The house is quiet and very nice, corresponds to the description and the pictures from the brochure. The technical equipment works perfectly. The hosts are very friendly and discreet. I would like to recommend it to others. Miro

Waren im August als Familie mit 5 Personen in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Besonders toll fanden wir den Spa Bereich (Whirlpool und Sauna), sowie das Spielzimmer mit Flipper und Tischtennisplatte. Der Salzwasserpool ist ein absoluter Traum, sowie die Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe letztes Jahr bei ihnen gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Das Haus wurde top in Schuss gehalten. Das Haus dieses Jahr war auch super. Jedoch waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nixht zufrieden. Hier ist Notwendigkeit zur Optimierung

Wir haben uns für diese Villa entschieden, weil die so frei stand und ein großer Abstand zu den anderen Häusern war. Das heißt man konnte draußen länger bleiben, reden, feiern und auch etwas lauter ohne dass sich die Nachbarn sofort beschwert haben. Der Obstgarten hinterm Haus war auch mega. Die Fahrt zum Strand 15 Minuten. Insgesamt sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr nette Mieter. Ein kleines Problem mit der Spülmaschine wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden... Waldemar G, August 15th, 2021

Die Räumlichkeiten perfekt aufgeteilt. Die separaten Schlafzimmer an den Außenseiten des Wohnbereichs haben jeweils ein eigenes Badezimmer und sind nochmal mit Türen vom Wohnbereich getrennt, so dass man jeweils seine Privatsphäre hat. Auch im separaten Haus neben dem Grill- und Außenessbereich gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Toilette und Dusche. Dies haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus genießen dürfen. Wir waren 9 Leute (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 1 Kind und 1 Baby) Der Pool und die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Der Strand Bokulja ist 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch absolut ruhig. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 4km in Posedarje, ansonsten hat man ca 500m vom Haus entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt. Bis nach Zadar fährt man auch nur ca.... Kristina D, August 12th, 2021

Spacious and comfortable villa, very well equipped (tableware, glasses, pots, pans, hygiene products, capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, coffee capsules, two hair dryers). The pool is very well-maintained and cleaned regularly. In the garden there is a shower, ping-pong table, and trampoline. On the terrace there is a functional grill and comfortable chairs with a large table. Very efficient contact with the owner, who responds quickly to questions and requests. The air... Our stay lasted 8 days, but if possible, we would have stayed at least 2 weeks. The hosts (the entire family) were very helpful and kind, ensuring our comfort and ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were genuinely hospitable. Alles völlig unkompliziert, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Etwas abgelegen, doch dafür auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alles aber sehr zügig. Das Haus und die Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

It's exactly like in the pictures. A beautiful house, very clean and for the kids what the best was the pool. We definitely enjoyed the time.

It was my first time at Croatia and my only regret is that I should have booked for a longer stay. The owner Ana was super kind and generous, available 24/7 and very listening. The villa is better in reality than in the pictures: very spacious, clean and luxurious. It’s location is perfect: 15 min from the Zadar Airport and 30min from lot’s of beaches (by car). I highly recommend it and I will come back !! See you soon Ana !

The villa deserves its 5 stars because Tomislav has been very welcoming with us and is willing to help whenever we need something and if you need some advices of where to visit, you can always ask him. The villa has plenty of space for people to stay a short or long time during the day. The swimming pool is really nice, as is the rest of the outside and of the inside. Everything was clean. There is really no bad point.

Beautiful, accomodation, very well equiped perfectly fit for guests travelling with children. The first accomodation in Croatia where we received what we expected. No mass tourism around, we discovered many "hidden" beaches around where we could enjoy all the beauty of Croatia.

Everything in the house was awesome. It was very new, everything was clean, nice bedrooms and bathromms, the bbq place was great and last but not least the pool was a dream. Thank you very much!

The villa is outstanding!

The villa can be considered as a high standard villa.

There were 7 of us in the complex. Everything was there that is needed in everyday vacation.

In addition to 2 large bathrooms, the house has another toilet.

The pool is relatively large, so that you can swim nice lengths.

Pool shower, enough loungers and pool towels also no problem.

Erg mooie villa. Veilig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker zwembad en de tennisbaan is ook leuk. We zijn er met z'n 5-en een week geweest. Heerlijke tijd gehad. Auto is wel nodig.

Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen geschichtsträchtigen Haus verbringen. Man merkt das es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde in viele großen und kleinen Details. Der Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr angenehm, und bei der Ankunft (trotz Verspätung unsererseits wegen Stau) wurden wir herzlich Empfangen. This house is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. It's a little bit off the grid, so if you plan on going out at night, it needs some organizing, but you'll find everything you ned in Bencovaz, which is really close. The host is also very friendly, communication works smoothly and the house is beautiful. You have 7 rooms with their own bathrooms, a very nice swimming pool, a shady patio, great sundecks, two full kitchens, enough fridges to keep everything cool, a... Andreas, June 2nd, 2018
