We had a great holidays in the Villa Moki ! Private & Clean pool (every morning). Private gym room, 2 bathrooms. Quiet place. There is everything needed to have great holidays (dishwasher, washing machine, bbq). Host are living nearby but this is not a problem at all. There are free to answer any question. Take care, many flies and bees around (at least during our stay).

Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. The villa was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 people. The host was lovely let us drop are bags off before check in time and was really helpful. Villa was very clean. We all had a great stay! Would definitely come back!

Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out waren sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Nettes Willkommens-Getränk! Alles sauber und alles Nötige für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber sowie toller und gepflegter Pool! Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und Restaurants, allerdings muss für die Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten ein weiterer Weg in Kauf genommen werden. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. The swimming pool is very clean, the kitchen really big, the rooms are perfect and we liked the bbq place. The owner is really nice as well and would love to bring you some homemade wine and oil. He also knows a good Taxi company if you’d like. Thank you for everything!

We were extremely happy about the personal greeting and gifts we received. We really enjoyed our time here and the silence. Everything was perfect.

We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! What a wonderful house! We enjoyed this beautiful home a lot, all descriptions and pictures match the reality. The contact with the owners' family was easy and always friendly, they all were very helpful. Our home offers pool, jacuzzi, bar, patio lounge, barbecue grill/outside kitchen, large rooms, billard, darts, kicker, a sports area, garden with fresh vegetables, chilling zones, ... did I forget something? We had an amazing stay, thank you for hosting us!

Wenn es für Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Gesamteindruck 10 Sterne geben würde, würden wir diese sofort vergeben. Das Haus ist einfach nur super. Sanja und Ivan sind sehr herzliche zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die alles möglich machen um einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Da das Haus außerhalb liegt ist es ratsam ein Auto am Start zu haben.Die Flughafennähe ist so gut wie gar nicht wahrzunehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen... It was wonderful, a very green landscape and lots of mountains! Croatia is a very beautiful country. The welcome was nice, the owner was available. The house was beautiful. We took advantage of the pool and visited the cities like Zadar and Split. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at the Villa Noa. The House is extremely beautiful and very clean. Also Tomislav was always available, very caring and supplied us with everything we needed. This was easily the best airbnb experience we've had yet. We will definitely be back!

Das Haus von Ivan und Sanja ist wunderschön. Tolle, moderne Einrichtung, schöner, gepflegter Garten und ein sensationeller Pool, an dem man auch die Abendstunden unter einem Walnussbaum sitzend den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit aber dennoch sehr diskret, um die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers nicht zu stören. Toll war’s!

Die Villa war traumhaft, Die Gastgeber super nett und hilfsbereit. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Fotos auf der Internetseite geben die Schönheit nur zum Teil wieder. Great villa, very private but also very close to the center of Zadar. The house is of good quality and it has all one needs to enjoy a restful vacation. Tomislav is a great host! Very responsive, reliable and generous!

We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. Das Haus ist perfekt! Tolle Ausstattung und eine Wohlfühloase in Vir. Supernette Vermieter die sehr bemüht waren und auch für kleine Unannehmlichkeiten schnell um eine Lösung bemüht waren. Kleiner Wermutstropfen....im August ist sehr viel los in Vir. Deshalb war es nachts nicht so schön ruhig wie tagsüber. Laute Musik von den Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe bis tief in die Nacht haben uns so manche Stunde Schlaf gekostet. Deshalb vergeben wir nur 4 Sterne.... Petra G., August 4th, 2018
