What a gorgeous view and spot for a relaxing holiday. The house has been newly built in the last few years and has everything you could need. we loved it. You can walk down to the sea along a rocky path. Owners were very helpful and we would highly recommend it.

Accueil est top. L’hôte super gentille et serviable. L’emplacement obligation d’être véhiculé pour accéder aux plages et au restaurants. A 15 min de la ville Sukosan. La villa est superbe avec sa piscine et sa tranquillité. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Great Location, optimal base for Dalmatia exploration Great villa design, all amenities provided to live the house both inside and outside. Full optional kitchen! Rooms are spacious, hot and cold water pressure was perfect. Perfect AC in all rooms So many spaces to stay all together, outside or inside, perfect silence during the night to sleep, enjoying relaxing swimming in the lighted pool. ON the pool.. was so good! Very nice villa we had a very good stay there are many things to do 20 minutes from the villa, the villa is located in a quiet place the host is very welcoming and available to advise you wonderful places. You won't be disappointed with your trip.

Das Haus hat einen gehobenen Standard, ist fast vollständig (außer WCs & Küchen) klimatisiert & Tomislav, der Eigentümer, immer zur Stelle bzw. mit wertvollen Tipps für Insider Lokale perfekt. We loved swimming in the pool, spent many hours there. We loved the big kitchen and dining room upstairs for our large group. We loved having AC in the bedrooms downstairs. We liked having the large grill available to us as well. The villa was a great place to hang out at all day but also a great location to go explore the surrounding areas.

We are impressed with this facility. The villa has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail. A charming place, peace and quiet and luxury. Beautiful interiors and beautiful views of the entire area. The owners are wonderful people. They are always at your disposal and to help. They are not intrusive, you can spend your vacation in privacy. I can certainly recommend this property. If I visit Croatia in the future, I will definitely come to Benkowac again

Wow, this villa really was exceptional - immaculate - pool area was great with younger children as you could lounge or eat & still keep eyes on the children - 10 minutes in a Bolt/Uber to town costing anything between €4 & €10. There was also a bus stop 20 metres up the road but it was easier for us to just grab a taxi because we had younger children - all the facilities you could need in the villa. Tolles Haus, Toller Gastgeber Es war einfach alles Super. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Alles sehr modern und gut ausgestatten. Schlafzimmer sauber und ebenfalls alles klimatisiert. Der Pool war mit den Hydromassagesystemen auch sehr schön. Zu den schönen Sandstränden fährt man ca 5 minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa NOA verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Besitzer hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und die zahlreichen Tips waren auch super. Die Kinder wollten garnicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Danke nochmal für alles…

Dejlig have, terrasse og pool. Dejligt område. Fin gåafstand til byen. Fantastiske idrætsfaciliteter tæt på. Super søde og hjælpsomme værter.

So. We were very excited about this apartment.

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

Tolles Haus und liebevolle Vermieter. Wir waren zu fünft plus Hund dort und haben uns ab Tag 1 absolut wohl gefühlt, wurden mit selbst hergestelltem Wein und Olivenöl verwöhnt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, verschiedene Ebenen zum Sitzen, einen riesen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank für Getränke und Eiswürfel. Der Pool eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. Wir waren mit unserer 6 jährigen Tochter hier und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, alles ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind super und bemühen sich sehr den Gästen ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis zu bieten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für alles

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa war unglaublich gepflegt und super schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und ich kann nur jeden empfehlen diese Villa zu besuchen. Jure war ein unglaublich netter Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar wenn man was hatte. Danke für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A lovely house in the peaceful countryside 15-20 minutes outside of Zadar. You are surrounded by grapes vines and olive trees, and the outdoor space inlcudes a ping pong table, bocce, and best of all a pool. Small supermarkets are within a 5 minutes drive. Watch out for sheep on the roads! The host and her family made us feel very welcome. Dont miss the opportunity to taste their wine.

Denne villa med privat pool er moderne og ligger i et idyllisk landbosområde med masser af oliven og vindrue træer. Ejerne er meget søde og gæstfrie.

Wonderful, spaceaous house and poolarea with very nice owners. We enjoyed it to the max. Several beaches are nearby, supermarket just on the other side of the street. Perfect holidays!
