Super schöne Location!

Der Aufenthalt war überragend! Ein super schönes Haus mit allem was man brauch. Da steckt die Liebe im Detail, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch der Besitzer ist super nett und hat uns sogar bekocht an einem Tag. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen :-)

Die Villa ist ein Traum und hat alles zu bieten was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten, sowie Bereiche zum entspannen und erholen es war einfach alles vorhanden. Auch die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur ZadarVillas klappte hervorragend. Um es kurz zu machen wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und wieder wundervolle Tage in der Villa Marta verbringen.

It's exactly like in the pictures. A beautiful house, very clean and for the kids what the best was the pool. We definitely enjoyed the time.

Deze villa ligt in het kleine dorp Vrana, vlakbij Pakostane. Als je even weg wilt zijn van alles en iedereen, dan is dit de ideale plek om bij te komen. Het huis bevindt zich op het het platteland tussen de boeren, kippen, schapen en schildpadden. Er zijn fietsen, een zwembad, pingpongtafel en de vriendelijke eigenaresse woont ernaast. For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

Everything was very well organized and clean. The location is very nice, you are within a few minutes at the Inland Sea and can swim really well there. The hostess made us feel very welcome and was available with any question. In particular, she helped us to arrange the airport transfer. The pool was heated, so we could still swim there in October. Really good place with a large pool and perfect outdoor wood burning kitchen. Extra plus for the walking distance to local grocery shop.

Beautiful Villa, spotlessly clean with a lovely pool that seems bigger than the stated size. Great location that is out of the way enough to be quiet but close enough to amenities to be convenient (local Co op type shops and bakery 3 mins away, supermarket 10 mins and coast 15 mins). Sehr schönes Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage in der man sich ungestört fühlt und fast uneinsehbar wohlfühlen kann. Vom Erstkontakt mit der Agentur bis zur Ankunft/Einweisung/Schlüsselübergabe lief alles völlig reibungslos und komfortabel. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig, ordentlich eingerichtet. We were three families living there for a week and we absolutely loved the secluded location and the house. We almost never left the house since everything you need is there. There is a really nice poolhouse with a kitchen that we used all the time. We would all strongly recommend this house to friends and others and we wouldn’t be surprised if we return next year! Amazing villa which matches perfectly the ad. Enjoy the beautiful equipment in a brand new villa. The owner marko is the most sympathetic Croatian that we have met during our stay. A superb swimming pool and very well-maintained setting. Position very quiet, very welcoming hosts. Lots of accessible visits close to the house. We recommend!!!!

The hosts were great and kept out of our way and silently cleaned facilities. House was clean and had all facilities that one would need.

We - Family with 2 Kids - have just returned from our 2 1/2 weeks stay at this beautiful Villa with a great view, perfectly located. The Villa is keeping all the promises made by the description and a perfect choice for relaxing, luxury holidays in the Novigrad area. Everything is almost new, in perfect shape and very clean. We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quiet and secluded yet near town. A lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year
