We travel a lot and have stayed in many properties. This by far was the most professional, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The house was perfect and just as described. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful with directions and suggestions. The check in/out process was painless! The location is near beautiful beaches and Konoba Mika, our favorite local restaurant with amazing local cuisine and friendly service.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Zwembad en jacuzzi werden 2 keer per week schoongemaakt. Gastheer goed bereikbaar per app. Ik raad t iedereen aan en zou graag nog een keer terug komen. Er komt iedere ochtend een bakker langs om half 8 in de ochtend. Jammer dat we daar pas de laatste dag achter kwamen. Verder was alles perfect.

The house is really pretty and super modern. It is also very clean. The only think i miss in the description is that the owners actually live on the top floor so is you are looking for more privacy or tend to be more loud I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that everything is perfect and the host is kind and replies quickly.

A very beautiful, meticulously maintained property with modern technology that works perfectly. A very friendly and helpful hostess. A paradise for relaxation, thanks to its very quiet natural setting, although the sea is only partially accessible on foot. The garage with a wallbox is great for electric cars. Rovinj is only a 5-minute drive away.  It's completely fenced, so our dog could run around freely the whole time, which is a dream. If you're looking for 24-hour... Ralf Pokorny, June 16th, 2025

Es war alles total zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Angefangen beim Check-In war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit einer Platte voller Köstlichkeiten zum Essen empfangen und fanden alles total sauber vor. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch und Deutsch und sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool bzw. der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt extrem verschönert.... Wir hatten einen super Urlaub im Haus und haben die Ruhe genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und der Host hat sich wirklich sehr bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wir möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great House! The Family is very friendly. When you have a Problem they gonna help you instant. Also the Pool gets cleaned every two days.

Dear Zadar Villas team, we had a brilliant time. 20 years ago we fell in love with Croatia, now we also fell in love with the beautiful villa. The pool was amazing (nice heated), the bathrooms, kitchen en facilities were absolutely great. The house was clean and cool. We felt really private and because of all this we had a fabulous holiday. Very nice, modern house, very clean and well maintained. So far the villa was best equipped (kitchenware, cooking ingredients, cleaning, washing) we have ever been. Quiet location with very few tourists, but very close to Nin and Zadar. We appreciated the sandy beach and swallow water at the Ljubac beach and also the dog beach just 15min walk from the house.

We had a delightful stay in Villa Tatijana. The villa was perform for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 children), loads of space and the pool brilliant especially when the weather was so hot (and the villa aircon very welcome). The location is great, being a few steps from the sea and about 1km along a quiet road to the harbour with several restaurants and bars. I would recommend having a car to get around further, including getting from the ferry terminal and to a supermarket of a decent size... Ian M., August 4th, 2022

The accommodation is beautiful, as it is. The pool, the open-air kitchen with a large communal area, everything you need to have a good time. The first floor is available to guests with 3 rooms, and there are 2 more rooms in the separate building. We were greeted with chilled soft drinks and fruit upon arrival, and we also received a gift upon departure. There is a supermarket next door, and the beach is also easily accessible. Everything was great.

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) sind zum wiederholten Mal in der Villa Val und sind jedes Mal hellauf begeistert. Die Villa ist topp eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Zentral gelegen erreichen wir alles fußläufig, sei es der Strand von Diklo oder die nächst gelegenen Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswürdig und sehr serviceorientiert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The villa was absolutely superb - the owner Lucija was so friendly and helpful. The villa was amazingly equipped, beds so comfortable and pool wonderful. Games room a real bonus for our teenage boys! Overall a brilliant stay

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Gästen in der Villa Idassa, Brisevo zu Gast bei Marijan. Die Villa Idassa war die Beste Entscheidung unseres Urlaubs. Marijan war ein perfekter Host der auf seine Gäste eingeht um bei Fragen immer zur Seite steht. Die Villa und die Ausstattung sind einfach nur perfekt. Marijan gibt sich sehr viel Mühe damit sie die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

We are a family travelling from Australia and entered our final holiday week in Croatia having already experienced so many amazing things and places, and then we entered Villa Mek for our final nights and it exceeded our expectations in many ways, starting with the hosts, Katarina and her husband - very wonderful, accessible yet discreet and helpful people who have excellent knowledge and connections/referrals with the community to guide us smoothly through our stay and enjoy more... Eine wunderschöne Villa wie zu 100% auf den Fotos abgebildet. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der perfekte Ort zur Erholung und Entspannung nur leider keine Restaurants oder Bars in der Umgebung Minimum 20 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Supermarkt und Minimum 40 Minuten bis in die nächste Altstadt wo man sich schöne Stunden machen kann. Wir würden diesen Ort aber trotzdem zu 100% weiter empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

The description of the house is corresponding to the reality. The house is confortable and very clean. The house has an exceptional view on the sea in front to Razanac. The owners of the house are very very frendly and kindly and they made our holiday special. We recommend this house and if in future we will come back in Razanac we would like to consider this house another time.

The house was amazing, especially the Pool and the view! Every bedroom had a private bathroom and air condition. There are several places for having great evenings like 2 terrace, two living rooms and a party room in the ground floor. The house was super clean and the owner helped us in every situation really soon. We will definitely come back!

Das Haus ist das, was es verspricht. Ruhig gelegen und perfekt für eine Familie. Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu viert dort und haben den tollen Pool, mit großem Grill und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber und fast jeden Tag kamen die Gastgeber frühmorgens und haben den Pool gereinigt. Rundum alles perfekt für Menschen mit gehobenen Ansprüchen. Ein Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

This House is simply perfect - great and big swimming pool, tennis court, a separate room with snooker table and darts. Very well equipped kitchen, many places to sit in the garden, there is even a drying machine.
