We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Ivana is very hospitable and provided us with fresh melons, tomatoes and peppers from the family's own cultivation. The house and the pool are very beautiful and absolutely clean and well maintained. We will definitely be very happy to come back.

Daniel und seine Familie waren großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns seightseeing-Tipps gegeben und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Der Pool war perfekt gereinigt und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes diskret gereinigt. Die Aussenküche sowie die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool, haben wir sehr genossen. Die Städte Split und Zadar sind schnell erreichbar und sehr sehenswert.

Bien situé pour l'accès à la ville et aux plages. Propriétaire disponible. Four à Peka. Jardin potager avec des tomates introuvables en magasin. Table de pingpong un peu vieillisante mais fonctionnel Balade à pieds nombreuses dans la campagne immédiate. Avis très positif sur l'ensemble!

Magnifique maison, très agréable et très propre. Belle piscine . Accueil chaleureux. Tous les ingrédients pour passer d’excellentes vacances .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber alles, alle drei Zimmer haben ein eigenes WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Der Pool ist perfekt und für uns völlig ausreichend. In der Küche kann man kochen und sogar grillen, es ist alles vorhanden. Selten so ein in sich stimmiges Haus gesehen von der Machart, den Möbeln und sogar der Deko. Jeden Morgen um 7.30 Uhr kommt abwechselnd der Bäcker oder der Lebensmittelverkäufer mit seinem Bus vorbei und hält direkt... Guido Engelhardt, May 31st, 2024

Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Es war ausgezeichnet ! Sie war sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Pakostane ist ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto... Nina, August 20th, 2019

The Villa is very big — there is a lot of space (even for 8 people). The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, so we felt very well. The only thing we could mention is that the water pressure at the showers was a little bit weak. But we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely book Villa Sky again!

The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatoes and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner respects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.

This house is beautiful and spacious and so luxurious. Our host was amazing from before day one. She made us a little bite to eat knowing we’d arrive late. She even then took us food shopping the next day and waited for us. The accommodation is a little distance from town but honestly between buses, Uber and bolt you wouldn’t notice. Sehr abgeschieden, daher aber auch sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich im Allgemeinen. Schöne Innenräume mit allem, was man braucht. Kommunikation lief ebenfalls reibungslos.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage! Everything was at the highest level – the house was clean, well-kept and very well-equipped. The heated pool is a huge plus, especially on colder days – we were delighted! The owners are very nice and helpful, you can see that they care about the comfort of their guests. Lots of amenities made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We spent there fantastic and unforgetable one week in the end of June. Comfort, pleasure and relax are the best words to describe our experiences. The house is big enough, fully equipped and simply beautiful. The swimmingpool has the stairs inside and the jacuzzi area which makes it safer for the kids to stay there and enjoy it all together. This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Der große Pool und die Außenküche sorgen dafür, dass man eigentlich nur draußen ist. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Klimaanlage in fast jedem Zimmer. Insgesamt wirklich perfekt. Wer aber einen Strand-Urlaub möchte, sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen, welches näher am Strand ist.

Servizi e confort della villa, dotata di ogni attrezzatura x cucinare e x tante persone nelle 3 cucine grandi anche esterne, con forno a legna e barbecue esterni, adatta nel nostro caso a famiglie di amici con diversi spazi e piscina, ad uso comune e camere e servizi separati. Situazione di relax immersi nella campagna sperduta a 15-20 minuti da Zara e comunque vicina anche all autostrada per visitare altre localita.
