We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. The villa we stayed in was stunning, and our hosts were very communicative, always providing prompt responses to every question. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt well taken care of.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. Der Pool war sehr Sauber, die Eigentümer haben auf Wunsch es immer Sauber gemacht. Die Villa war auch Perfekt man hat alles was man braucht wie Klima, E-Geräte usw. Die Lage ist auch super Strand ca. 500 m weiter weg mit Sand. Wer hier nicht Bucht, verpasst was!

Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau Richtig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Wir alle haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr Gastfreundlichkeit. Vielen Dank

Super Unterkunft. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Vi fløj til Zagreb, hvilket ikke kan anbefales. Det er min 4 timers køretur til Nadine/huset. Fly til Zadar eller split i stedet for. Huset kræver Billeje. Men huset havde en fin pool, som desværre også hvepse og andre flyvende insekter var interesseret i. Godt internet og A/C. Vi vil gerne tilbage hertil.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

Recently built villa with every comfort equipped with everything, very well furnished. The cleanliness, the pool and the well-kept garden. The location is perfect, close to everything including beaches and the view of czar, fantastic. Even the drink left for the arrival. Kudos to the owner and the agency, someone said that the wifi did not work very well, but also on this I have to give a positive opinion it worked great �㋃ top

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus besticht durch sein stilvolles Design und den traumhaften Pool, der für erfrischende Momente an warmen Tagen sorgt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Outdoorküche – ein echtes Highlight, das unsere Zeit im Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat vier große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Einen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche. Der Pool ist super, es gibt auch ein Klo draußen und auch eine Dusche. Im Grillbereich hat man einen großen Tisch an dem man entspannt essen kann. Nous venons de passer une semaine en famille dans cette belle villa, tout le monde a apprécié ! Propreté irréprochable,tout est mis à disposition pour se sentir chez-soi, rien ne manque! Les hôtes sont vraiment sympathiques! Site super calme! Nous recommandons avec plaisir!

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually see the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher etc. (maybe could have done with more large pots, but that is nitpicking). Would... Matt, August 15th, 2025

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us....
