It was my first time at Croatia and my only regret is that I should have booked for a longer stay. The owner Ana was super kind and generous, available 24/7 and very listening. The villa is better in reality than in the pictures: very spacious, clean and luxurious. It’s location is perfect: 15 min from the Zadar Airport and 30min from lot’s of beaches (by car). I highly recommend it and I will come back !! See you soon Ana !

We had the place to ourselves and booked 10 nights in the villa with its own pool. What a great find. The villa was very clean and spacious. Great pool and well looked after. The villa was very clean and tidy and again the main pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds. it was quiet and peaceful with a good sun aspect at all times of day. The Villa was located in Benkovac. Let me start by saying that we never had such a lovely stay in a house we rented online!
We literally felt at home immediately.

Ivana and Blaž make you feel right at home with a warm welcome with home-made bread, tapas and desserts, delicious!

Everything was available in the house. The owners are nearby and were always pleased to assist us during our stay. The swimming pool is very nice and clean and is periodically checked.

We had a great time in Croatia thanks to Tomislav and his friends who welcome us. The house was magical and better then expected! They was really patient with our time of arrival who was not precise because of the traffic on the road. Littles attentions was waiting for us like food and it was really welcome! New, beautifully furnished, up market accommodation with everything needed for a great holiday and more.

Pool and pool area was perfect. Outside kitchen was also a great addition which we used often.

Das Haus ist schlichtweg genial. Die Beschreibung und Bilder sind absolut zutreffenden und der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Super sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge habe uns jeden Tag auf neue Begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung und sehr nettem Service.

Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Ein toller Ort, um Erholung zu finden! Gleichzeitig bietet die Lage einen guten Startpunkt für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge zu Stränden, nach Zadar oder in die Berge. Ana war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und trotzdem zurückhaltend war. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout d’abord la villa est encore plus jolie en réalité qu’en photo. Confortable et très bien aménagée, elle loge sans problèmes 9 personnes. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, détails de décoration et surtout belle et’grande piscine. The house with the pool was really nice. The beds were really comfortable, you could sleep very well! Well air-conditioned rooms! You had a lot of space and a lot of peace and quiet! The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

Die Villa ist einfach TOP! Bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Toller Pool, draussen eine Bar mit Kühlschrank, grosser Grill. Innenbereich sehr grosszügig. Einfach nur toll und würde ich jedem empfehlen.

Wir waren mit unserer Clique (8 Personen) für eine Woche in policnik. Das Haus war wie erwartet, wenn nicht sogar, noch besser. Die Gastfreundschaft ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben einmal gegrillt & ein zweites Mal haben typisch „kroatisch“ gegessen (Marija ist eine super Köchin). Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. We had an amazing stay at the villa in Croatia and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The villa itself was in excellent condition, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space for our group of six. On top of that, the wide range of leisure activities on the property made our stay even more enjoyable.

Sweet hosts who were thorough and helpful. There was good communication throughout. The house was clean, beautiful and done in Mediterranean style with old details. It looked exactly like the pictures. We had cars and drove both to Zadar, to swim in waterfalls, to Bukovic and Biograd, etc. and experienced a few different things. The house was a great starting point where the kids spent many hours in the pool.

Wir (7 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) waren vor knapp 2 Wochen dort zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein früherer Check In war kein Problem und wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich empfangen. Marinko der Eigentümer, der auch gleichzeitig fließend deutsch spricht hat uns direkt mit einem Willkommens-Getränk in Empfang genommen und uns alles Wissenswerte über die Villa und die Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Nähe aufgezählt.
