Everything was very well organized and clean. The location is very nice, you are within a few minutes at the Inland Sea and can swim really well there. The hostess made us feel very welcome and was available with any question. In particular, she helped us to arrange the airport transfer. The pool was heated, so we could still swim there in October. Wow, this villa really was exceptional - immaculate - pool area was great with younger children as you could lounge or eat & still keep eyes on the children - 10 minutes in a Bolt/Uber to town costing anything between €4 & €10. There was also a bus stop 20 metres up the road but it was easier for us to just grab a taxi because we had younger children - all the facilities you could need in the villa. Sehr schöner abgelegener Ort.

We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

Wir waren 6 junge Erwachsene im Alter von 19 Jahren und haben nicht erwartet das es wirklich 1 zu 1so aussieht wie auf den Bildern, aber genauso war es. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man benötigte auch kleine Dinge wie Backpapier zum Beispiel. Die Lage war auch okey, man konnte das Meer über einen Wanderweg erreichen oder konnte mit dem Auto fahren. Direkt neben dem Haus gab es auch einen Supermarkt wo man alles nötige bekam. Falls man... Authentisches Häuschen mit großem Außenbereich incl. Außenküche. Alles sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass es ursprünglich von den Eigentümern bewohnt wurde (nicht IKEAstyle, alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden). Kleines Duschbad, dafür aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Sehr gute Tipps von Luka zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

We had an amazing time during our stay! We were a large group, so it was nice to have individual rooms with our own bathrooms (very hotel-like) but have access to a common shared rooftop space.

The house was perfectly equipped, even more than expected. And Ivan was always helpful and more like a friend than a householder. I could always recommend him. The best host I've had until now.

Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

Super tolles Haus und ganz tolle liebe Vermieter die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Das Haus ist Optimal um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen so dass man abschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Das Haus und der Pool + Außenanlagen sind super. Bis zum Strand nach Biograd waren es ca. 25 min mit dem Auto was uns aber vorher bekannt war und wir es als nicht schlimm empfanden. Wir habe dies gleich mit einem Einkauf bei Lidl verbunden. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.
