Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Ivana. Von A wie Außengelände bis Z wie zuhausefühlen war alles perfekt. Im Haus und im Garten gab es einfach alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung war super. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principal's spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check-in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind, available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

Sehr sauber, nette Vermieter, bei Fragen oder sonstigen waren die Vermieter immer da um zu helfen. Schöne Villa, Schöne Aussicht.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 8 Personen und das Haus war traumhaft. Es war schön abgelegen und man war schnell am Meer. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat super funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets bemüht uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen zu helfen. Eine kurze Nachricht per Handy und unser Anliegen wurde sofort behandelt. Auch wenn die Vermieter selbst in Zadar wohnen, waren deren Eltern stets "zu diensten". Tomislav was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean, spacious, and has a really nice pool. The communication was easy and consistent and we were even allowed to check in early which really helped with our plans. The villa is located a little bit outside of Zadar so you need to take taxi but there are beautiful views from the balconies and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this booking for families or groups of friend

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in super unkompliziert gestaltet. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort absolut empfehlen!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat einen super ausgestatteten Garten. Es gibt eine Essecke draußen die überdacht ist, mit einem richtig schönen Grillofen daneben. Für Kinder gibt es eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Perfekt für eine Gruppe mit mehreren Leuten / Familie. Alle Zimmer gut geschnitten und moderne Ausstattung. Dachterrasse super, insbesondere mit Ausblick aufs Meer.

Villa Nebesi is magnificent, in a very peaceful countryside about 15 minutes from the sea. The region is magnificent. The villa is very well decorated, the swimming pool is pleasant and the pool house with fridge is a real plus. The owner is very friendly and always ready to give good advice. I highly recommend … we will definitely go back!

We had such a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful peaceful house. The house was so clean and fully equipped. Our children loved the garden with the pool and the ping pong table. In the garden there were many cosy places to relax. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. The local people in this tiny village very so nice and friendly. The location was perfect for us. Wir sind als sechs Freunde nach Kroatien verreist. Empfangen wurden wir von Vesna und ihrem Mann, die beide außerordentlich gastfreundlich sind und uns mit Wein, Brot, Käse und Schinken empfangen haben. Der Pool war sehr sauber und auch rund um dem Pool war der Garten sehr gepflegt. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht.

This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. Great Location, optimal base for Dalmatia exploration Great villa design, all amenities provided to live the house both inside and outside. Full optional kitchen! Rooms are spacious, hot and cold water pressure was perfect. Perfect AC in all rooms So many spaces to stay all together, outside or inside, perfect silence during the night to sleep, enjoying relaxing swimming in the lighted pool. ON the pool.. was so good! Our holiday in this house was amazing. We loved the Pool and the Whirlpool. You can see the sea from the Terrace. It is quiet but you can walk to a bar where you can also get a great pizza! The Beach is also in walking distance and the water was really clear and nice. All in all we had a great holiday!

Very nice house with a generous pool and a great view over the village/lake. The house was super clean and tidy when we arrived and the hoasts were friendly, flexible, and gave quick answers whenever we had questions. The only thing to improve that we could think of would be to put some more equipment for cooking in the kitchen (cutting board, sharp knives, grater etc etc). Für Naturliebhaber, die ganz in Ruhe ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten, ist dieses Objekt perfekt. Die Vermieter sind bezaubernd nett und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Unser Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Villa war toll ! Sehr angenehmes Check in und -out gehabt. Tolle Gastgeber ! Leider einige Stromausfälle die wir selber begeben konnten, ansonsten sehr schöner riesiger Pool ca. 160 cm tief und einen angenehmen jacuzzi direkt am Ende des Pools. Gerne wieder ! Liebe Grüße Shila

A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent host - was very helpful and friendly. The house is his fathers and is situated in a quiet village about 40 minutes from the nearest beach. There was a miscommunication regarding the number of beds but that was sorted and we had to remove a cot and high chair to the basement. The photos make the place look nicer than it actually is but that didn’t spoil the stay. The pool and outside area is lovely and the air conditioning in every room was a godsend in the 40C heat. Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home.
