I definitely recommend it! There wasn't a single negative moment during my stay. The villa is gorgeous, modern, and has a fantastic view. Service 11/10! Thank you, Mate, for everything! I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

The garden and pool were a dream, the grounds were cleaned every morning. We received clean towels and bed linen regularly. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of every issue quickly and satisfactorily. We had a nice holiday.

Great Villa to stay at! Everything was really beautiful, especially the Pool! You are able to grill, play dart and just soundly relax.

Wir waren vom 15.08 - 29.08.2020, mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und die Villa und der Vermieter waren einfach Klasse! Gerne würden wir wieder irgendwann dort Urlaub machen.

So. We were very excited about this apartment.

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und Sauberkeit! Man hat zwei Klimaanlagen und an jedem Fenster ein Rollo. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen ein Segen. Unser Hund hat den voll umzäunten Garten absolut genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

We are impressed with this facility. The villa has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail. A charming place, peace and quiet and luxury. Beautiful interiors and beautiful views of the entire area. The owners are wonderful people. They are always at your disposal and to help. They are not intrusive, you can spend your vacation in privacy. I can certainly recommend this property. If I visit Croatia in the future, I will definitely come to Benkowac again

landlig og fredelig plass der du nyter late dager ved bassenget. ca 30 min til offentlige strender og lokale småplasser ved sjøen. Max 10 biler/traktorer til dagen som forstyrrer roen. Så er du på jakt etter fred og ro med alle fasilitetene for deg selv tar du og låner hele huset. 4 nede i egen leilighet fordelt på 2 soverom. og 6 mann oppe men da er det sovesofa eller som vi gjorde. bruk en luftmadrass på det store soverommet og plasser barna der.... Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top... Excelent villa, located in a very quiet area, close to Rovinj. This villa offers anything you need for a relaxing stay - big rooms, well equipped kitchen, excelent garden with nice heated pool and nice barbecue area. Easy to reach by car and also a big garage for the car. The host is very discrete and ready to help, if need it.

Great holiday villa with heated pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Die Hosts haben und bei Fragen zu Corona-Testmöglichkeiten unterstützt, was eine große Hilfe war! Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Everything was ok. Tomislav with wife and daughter was very friendly and helpful. House was for 5 people enough big. Our little one can have her our room. So for us 3 bedrooms was perfect. Rest of the house was nice. We very appreciated the fresh still water. Two terrace outside was perfect. And big very clean swimming pool was excellent. For sure I can recommend this house :)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. We particularly enjoyed visiting the viewpoint at Kamenjak - less than 10 minutes drive. The spectacular waterfalls at KRKA National... Jonathan W., September 21st, 2022
