Tomislav was een bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als wij iets aangaven bij Tomislav ondernam hij direct actie. Zelfgemaakte wijn en olijfolie gekregen! Het is een heerlijk huis dat rustig gelegen is op 5 min afstand van Zadar met de auto. Wel wespen rond het zwembad. Achter het huis staan vijgenbomen waar we elke dag heerlijke verse vijgen van hebben geplukt voor ontbijt en lunch. Zelfs vijgen jam gemaakt. Prima uitgeruste keuken.

Very good location, right next to a supermarket.

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

Vi var 6 drenge af sted og vi nød alle dagene i huset og pool var virkelig lækker. Værten var utrolig imødekommende og tingene var iorden så helt sikkert et sted jeg vil anbefale

We liked the Villa Coratina very much, and we were also very surprised that the homeowner left this house to the group, despite our age. The house was clean inside and even coffee beans and various other foods were available to us. A few sun loungers had major damage on the outside and the grill was left very dirty. Logement cosy au milieu de nulle part. Idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visite. Emplacement pratique pour visiter la région. Les points d’intérêt sont à moins de 45mn en voiture

House was even nicer then photos. So modern and clean. Pool was really nice and out door area was perfect to hang out in during the day. House was 20/30 mins walk from city centre and only 5 mins from beach or a shop. Host was amazing. Left us snacks and checked in make sure we had everything we needed throughout the week.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, welches einem die nötige Privatsphäre garantiert. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter, die sich unaufdringlich um alles gekümmert haben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal, um auf der einen Seite Ruhe zu haben und auf der anderen Seite nah genug an allen Ausflugszielen zu sein. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt und würden selbst wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Nice place to stay at in Zadar, great villa which has everything you need

Der/ Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Nachfragen wurde innerhalb Minuten geantwortet. Auch zu späterer Stunde war draußen noch gemütliches Beisammensein unter der Weintrauben-Terrasse möglich.???? 2 Küchen mit 2 Kühlschränken und 2 Geschirrspülern war sehr sehr hilfreich, um die Unterkunft bestens zu nutzen. Der riesige Pool mit Outdoor-Dusche lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Tutto benissimo, rilassante seppure divertente. Ottimo.

Modernes, sauberes und auch hochwertig eingerichtetes Wohnobjekt. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, die das Entspannen am Pool etwas erschwerte. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Zur Villa: sehr gute Lage zum Meer, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Der Vermieter bemüht sich sehr und ist jeden 3 Tag vor Ort und reinigt den Pool bzw. kann man Unklarheiten beseitigen. Beide Wohnungen sind mit Klima ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein ausziehbarer Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein, reicht aber vollkommen aus. Leider ist hier kein Ofen vorhanden. Draußen kann man wunderbar grillen und gleich das Essen an dem Sommertisch genießen.... Alex Martens, August 19th, 2019

We really enjoyed the stay. The service was great and the housowners were very courteous, friendly and always ready to help. The garden and pool were neat just as the house. Overall it's a great house to spent your vacation in.

We - a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent 10 days in this wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the large beautiful pool with a great view of the fields. But the house / houses are also very nice, big and clean and with A / C in for rooms and kitchen. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We communicated by means of Google Translate.. They had great respect for our need for privacy, which is quite large. They welcomed us with open arms and had prepared tapas and drinks... Lene W, July 31st, 2021

Super Villa, alles da was für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Magnifique villa, à l'intérieur du pays, proche de zadar et du parc national Paklenica. Hote très gentille, accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un très beau sejour

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Agentur war immer gut erreichbar und vom Check in bis zum Check out hat alles super geklappt. Der Besitzer des Hauses war auch sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Es war sauber und man findet dort alles was man so braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und war unser absolutes Highlight. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Kada smo tražili kuću za odmor ove godine, obratili smo se agenciji Zadarvillas s kojima smo već ljetovali. Preporučena nam je Villa Zizi u Vrsima kao baš posebna. I moram istaknuti da zaista je posebna. Vila se nalazi na malo izdvojenoj lokaciji, ali opet u neposrednoj blizini svega što vam je potrebno. Budući da ne volimo gužvu i pretrpane plaže u samom centru nekog mjesta, ova lokacija se pokazala kao pun pogodak. Istražili smo sve moguće uvale okrenute Velebitu i... Although we visited at the end of the season and the weather was not perfect we had a great family holiday. We were made most welcome by our host and he was available at all times if we had any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family (all young adults), especially the on suite bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We made use of the heated pool every day even though the air temperature left a bit to be desired. The view from the roof terrace is at all times of day magical. The Villa is...
