We really enjoyed the stay. The service was great and the housowners were very courteous, friendly and always ready to help. The garden and pool were neat just as the house. Overall it's a great house to spent your vacation in.

Schitterende plaats, alle rust en ruimte. Iedere dag werd het zwembad schoongemaakt, zeer hartelijke eigenaren! Ze hebben regelmatig wat meegenomen, zoals watermeloen, groenten uit de tuin, chocolade voor de kids, zelfs een barbecue verzorgd, die zij bekostigden! Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus. Die ruhige Lage und das riesige Grundstück sorgten für eine uneingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Der Pool (immer sauber!) ist ein absolutes Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Ein großes Kompliment an Gastgeber Ivan für die hervorragende Kommunikation und die vielen Restaurant- und Freizeittipps. Bei Fragen, Wünschen und Problemen hat er sich sofort um eine Lösung... We booked the house in 7 people in August and had a really good time there. The place is easily accessible and all the comforts really improved our staying (we did bbq every evening). The house was clean and the hosts were really kind, giving us a lot of information about places to visit and main attractions. 5 stars holiday.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit 4 Kindern. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für 2 Familien, jeder hat einen abgeschlossenen Bereich. Die "Sommerküche" mit Wohnbereich ist gemeinsam mit dem Außengrill und dem Sitzbereich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Pool und die wunderbar leckeren Trauben und Tomaten im Garten sind ebenso besonders hervorzuheben. Matteo und seine Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich mit Getränken und kleinen Speisen... Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!

Om man älskar sol och bad så kan läget inte bli bättre. Nära till en underbar sandstrand och privat uppvärmd pool finns precis utanför dörren. Lugnt område och nära till mindre matbutik.

We (family of 6) stayed in Villa Mirta for two weeks and enjoyed every day of it. Lucija really made us feel at home as of arrival by welcoming us in person and kindly stocking the house with all necessities including food & drinks for the first day or two. She and her family were available at all times during our stay to answer questions, helping out etc. While only being a short drive from the village of Novigrad, the modern house has full privacy and is thoughtfully decorated &... Really nice villa with perfect seating-accommodation inside and outside. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the equipment (fridge, kitchen, toilet, bathroom) is extraordinary. The owner of the villa is very nice and straightforward. Highest recommendation!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus genießen dürfen. Wir waren 9 Leute (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 1 Kind und 1 Baby) Der Pool und die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Der Strand Bokulja ist 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch absolut ruhig. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 4km in Posedarje, ansonsten hat man ca 500m vom Haus entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt. Bis nach Zadar fährt man auch nur ca.... Kristina D, August 12th, 2021

We hebben deze vakantiewoning, zwembad en tuin als heel netjes, ruim, gezellig en sfeervol ervaren. Enige minpunt was dat er op de eerste verdieping op de slaapkamers geen airco aanwezig was. Verder prima aan te raden!!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Krasa. The villa is as described and seen in the photos. The surrounding is very calm, perfect to relax. The pool was very refreshing. The next small supermarket is around 2 km away. The owners are very polite and we got some nice welcome presents and sweets for our children. We had plenty of towels available and the Villa was clean upon our arrival. Zadar Villa was easy to contact and helped us with all queries. We can recommend the beautiful Villa.

Die Villa war toll ! Sehr angenehmes Check in und -out gehabt. Tolle Gastgeber ! Leider einige Stromausfälle die wir selber begeben konnten, ansonsten sehr schöner riesiger Pool ca. 160 cm tief und einen angenehmen jacuzzi direkt am Ende des Pools. Gerne wieder ! Liebe Grüße Shila

Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside there is a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A little further on is a general playground, basketball court, etc. The private swimming pool is of... Raymond v., August 27th, 2022

Piękna willa. Całość przemyślana i wykonana idealnie dal komfortu i wygody gości. Grill i stół na zewnątrz super na kolacje. Basen. Zewnętrzny prysznic oraz osobna toaleta przy basenie. Nie jestem w stanie wymienić jednej rzeczy, która mogłaby być zrobiona lepiej. Wygląd i aranżacja miejsca bardzo ładnie. Z właścicielami można swobodnie porozmawiać po angielsku i są bardzo mili. Lovely spacious villa with private pool, trampoline, slide, swings and no neighbors (except the owners). We were received very friendly. The owners had brought melons and prepared a bag of briquettes for the barbecue. The kitchen has a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and a large refrigerator. There is also a freezer in the basement, which can be handy.

We stayed in Villa Lubey during the Easter break in 2025 April. The villa was clean and very cozy, well equipped, very spacious. And the view... was increadible... The host Mia was super hospitable - quick in responds and in offering aditional services or just giving information for us. All in all - me and my family (11 of us) had an amazing holiday. We had a great stay! Grocery store within walking distance and easy to get around.

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... Die Villa ist schön und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. War ein super Aufenthalt.
