Friendly, helpful owner. Ideal spot for discovering Zadar, and great launch point for trips in our hire car, with the peace of the countryside right on the edge of the town. Good runs/walks in the woods behind, and great swimming pool in private, secluded garden. 10 minutes drive to the old town for relaxed eating, painting and enjoying the historic buildings. I would strongly recommend it.

Das Haus war mit allem nötigen Zeug ausgestattet alles neu sehr hochwertige Möbel.
Alles war blitzblank es war nicht mal ein Staubkorn zu erkennen
Hilf bereite Gastgeber super freundlich wurden gut empfangen mit einem Geschenk verabschiedet was nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Ich kann jeden die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

We had waited two years for our trip to Villa Mirta, and it was well worth the wait. It lived up to our expectations and beyond! The villa has all that you could possibly want for your stay, the property and furnishings are immaculate, and the pool is fabulous. It lies in a tranquil spot within short walking distance of the small port of Novigrad, and within reasonable driving distance from shops and other beautiful places to visit. Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. We had the place to ourselves and booked 10 nights in the villa with its own pool. What a great find. The villa was very clean and spacious. Great pool and well looked after. The villa was very clean and tidy and again the main pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds. it was quiet and peaceful with a good sun aspect at all times of day. The Villa was located in Benkovac. Insanely nice and helpful host! He called the day before arrival and all questions about check-in were answered immediately. We were able to get in touch at any time during our stay and even got great beach and restaurant recommendations. He stopped by the apartment twice to clean the pool, he announced this in advance so as not to disturb us during our holiday. Everything was nice and clean. Owner is very helpful, came to help us with air conditioning in about 10 minutes after we called (it was 9pm and the fault was our) and fixed it right away. Just perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. Amazing property with everything you needed

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 2 seperaten Wohnungen, perfekt für Familien oder große Gruppen! Perfekte Lage: Bäcker, Restaurant und kleineres Geschäft sind direkt über die Straße, größere supermärkte (Plodine, konzum) ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar! I will start with the highest praise...I would definitely come back to this house. It is everything that is in the description and more. The house is newly constructed and as such is not just clean and modern but also perfectly placed at the top of a hill where you have great, unadulterated views of the water and the mountains. Die Villa ist Top, sehr gute Lage, der Sandstrand ist um die Ecke und Flach abfallend. Auch ein Supermarkt und Restaurants in Fusnähe. Die Villa bietet wirklich alles, der Pool ist beheizt und groß. Die Geräte funktionieren alle, das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation war gut und einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Vielen Dank Durdica und Andro. Wir kommen wieder.

We stayed in Villa Wave and it was beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous and the facilities were exceptional. The service through Zadar Villas was great, so helpful and our Rep Dino was brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again next year! :)
