Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe letztes Jahr bei ihnen gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Das Haus wurde top in Schuss gehalten. Das Haus dieses Jahr war auch super. Jedoch waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nixht zufrieden. Hier ist Notwendigkeit zur Optimierung

Une très belle maison très agréable à vivre et de très bonnes ondes nous y avons passé 15 jours formidable.

What an amazing Villa, exactly as described, spotlessly clean. We were by met by owners Marinko and Anna who explained everything and were on hand for the whole stay. The view and the hottub went well with bottle wine left for us. Found a fabulous breakfast place really close, so reasonably priced. First day we walked from the villa to Zadar, but there are regular buses, beautiful place. Beach is at the bottom of the road with a few shops and few good restaurants. Villa, location and service... Die Villa bietet alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Einen sehr schönen Pool, kleine chillout-Ecken und genügend Freiraum, um sich ungestört zu fühlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und von Marija gut betreut. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir (6 Personen) waren hochzufrieden und haben 1 Woche total entspannen können. Sowohl das Einkaufen und das Meer waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an Nichts. Eine Abkühlung im super schönen Pool und Grillen/Kochen mit der ganzen Familie in der Außenküche; was will man mehr!

Die Villa ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist sehr modern und sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und von dort kann man super Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Kurt gesagt es war rundum perfekt. Zusätzlich ist der Vermieter auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er steht immer für hilfreiche Tips zur Verfügung und sorgt sich sehr um seine Gäste. Ein wirklich schönes und komfortables Haus mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Wir waren zu acht da und platztechnisch hat alles super gepasst! Sehr gerne wieder.

Maison neuve d'un très haut niveau de qualité en terme de finition et équipement avec une décoration très chic haut de gamme.

We - a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent 10 days in this wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the large beautiful pool with a great view of the fields. But the house / houses are also very nice, big and clean and with A / C in for rooms and kitchen. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We communicated by means of Google Translate.. They had great respect for our need for privacy, which is quite large. They welcomed us with open arms and had prepared tapas and drinks... Lene W, July 31st, 2021

Alles war perfekt und die Vermieterin und ihr Mann einfach wunderbar!

Alles super, würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

Stort hus med både pool och gym med bra uteplats med öppen grill. Stort gym med my ket grejor, dock endast 1 viktstång, både bastu och jacuzzi. Ligger lite utanför zadar, så bra att ha bil. Hyresvärden var jättetrevlig och svarade direkt om man undrade något. Missa inte att käka på restaurangen på andra sidan gatan, billig och bra käk.

Super Haus sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich alles da was man brauch und noch mehr.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, kümmert sich um alles was man benötigt oder beanstandet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber innen sowie außen, super ausgestattet! Insgesamt der Perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und zum gemeinsamen Zeitvertreib.

We had such a wonderful holiday last year we had to return this summer. This is a very glamorous house in a beautiful setting, quiet and secluded yet near town. A lovely warm welcome from Lucija who made sure the house had everything we could need and left us supper. We felt very looked after and have returned relaxed and refreshed. Perfect holiday!
