sehr schönes penibel gepflegtes Anwesen, moderne Technik die bestens funktioniert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein Paradies zum Erholen, da sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen, Meer zu Fuß nur bedingt zu erreichen. Garage mit Wallbox super fürs E-Auto, nach Rovinij nur 5 Minuten mit dem PKW, fußläufig leider nicht viel erreichbar, was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren mit unserer 6 jährigen Tochter hier und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, alles ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Sind auch diesmal mehr als zufrieden. Sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Alles was wir noch benötigten, sei es ein Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl, es wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Kann die Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen! Immer wieder gerne ! Das Haus ist ein Traum! Mateo und seine Eltern haben uns so herzlich mit einer Wurst-Käse-Platte und Schnaps begrüßt! Das Haus ist ganz neu und super eingerichtet! Es war eine traumhafte Zeit! Es ist dort noch viel schöner als es auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

Die Villa hat alles zu bieten, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Super sauber, einen tollen Pool/Whirlpool zum entspannen und eine ruhige Lage. Die Villa liegt am Rand der Felder. Nachbarn haben angehalten und uns Obst geschenkt. Die Vermieter waren immer Hilfsbereit. Tomaten, Öl und Feigen wurden uns aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht. Jederzeit wieder gerne, vielen Dank. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

This house is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. It's a little bit off the grid, so if you plan on going out at night, it needs some organizing, but you'll find everything you ned in Bencovaz, which is really close. The host is also very friendly, communication works smoothly and the house is beautiful. Together with family and friends we have found the perfect holiday spot! You need nothing more to be happy. A brilliant swimming pool, great equipment, perfect location and extremely nice owners make this villa simply and outstanding place for a summer vacation :)

Wir waren mit unserer Clique (8 Personen) für eine Woche in policnik. Das Haus war wie erwartet, wenn nicht sogar, noch besser. Die Gastfreundschaft ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben einmal gegrillt & ein zweites Mal haben typisch „kroatisch“ gegessen (Marija ist eine super Köchin). Wir hatten tolle Abende, mit den Gastgebern (die wirklich immer sofort zur Stelle sind wenn man sie braucht) sowohl auch ohne. Dieses Haus ist absolut Hammer! Wir würden uns immer wieder... Wir hatten im Sommer 2022 eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus!!! Die Villa war super sauber, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Lucija war die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je bei einem Ferienhaus hatten und dafür nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank. Den Empfang kann man sich nicht besser vorstellen, denn sogar die Erstverpflegung im Kühlschrank war bereits vorhanden. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet mit Seifenspendern in allen Bädern/WCs.... We wrapped up a week sailing and landed at Markos gorgeous home. Most perfect in every way. Thankyou Marko and family for a spotless, extremely relaxing stay. Perfect location to multiple national parks and Starigrad. We hope to return!!

Friendly, helpful owner. Ideal spot for discovering Zadar, and great launch point for trips in our hire car, with the peace of the countryside right on the edge of the town. Good runs/walks in the woods behind, and great swimming pool in private, secluded garden. 10 minutes drive to the old town for relaxed eating, painting and enjoying the historic buildings. I would strongly recommend it.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhig gelegenes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool, vollständiger Außenküche und genügend Platz für 2 Erw. mit Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was ok. Tomislav with wife and daughter was very friendly and helpful. House was for 5 people enough big. Our little one can have her our room. So for us 3 bedrooms was perfect. Rest of the house was nice. We very appreciated the fresh still water. Two terrace outside was perfect. And big very clean swimming pool was excellent. For sure I can recommend this house :)

Das Haus ist schlichtweg genial. Die Beschreibung und Bilder sind absolut zutreffenden und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Super sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge habe uns jeden Tag auf neue Begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar.
