Amazing villa which matches perfectly the ad. Enjoy the beautiful equipment in a brand new villa. The owner marko is the most sympathetic Croatian that we have met during our stay. Wir hatten großartige 14 Tage in diesem Haus, das nichts vermissen liess. Sowohl innen als auch aussen ist das Haus noch besser als man es auf den Fotos erkennt. Ein grosser Wohn-/Küchenbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer und ein Zimmer mit Stockbetten bieten genug Platz. Top Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos, die Kommunikation zum Host lief perfekt. Immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Vor Ort alles sauber und ordentlich. Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht. Die Lage ist ideal, nah am geschehen aber weit genug weg das man bis in die späten Abendstunden entspannt draußen sitzen kann. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

The accommodation is really very nice and modern. Almost a luxury. The jacuzzi is great and the pool is huge. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

We stayed in Villa Lubey during the Easter break in 2025 April. The villa was clean and very cozy, well equipped, very spacious. And the view... was increadible... The host Mia was super hospitable - quick in responds and in offering aditional services or just giving information for us. All in all - me and my family (11 of us) had an amazing holiday. We had a wonderful stay at La Vie. We had 10 family members stay here for a week in August. We had access to the entire villa. The property is beautiful outside and in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the rooftop pool is fab, includes a bar area and space to sunbathe and congregate. The kitchen is on the ground floor and had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. Most nights we ate out except a bbq evening. The bathrooms were immaculate. Het huis was tiptop in orde en was nog mooier dan op foto. Alles was aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. Het huis ligt niet ver van het strand van Zaton. Je kan er met de fiets naartoe. Je kon ook in de nabijheid naar de supermarkt Spar of Plodine, bakker, en apotheek. Alles was netjes en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad wordt ook tweewekelijks nagekeken en proper gemaakt door de poolboy.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Außenbereich. Die Lage war super, vom Flughafen Zadar sehr schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, und es wurde auch auf Anfragen sofort reagiert und alles möglich gemacht ( z.b. zeitiger Bezug der Unterkunft). Sehr zu empfehlen! Einzige Kritik ist das uns eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen gefehlt hat, wie z.b. Salz, Zucker oder Pfeffer. Aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben die Villa Petar mit 5 erwachsenen Personen besucht - ein Ehepaar und 3 Einzelpersonen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und bieten alle Bequemlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, ein wirklicher Pluspunkt! In der Küche, die alle Geräte von Herd / Backofen bis Spülmaschine hat, steht ein großer Tisch, der viel Platz bietet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Sommerküche... Reinhard Mansfeld, September 16th, 2024

Die Unterkunft mit großem Garten und einem angenehm kühlen Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Supermärkte und ein Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich mit Leidenschaft um den Garten und den Rest des Grundstücks. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

The villa was great, it had everything - great pool, sea entrance right in front of the garden, great barbecue, inside kitchen and livind room in modern simple design, also all rooms with their own bathroom was very convenient. Overall a great house with everything you need. The owners were also very helpful in terms of any questions we had.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und die Bilder sind realistisch. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum entspannen und um nicht gestört zu werden. Wenn man jedoch etwas unternehmen möchte ist in der Umgebung nicht sehr viel geboten. Die klassischen Touristenattraktionen (geführte Bootsfahrt, Jetski, Bootsmiete, etc) sind natürlich gegeben. Restaurants hat es ebenfalls genügend. Die Landschaft ist gut geeignet für eine schöne Wanderung. Alles in allem... Julian Adolphi, September 10th, 2023
