Villa Nea is really well- equiped with all usefull equipment. Swimming pool was also great. Wi-fi network was working fine all the time.

The accommodation was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing. Due to temperature reasons, it was even preheated a little. The owner welcomed us very warmly and was very accommodating. There were even welcome drinks and cake.

Der Aufenthalt war ohne jegliche Mängel. Wir wurden trotz extremer Verspätung sehr herzlich empfangen. Vor Ort wurde uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Ebenfalls gab es noch eine Vielfalt an Flyern mit diversen Angeboten (um etwas zu unternehmen). Bei der Sauberkeit haben wir absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Begeistert hat uns die tolle Ausstattung der Villa. Sei es in der Küche, bei den Elektrogeräten wie Staubsauger, Bügeleisen &Co oder im Außenbereich.... Medina, February 9th, 2021

We were very satisfied with Tomislav's house, we spent a great time there. Mr. Kreso, who welcomed us with his wife and who gave us the key, was very friendly. The communication was perfect and easy. The house is well equipped, for example, the kitchen (pan and pots, glasses, oil, spices, etc) and the bathroom (a lot of towels, hairdryer). There are two floors: the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an entry with a little kitchen and a second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom... Greta H., July 25th, 2019

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

This house is amazing it Hase all the things you need for a good summer holiday. The bbq is the best you can make anything you can think of in it if it’s pizza or pekka or just meat. I really don’t regret it to go there and I would go there again.

HI, we visited the villa on August 22. A group of 12 people. It was a wonderful accommodation including equipment. The owner was very helpful and willing. I can warmly recommend for accommodation a party of good friends who will enjoy this beautiful house. I have nothing to complain about - I definitely recommend it. Karel

Super Haus sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich alles da was man brauch und noch mehr.

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Villa für bis zu 10 Personen, top Ausgestattet und durch die Gastgeber mit Herz und einer liebevollen Art geführt. Der Pool war Klasse temperiert und mit einer gesunden Salzwasser Elektrolyse Anlage ausgestattet, so das kein Hautreizendes Chlorwasser zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Tomislav’s place is simply amazing !!!

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus, eine sehr schöne Villa, und die Leute waren sehr nett, wirklich sehr nett. Ich schreibe selbst etwas sehr Positives, außerdem haben sie uns Obst gegeben – darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen und die Villa auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa very modern with all equipment prepared stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter also was table tennis and grill in Garten and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly uncomplicated very nice contact also he was very helpful he... Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll. Das Haus hatte alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, der Außenbereich war schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Traum. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Da ich nicht gerne Romane an Rezessionen schreibe denke ich das der nachfolgende Satz alles beschreibt. Würden wir hier noch einmal Urlaub machen, ein ganz klares ja.

We had a fantastic stay. Great property finished to a really high standard with everything you need. We enjoyed the spa room and the excellent pool and other facilities. Price was good too. Location was quiet but still close to Zadar and lots of nice beaches nearby.

Ein sehr schönes haus mit traumhafter umgebung.

We had a great holidays in the Villa Moki ! Private & Clean pool (every morning). Private gym room, 2 bathrooms. Quiet place. There is everything needed to have great holidays (dishwasher, washing machine, bbq). Host are living nearby but this is not a problem at all. There are free to answer any question. Take care, many flies and bees around (at least during our stay).
