Het zwembad was fantastisch. Fijne ruimtes en heerlijk dat er in elke kamer airco was. Het terrein is omheind en auto’s kunnen op het terrein veilig staan. De eigenaar is vriendelijk, hij spreekt alleen Duits of Kroatisch. Supermarkt op 3 min lopen (wel hoge prijzen en ze zijn er heel onvriendelijk). Zadar centrum is 15 min met de auto. De ligging is dan ook fantastisch. En een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Zadar where almost everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Dino, who explained everything to us. He was always easily reachable and very helpful throughout our stay. We were two families with children who love to play tennis, so the tennis court on the property was a great bonus. Villa mirta was amazing! So clean and comfortable for us all. Everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. Loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings and round the pool in the day! Bedrooms spacious and very comfy beds. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen. Games room and gym was great fun. Novigrad was so pretty. Cafes and restaurants lovely, and a place to swim too! Es ist ein unglaublich schönes Haus, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümerin Lucija ist wirklich unglaublich Nettoumsatz hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und wundervolle Leckereien zur Begrüßung bereit gestellt. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber das hier war das am besten ausgestattete mit der, mit Abstand, besten Vermieterin. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. Tolles Haus, Toller Gastgeber Es war einfach alles Super. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Alles sehr modern und gut ausgestatten. Schlafzimmer sauber und ebenfalls alles klimatisiert. Der Pool war mit den Hydromassagesystemen auch sehr schön. Zu den schönen Sandstränden fährt man ca 5 minuten mit dem Auto. I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, it's hosts, the location!!!! 35 minutes to beaches, 35-40minutes to Krka National Park, driving distance to Zadar and ferries out to the islands, closest town ten minutes away had markets and restaurants that fit our needs! The privacy, quiet, warm reception and welcome from this host and his partner were fantastic! First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Furthermore (although it may seem insignificant) detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher were freely available. Great Villa to stay at! Everything was really beautiful, especially the Pool! You are able to grill, play dart and just soundly relax.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen so dass man abschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Das Haus und der Pool + Außenanlagen sind super. Bis zum Strand nach Biograd waren es ca. 25 min mit dem Auto was uns aber vorher bekannt war und wir es als nicht schlimm empfanden. Wir habe dies gleich mit einem Einkauf bei Lidl verbunden. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Super Villa, Sauberkeit TOP! Jeden Morgen um 08oo ist Personal gekommen um die Pool zu reinigen. Alles was man braucht ist da, wirklich alles Genug Teller,Gläser, usw Handtücher mehr als genug da. In Näher gibts Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen, einkaufen zu fuß ca. 10-15min Fußweg .. Strand ca 15min Fußweg Center mim Taxi,Auto erreichbar ca 10min Fahrt. Taxipreise sind günstig!

Wir waren mit der Familie da und konnten dort unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub genießen! Das Haus war wie beschrieben, es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit dem ZadarVillas Team, sowie die sehr gastfreundliche Housekeeper! Pridraga ist ein sehr kleiner und ruhiger Ort, jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten mit dem Auto im Umkreis gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiter!

This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!
