We would like to say that this villa is a very great way to spend your holiday next to the crowded city of Zadar - you can spend pleasant time with your family and friends, where you have a private swimming pool for yourself, completely prepared for guests. A separate building where adults can feast in the evenings with a fireplace, fully equipped with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

Wonderful villa with breathtaking views. Villa was exceptionally clean and stocked with all you could wish for. Owner-friendly and helpful. Fantastic holiday!

The Villa was very clean and had everything for our stay. Leri our host was great at replying to my messages when we had questions. I would recommend as only €6-8 for our Uber to get us to the old town when we wanted to go out for dinner. The supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk away for stocking up on all amenities throughout our stay. We hope to return next year.

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. Alles in Allem , top Wetter , top Villa und Grundstück... top Urlaub !!! Vg David und Freunde

12/10 – Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt in der Villa Evita! Unsere Zeit in der Villa Evita war einfach traumhaft – von der ersten Minute bis zur Abreise war alles absolut perfekt! Diese Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern strahlt auch eine warme, persönliche Atmosphäre aus, die man selten findet. Hier und da, gab es minimale Mängel, die leicht zu beheben wären. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr gastfreundlich und unsere 21 Tage, wie im Fluge vorbei. Luxus ist natürlich der Pool und die überdachte Terrasse, welche vor Sonne oder im seltenen Fall, auch mal vor Regen schützt.

Check in and communication were super easy, Leti is always there for you. The whole house was super clean and it’s not far to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would always recommend this place.

Villa was gorgeous, clean, pool table, beer fridge and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We spent very little time inside the villa as the out door seating area was *the* place to hang out. The large table next to the pool is shaded all day and is a perfect place to eat, read, play card games, chat and honestly the real luxury of being able to be outside without the sun burn. We had a great time in the villa. We were two families with three children and it was perfect. The villa was well equipped, clean and the pool was great. The service and contact with the landlords was top-notch.

Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Besitzer der sich um Alles kümmert und immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Wir waren 6 Personen und das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen :0)

Die Unterkunft mit großem Garten und einem angenehm kühlen Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Supermärkte und ein Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich mit Leidenschaft um den Garten und den Rest des Grundstücks. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Villa Moki enjoys a peaceful location near Benkovac which means that the necessary shops, such as the bakery, are close by. Several beaches and popular coastal towns, including Biograd na Moru, are within a 20-minute drive, making the location truly fantastic. The Villa itself is very comfortable, new and clean. The garden, with a lovely spacious swimming pool, several sun beds and also a nice shade by the fantastic BBQ gives you a royal feeling. If that is not enough, you can enjoy various... he villa is stunning and the location is excellent! The house is great for a group with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy for each! We absolutely loved the outdoor space, the pool, and the gym — can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time staying at this property, the hosts were very responsive and friendly and the property was just as we had expected from the pictures. It was a quiet location perfect for relaxing and a short drive to Zadar or other main towns in the evening so suited us perfectly.
