This house was perfect! We were 6 persons, and had everything we needed. Perfect pool, GREAT fireplace!! The kitchen had all we needed, if anything was missing the owner were there in 15 minutes and helped out. 4km to a sandy beach, with good prices. Only minus was the information about gym/fitness room, there were none.. Thanks for a great week!

The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

Accueil est top. L’hôte super gentille et serviable. L’emplacement obligation d’être véhiculé pour accéder aux plages et au restaurants. A 15 min de la ville Sukosan. La villa est superbe avec sa piscine et sa tranquillité. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

We had a lovely holiday at this very spacious and comfortable villa. The pool was fabulous, the communication with hosts was clear and prompt. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything it was brought to us without delay. We highly recomend this place.

We had a wonderful time with two families at Villa Idassa. The house is perfect for relaxing but also for staying active. It’s fully equipped for living there—you can even reach a supermarket on one of the bikes provided. Key pickup, communication with the host, and any questions we had—everything went smoothly. Meine Freunde und ich (10 Personen) haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus erlebt! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Als besonders empfanden wir die Lage. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen herzlich empfangen, für alle Fragen offen sind und gute Tipps haben… Ein Haus mit riesigem Pool irgendwo im nirgendwo, fernab vom Tourismus. Für uns mit 5 Kindern einfach perfekt. Es war alles gepflegt, sauber und modern. Bis an den Strand fährt man ca 20-30min, uns störte es nicht, da wir alles bewusst so gewählt haben. We stayed in Villa Lubey during the Easter break in 2025 April. The villa was clean and very cozy, well equipped, very spacious. And the view... was increadible... The host Mia was super hospitable - quick in responds and in offering aditional services or just giving information for us. All in all - me and my family (11 of us) had an amazing holiday. Wir, zwei Erwachsene, waren 2 Wochen bei Lucija zu Gast. Wie wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Man kommt an und denkt sich einfach nur „Wowww“. Das Inserat und die Bilder geben 1:1 wieder was man vor Ort vorfindet. Wir haben eine sehr großzügige Wurst und Käseplatte und einen Wein zum Einstieg bereit gestellt bekommen. The owners are really welcoming and helpful. The villa is located directly in a croatia village, not in any holiday village. This in my opinion very nice, because you have a your peace.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und stylisch. Vom Gesamtkonzept - Farbgebung, Einrichtung etc. waren wir wirklich begeistert. Es ist alle modern und sehr hochwertig! Das Eigentümer-Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet und sich sehr um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bemüht. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist wirklich gut und umfassend. The check-in was easy and easy, the landlords were always available, also partly in German, the house leaves nothing to be desired, very clean, really great facilities (from towels, bed linen, to complete dishes, pots, pans), the pool was fantastic, the separate grill hut a dream. From the terrace you can see the sea. We were 6 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beaches are reachable in a short time. For a holiday anytime to be recommended.
