We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

Absolutely perfect accommodation and the hosts take great care to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be happy to come back with our family sometime. :)

Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Übergabe erfolgte sehr zügig und Informativ. Es ist alles was man für ein schönen Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 8 km. in Biograd vorhanden (Lidl und Co.) We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a metà agosto 2024. La casa è esattamente come si presenta in foto, ambienti moderni e puliti, dotata di piscina barbecue e piccola sauna. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Nikolina. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, es war alles blitzblank und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nikolina und ihre Familie waren tolle Vermieter. Danke für eine tolle Zeit, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay. We were immediately impressed by the modern, high-quality furnishings, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The outdoor area has been perfectly designed and every corner invites you to linger. The pool is simply gorgeous and a real eye-catcher! Our hostess was extremely welcoming and provided us with valuable tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend this house!

The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Villa ist mit allem was das Herz begeht ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles tip top sauber. Die Gastgeberin Lidija ist sowas von nett und zuvorkommend. Sie ist stets erreichbar und hilft einem immer weiter. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub liebe Lidija.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, haben uns schöne Ausflüge ermöglicht und einige Tipps gege Die Aussicht runter ans Meer ist himmlisch und wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful villa. The owners are so kind too. There are many nice thing to do in de villa as it has the pool, trampoline, pool table and table tennis. We had a lot of beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Some nights we did a barbecue with fresh fish, meat and vegetables from the market from Zadar, very nice! Zadar is just 25 minutes drive and close by there is a place to go to a beautiful beach as well. The house is also very new and clean. We really enjoyed our... We had a great time there with my family and also our dog. Pool and backyard are so nice and clean, house is comfortable and location is perfect. All recommendations to host!! They prepared local food and cakes for us on first day. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone!

Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser: Wundervolles Haus, alles funktioniert, sauberer Pool, der mehrmals wöchentlich geprüft wurde, großer Grill, Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle, alle Zimmer mit AirCon, Küchenzeile mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Was will man mehr? Danke an Martina :-)

We stayed in Villa Val for one week and we had a great time. The villa is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need whilst on holiday. The pool is a great size and has plenty of room and loungers round it to make it a place where you can easily stay relaxing for a day or more. The villa has plenty of shops and bars nearby.
