Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und Restaurants, allerdings muss für die Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten ein weiterer Weg in Kauf genommen werden. We had such a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful peaceful house. The house was so clean and fully equipped. Our children loved the garden with the pool and the ping pong table. In the garden there were many cosy places to relax. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. The local people in this tiny village very so nice and friendly. The location was perfect for us. Das Haus war super, man war für sich und hat mit dem uber auch nicht lange in die Altstadt gebraucht. Der Pool war klasse(auch beheizt) und auch mit dem Besitzer des Hauses, der direkt nebenan wohnt, hat man sich sehr gut verstanden.

Das Haus ist, so wie abgebildet, in einem super Zustand, alles passt perfekt, das Pool ist ein Hit. Der Vermieter, Goran ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es war für uns alle eine super schöne Urlaubswoche. Gerhard

We had a great vacation in Novigrad. We were 7 people and the first guests in the newly built Villa Ponti. Everything was as described. The Villa is modern, stylish and very well equiped with all you need. The view was amazing. Marija is an amazing Host and made sure we realy dont miss anything and enjoy our Stay. Novigrad is a small town and an ideal Spot for people that Look for a relaxed holiday without overloaded beaches. The small nice AdriaSol beach is just 4 min down a small footpath.... Sehr ruhig in Alleinlage inmitten von Olivenhainen, liegt das Ferienhaus dennoch nur 1km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren bei Bedarf schnell zur Stelle. Das Haus an sich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet es fehlte an nichts.

The accommodation is really very nice and modern. Almost a luxury. The jacuzzi is great and the pool is huge. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt 12 Tage in der Villa Jenny. Die Villa befindet sich in einem Vorort von Zadar, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man aber in ca. 10 Minuten die Stadt und hat dort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vom Checkin bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl und von den Gastgebern willkommen gefühlt. We had a wonderful family vacation in Croatia! Not only was this house beautifully furnished and clean, it had a perfect size pool, and it is in a great location. It is a two minute walk to the beach and to a cafe. Our host Marta was very helpful with check-in and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations on places to go and restaurants, all which we followed and enjoyed. I highly recommend this house!

Die Angaben in dem Angebot spiegeln exakt den Standard vor Ort wider. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Weges mitten in einem Pinien-Wäldchen auf dem Hügel. Es ist von außen uneinsehbar. Die Räume sind hell sowie modern ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus sowie die Einrichtung befinden sich in einem Top-Zustand. The property was really well maintained. Especially the outside area with the pool was really nice. The rooms on the upper floor are renovated nicely including the master bathroom and small bathroom with shower. The location of the house is nice and provides the perfect amount of privacy.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Mara - it is a beautiful house with excellent facilities and the photos don’t do it justice. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home, with lots of help and recommendations. It is beautifully decorated inside and outside, and the pool is an added bonus. The villa is in a little village in the hills above Korcula town, and hence away from the hustle and bustle, and quiet and peaceful as a result. We didn’t have transport but taxis... We had a nice stay at the hotel of Tomislav. He was very friendly and helpful. We recommend the house to 100%. It was neat, clean and everything was there. If we had questions he answered quickly and gave suggestions for free time activities.

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. Deze villa ligt in het kleine dorp Vrana, vlakbij Pakostane. Als je even weg wilt zijn van alles en iedereen, dan is dit de ideale plek om bij te komen. Het huis bevindt zich op het het platteland tussen de boeren, kippen, schapen en schildpadden. Er zijn fietsen, een zwembad, pingpongtafel en de vriendelijke eigenaresse woont ernaast. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und die Villa war wirklich sauber und super gepflegt. Der Pool war ein Traum in dieser Hitze. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
