Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. Une villa magnifique qui tiens toutes ses promesses, aucune mauvaise surprise et un accueil très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du confort des locataires. Un grand merci à eux, nous reviendrons !

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc.

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Kada smo tražili kuću za odmor ove godine, obratili smo se agenciji Zadarvillas s kojima smo već ljetovali. Preporučena nam je Villa Zizi u Vrsima kao baš posebna. I moram istaknuti da zaista je posebna. Vila se nalazi na malo izdvojenoj lokaciji, ali opet u neposrednoj blizini svega što vam je potrebno. Budući da ne volimo gužvu i pretrpane plaže u samom centru nekog mjesta, ova lokacija se pokazala kao pun pogodak. Istražili smo sve moguće uvale okrenute Velebitu i... Location was really nice, easy to find and close to Zadar airport. The host requires special mention here. She made sure that we have everything we needed. She even went above and beyond to get her kid’s playstation to us when informed that we don’t have board games/cards with us. The house itself is really huge with attached bathrooms which was very convincing. The checkout was smooth as well. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

The villa was beautifully clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owners living nearby met us on arrival and very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. Answered all our questions promptly and made recommendations when we asked. Location was perfect for us being a quiet secluded spot but within short drives to Zadar and other towns and beaches. We just had such an amazing stay in Villa Val. The house is well maintained, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop with the view and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus. The location is perfect; in a very beautiful area next to few small shops, to the coast and to nice restaurants by walking distance or with the bikes. Waren im August als Familie mit 5 Personen in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Besonders toll fanden wir den Spa Bereich (Whirlpool und Sauna), sowie das Spielzimmer mit Flipper und Tischtennisplatte. Der Salzwasserpool ist ein absoluter Traum, sowie die Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem luxuriösen Haus in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes bestens unterstützt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Liebevoll gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Haus. Riesiger Garten. Man wohnt in einem kleinen Ortsteil, Nachbarn weit weg in absoluter Ruhe auf dem Land. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man kann in der gegend einige Ausflüge unternehmen, z.B. Krka NP, Zadar, diverse Strände und Inseln (Pag, Vir usw.). Wir waren zu fünft mit Hund (das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer umgeben, Hund bleibt da) und alle hatten Platz und haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sofort bei der Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Es war sogar ein kleiner Snack vorbereitet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Terrasse mit Pool wunderbar gemütlich. Wir haben Pizzaofen und Grill fast täglich verwendet. Sogar das Brennmaterial wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und wieder nachgefüllt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Sofort wieder!

Przepiękna nowoczesna willa z basenem i tarasem z jacuzzi na dachu. Pokoje wygodne i super wyposażone, super salony gdzie można spędzać czas, wspólnie gotować czy jeść posiłki. Na tarasach miejsce dla wszystkich. Super spędziliśmy tam czas, a Pani Właścicielka jest przecudowna i przemiła osoba.

Everything was well organized. Agreements are kept. Short lines and quick answers. Beautiful villa and very clean. Very friendly owners and an excellent welcome. Beautiful lovely quiet area. We enjoyed it and certainly intend to return again. We can recommend everyone to rent a villa through ZadarVillas. Perfect!

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei schönen Buchten und im kleinen Dorf Vijnerac.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa – it was everything we hoped for and more. The Villa, courtyard, and pool are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming and even surprised us with fresh fruit a couple of times during our stay.
