The villa is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Spotless clean. Heated pool and big barbeque house. The owners were helpful and enthusiastic to make our stay as great as possible! Communication with them was quick and easy. Our group was 4 adults and 2 children and villa was comfort for everyone. 

We have been at this lovely place for 12 days. It has everything we needed. Owner and his wife were very kind, and helpful if we had any questions. The pool was a bit cold, and it is pretty windy, but thats the weather to blame, and not the house and property.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten in einer ländlichen Idylle. Der Pool war schön groß und gepflegt. Im Haus war genug Platz für 8 Personen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber.

Our stay at this villa with pool was just fantastic! The property was immaculately clean and well equipped, and the pool was a welcome refreshment in the summer heat. The environment was quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for for for our summer vacation. The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Tomislav and Nenad are great hosts, so kind and helpful. Villa Zlatni Dvori is worth recommending the place to stay in, clean, well equipped and spacious with a great terrace and grill area. The advantage of an offer is a localization - 5 minute walk to cristal water see and nice fisherman village with few shops and good restaurants.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und das Haus war traumhaft. Es war schön abgelegen und man war schnell am Meer. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus. Die ruhige Lage und das riesige Grundstück sorgten für eine uneingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Der Pool (immer sauber!) ist ein absolutes Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Ein großes Kompliment an Gastgeber Ivan für die hervorragende Kommunikation und die vielen Restaurant- und Freizeittipps. Bei Fragen, Wünschen und Problemen hat er sich sofort um eine Lösung... We had the best time at this place. The hosts are very amazing people.

The house is fully equipped. There is WIFI too. We cant be faulted.

Near the house there is a little supermarket, where you can buy everything.

The people in the village are very friendly.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont offert un repas (charcuterie, fromage et pain) à l'arrivée. Puis, des fruits et du vin de leur production tout au long du séjour. La cuisine extérieure est très pratique et très appréciable.

My family and I had the most amazing week at Villa Dora. It is a beautiful villa – very luxurious, clean and comfortable. The fact that Vanja and Marino had thought of everything that we might need to ensure a perfect stay and were so helpful with planning our activities really made our holiday. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury villa as a base to explore Zadar and the local area. 

Wir hatten traumhafte 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Top Ausstattung, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, alles sauber und sehr bemühte und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, die immer erreichbar waren.

The stay was very pleasant. Everything was thought out to ensure guests felt at their best. Nothing was missing, the standard was high, and the property was fully maintained. We are very pleased.

The description of the house is corresponding to the reality. The house is confortable and very clean. The house has an exceptional view on the sea in front to Razanac. The owners of the house are very very frendly and kindly and they made our holiday special. We recommend this house and if in future we will come back in Razanac we would like to consider this house another time.

Für uns als fünfköpfige Familie war das Haus in Smilcic mit seinen Steinmauern und großen Bäumen sehr urig und geräumig, weitere Personen hätten noch gut Platz gehabt. Besonders das große und sehr gut ausgestattete Poolhaus wurde zum Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts Ende August. Bei Tagestemperaturen knapp über 30 Grad haben wir den großen und blitzsauberen Pool mit Solar-Gartendusche jeden Tag mehrfach genossen, immer draußen... Corinna, Johannes & kids, September 13th, 2022
