem isst man dann gemeinsam auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und... Sarah, August 1st, 2023

We stayed for a week at Villa Julija and had the best week. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful marina with nice restaurant choices on the way and 2 shops within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival after delays at the airport. Would definitely reccomend!!

The Host is one of the nicest persons we could imagine. We were seven Guys from germany and he welcomed us wirhout any prejudices regarding our age or anything else. The welcoming with a great snack plate and drinks made the beginning of our vacation perfect. We could reach him wirh any issue. It was very clean, and the house was absolutely identical to the pictures. We surely will come back another time! Thank you Mateo ☺️❤️

Tout d’abord la villa est encore plus jolie en réalité qu’en photo. Confortable et très bien aménagée, elle loge sans problèmes 9 personnes. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, détails de décoration et surtout belle et’grande piscine. Heel mooie vakantie in de buurt van Zadar beleefd. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje, doch vlakbij de zee en gezellige dorpjes. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf met in het bijzonder het heel warm onthaal. Een aanrader voor gezinnen

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. schon bei der Anreise war alles perfekt vorbereitet, wir erhielten von unseren Gastgebern frisches Obst, Wein, Brandy und andere kalte Getränke zur Begrüßung, Das Ferienhaus hält was die Bilder versprechen, alles Blitzsauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, wirklich toll, geschmackvoll und umfangreich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, war sehr unkompliziert und das Haus (mit 2 getrennte Wohnungen im Obergeschoss) waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab neben den Pool, spielen für Kinder e.g. Billard, Darts, Tischtennis.

Great house, amazing pool /terrace/bbq area that we used every single day. Very comfortable with more than 6 bathrooms. The view is breathtaking with a sunset guarantee. Mia, the owner, was very helpful and always quick to answer. Location is kind of remote, which was fine for us as we had cars. Note that they request a deposit of 500€ in cash. But no issues whatsoever to get it back when checking out! Can recommend to the fullest for large groups!

Velmi prostorný dům se vším co potřebujete.Nevite ani co dělat dřív pingpong, kulečník či ležet v bazénu.Hlavni silnici ani vedlejší supermarket ani neslyšíte.Lednice je i v herně,kde je ideální místo pro pivo ????. Každý má své soukromí v koupelně.Občas se někdo ztratí a nemůžete ho najít,jak je dům rozlehlý,????????

Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat vier große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Einen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche. Der Pool ist super, es gibt auch ein Klo draußen und auch eine Dusche. Im Grillbereich hat man einen großen Tisch an dem man entspannt essen kann. The villa was absolutely superb - the owner Lucija was so friendly and helpful. The villa was amazingly equipped, beds so comfortable and pool wonderful. Games room a real bonus for our teenage boys! Overall a brilliant stay

It was a perfect holiday in a beautiful villa. The house and the pool are great! Mateo and his family are great hosts! They helped us with everything and made it a perfect holiday. The welcome was one we hadn't experienced before, tomatoes, cheese, pancetta, olives and delicious liqueur. We would definitely recommend this location, we enjoyed it very much. Mateo, Hvala vam!
