Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir positiv überrascht, da die Villa unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern sogar übertroffen hat. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich: ein schöner Pool für entspannte Stunden, ein eigener Fitnessraum, Spielmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Kicker und sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz für die Kinder.... Deze villa ligt in het kleine dorp Vrana, vlakbij Pakostane. Als je even weg wilt zijn van alles en iedereen, dan is dit de ideale plek om bij te komen. Het huis bevindt zich op het het platteland tussen de boeren, kippen, schapen en schildpadden. Er zijn fietsen, een zwembad, pingpongtafel en de vriendelijke eigenaresse woont ernaast. We had a very nice stay, the villa met all our expectations and the host was easy to comunicate with.

Lovely house with amazing sunsets! The host was so helpful and generous, bough us gifts when we arrived and toys to our baby. This was a very great place for kids with a playground. We spent all of our time in the amazing pool area and barbecuing. Would really recommend this house and if I go back to Zadar this will be the place!

Wir (6 Personen) waren hochzufrieden und haben 1 Woche total entspannen können. Sowohl das Einkaufen und das Meer waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an Nichts. Eine Abkühlung im super schönen Pool und Grillen/Kochen mit der ganzen Familie in der Außenküche; was will man mehr!

Wir besuchten das Haus mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für jeden da. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, wie der Rest des Hauses auch. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert und es gibt sogar eine Fußbodenheizung. Generell ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung extrem hochwertig verarbeitet, wie ich es in einem Ferienhaus noch nie erlebt habe. I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, it's hosts, the location!!!! 35 minutes to beaches, 35-40minutes to Krka National Park, driving distance to Zadar and ferries out to the islands, closest town ten minutes away had markets and restaurants that fit our needs! The privacy, quiet, warm reception and welcome from this host and his partner were fantastic! Tomislav was a great host, answering fast to our questions, giving advices for the area. The villa is just excellent, amazing (now even heated!) pool, nice outdoor area with bbq. If you go with kids, nice play area with sand and lots of toys. Great sunset views. You are totally on your own, but also in (a bit farer) walking distance to town (about 35-40 min to Zadar harbour area). Inside of the apartment is also top! Das Haus ist noch besser als auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeber (Marta und Tomislava) super super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber, alles einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Das Objekt ist wie in den Fotos abgebildet. Alles da was man braucht. Check In und Check Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super. In 10 Gehminuten ist man in Nin. Das Örtchen ist sehr schön. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Den Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Echtes Ostsee-Feeling: Sandstrand und sehr flach abfallend. Super für Kinder.Vielen Dank Tomislav für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Het zwembad was fantastisch. Fijne ruimtes en heerlijk dat er in elke kamer airco was. Het terrein is omheind en auto’s kunnen op het terrein veilig staan. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, hij spreekt alleen Duits of Kroatisch. Supermarkt op 3 min lopen (wel hoge prijzen en ze zijn er heel onvriendelijk). Zadar centrum is 15 min met de auto. De ligging is dan ook fantastisch. En een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus in Kroatien! Alles war wirklich perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt wurde. Der Pool ist groß und ideal zum Entspannen – und der Whirlpool war einfach der Hammer! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieter: sie waren jederzeit für uns da und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

The house is beautiful and very clean. All rooms are nicely furnished. The outdoor area with pool and a great patio is really beautiful and we had a lot of fun at the pool and great evenings outside. The contact with the owner was very uncomplicated.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, wodurch wir die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein offener Wohn- u. Essbereich mit einer ausziehbaren Couch. Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home. The villa is two apartments which as a family was great as we shared everything. Spacious rooms and very clean. The pool is the real cherry on the cake though. Everything is within walking distance and the area was just getting busier towards the end of our week. Our transport arranged by Tomislav was really good do I fully recommend Kreso, he was so helpful and gave fair prices too. Great week all round and the weather was fabulous too!
