Zum ersten Mal in Kroatien gewesen und total begeistert. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Großes Grundstück mit tollem Haus und großem Pool . Auch die Außenanlage tip top gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Werden sehr gerne noch mal kommen .

Die Sterne reichen nicht aus, man könnte mehr vergeben. Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt einfach nur perfekt. Die Unterkunft wie beschrieben, sehr luxuriös. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, angenehme Temperatur und für sich alleine. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten auch im Freien auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus war super, man war für sich und hat mit dem uber auch nicht lange in die Altstadt gebraucht. Der Pool war klasse(auch beheizt) und auch mit dem Besitzer des Hauses, der direkt nebenan wohnt, hat man sich sehr gut verstanden.

Einfach klasse! Sehr sauber, schöne Betten, schöner Grill und man hat einfach alles was man zum genießen und abschalten benötigt! Danke Ana! Liebe Grüße,

Very nice Villa in Zadar. Whirlpool and pool was perfect, next to the big garden. The Villa is spacious and was perfect for us. To Zadar Center you have to walk about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine for us as well. Supermarkets are just around the corner. Really enjoyed staying here.

The view

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually see the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The house was even nicer as in the pictures. Everythinl was clean and tidy. We enjoyed relaxing days at the pool or whirlpool, the barbecue as well as the kicker, billiard and darts. The kids (3-5 years) loved the trampolin, soccer field and playground. (and of coursw the pool) Groceries can be bought either in tiny shops close by (5 minutes by car) or in larger supermarkets in the area (about 20 minutes by car) Natali and her family were very friendly... This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. We had wonderful time there. Big house, very nice garden and clean pool. Very good and quick contact.

The house is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, I slept great. Close to everywhere we planned to visit (e.g. Split 2.5h, Zadar 35 minutes). Nice swimming pool and attractions such as a barbecue, billiards and darts. We would like to thank Marta and Daniel for their contact and help. We recommend it with all our heart.

Ein sehr schönes neues und gepflegtes Haus am Rande eines Vorörtchens von Nin. Absolut ruhig gelegen, morgens und abends kommt nur die Schafherde vorbei, sonst kein Verkehr :-) Kleiner Supermarkt im Dorf, sonstige Infrastruktur und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto aber gut erreichbar. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und waren mit der Ausstattung innen (u.a. auch Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, zusätzliche Klappbetten, Waschmaschine) und vor allem außen (Spielgerät, großer... Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.

We stayed for two weeks at the beginning of June with our 3 yr old son. We had a great time. The pool is the best we've had in the past 4 years of Villa holidays. So clean and whilst not heated it was the perfect temperature for splashing about in and cooling off. We all loved it. And, unlike most villas in Croatia, the pool is gated, so very safe for young children. A massive bonus for us. Tomislav is a fantastic host - very warm, friendly and accommodating. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

We loved the Villa. The hostess is friendly and reminded us that it was a national holiday, so all the shops were closed. The only downside was that you couldn't see the river from the living room because of the many trees.Villa Mirta has everything you need, and When I say everything, I really mean everything. From toilet paper for 3 toilets, which we didn't have to buy for two weeks, to sandwiches, fruit, and drinks for the first two days, and to think that we were with five...
