Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast und es war unglaublich. Nagelneues Haus mit großartigem Komfort. Die Gastgeberfamilie war fantastisch, jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und das Haus waren so sauber, habe ich bisher noch nie erleb. Die Lage am Meer mit kleinem Olivenhain war traumhaft. Gäbe es 6 Sterne, würde ich die auch vergeben!

Très bon logement, propriétaires très sympas, boissons et petits gateaux à l'arrivée et il nous ont encore apporté des pastèques après et pour le départ encore une autre cadeau.

A recommander mais il faut une voiture absolument.

A very nice Villa with enough room for 8 people. Everything with air condition and modern interieur. Nice People, Karlo was very polite and host. Some bedrooms have no direct access to the bathroom, you have to take that into account. Would be great if the villa would provide big pool towels, like the villa zrinchi. We bought pool towels in the mall because the regular shower towels where to small

Alles supper

Das Haus war genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Bei kleineren Mängeln (tropfende Klimaanlage, kaputter Kühlschrank) hat sich der Hausbesitzer sofort darum gekümmert. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

Insanely nice and helpful host! He called the day before arrival and all questions about check-in were answered immediately. We were able to get in touch at any time during our stay and even got great beach and restaurant recommendations. He stopped by the apartment twice to clean the pool, he announced this in advance so as not to disturb us during our holiday. Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in super unkompliziert gestaltet. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort absolut empfehlen!

Definitely one of the best properties on the island Ugljan. Host Ana is an extremely friendly and caring during the whole stay. It’s one of the few villas that have all you need and vicinity of beaches in Muline is just a walk away as well as two restaurants and a grocery store. Great experience and great hosts.

Ivana was a wonderful host for us, she made us feel very welcome, so we immediately felt like we're at home. She is one of the kindest person we ever met. She also was very helpful as she guided us regarding the activities to do etc.

She is always available for any help.

The villa was absolutely stunning, our host was very helpful, whatever we needed we could count on him.

Belle maison neuve avec belle piscine dans petit village calme et cependant près de tous les sites pittoresques. Routes non encombrées même au mois d'août. Ce fut de très belles vacances lumineuses

Sehr schönes Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage in der man sich ungestört fühlt und fast uneinsehbar wohlfühlen kann. Vom Erstkontakt mit der Agentur bis zur Ankunft/Einweisung/Schlüsselübergabe lief alles völlig reibungslos und komfortabel. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig, ordentlich eingerichtet. Vila Nebesi u potpunosti opravdava svoj naziv, u njoj ćete se osjećati kao da ste u nebesima. Odmor za poželjeti, mirna oaza u prirodi s toliko popratnog sadržaja za velike i male. Domaćin iznimno ljubazan i susretljiv, a sam objekt čist i uredan. Definitivno se vraćamo ponovno, jer smo bili pretužni što smo ostali tako kratko u ovom raju!

This villa is just stunning. Everything is very well thought out and the hosts have designed the perfect getaway home. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well equipped, pool and loungers are great. Linen and towels are excellent quality. This villa is the perfect location for peace and quiet holiday or a base location to explore other areas of the country. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa – it was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa, courtyard, and pool are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming and even surprised us with fresh fruit a couple of times during our stay. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for the perfect balance of relaxation and exploring the beauty of Zadar County.

So. We were very excited about this apartment.

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

Beautiful new villa with a fantastic pool, ideal quiet location for a perfect family holiday. We spent a perfect week here.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property had a pool on the ground floor and a hot tub on the rooftop – a perfect combination for relaxation. We had two apartments on top of each other, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, which gave us extra comfort and privacy. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, both at check-in and check-out – she really made us feel at home. The sea was within walking distance.
