Wir kommen gerade erst zurück aus Vir - waren zu neunt - und sind allesamt begeistert. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, jedes Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, aber bestimmt auch für Freunde/Paare. Den Pool direkt vor der Haustür, top ausgestattete Küche, sauber, usw einfach toll! We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. This villa has all you need. Kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, grill place, nice swimming pool. Each room has its own toliet and shower booth. Bed mattress was ok to sleep well. There is a small shop in few steps. Big market is 10 minutes to drive. Sand beach in 5 minutes walk and it was nice for playing with kids. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber! Wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren! Bekamen sogar bei der Anreise eine Jausenplatte und während des Aufenthalts brachten sie uns Eier und Gemüse. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! ????

The villa consists of two apartments, downstairs are two double bedrooms, upstairs one triple and one double bedroom. The location is great, about 5min walk from the beach and restaurants. Apartments were really nice and clean! The pool is amazing, with sun-beds provided. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying in the villa. Thanks Tomislav!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, absolut top der große Pool, 1,50m tief. 2 separat stehende Häuser mit je 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich/Küche. Unseren 4 Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, nach Zadar ca 20 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gefühlt immer geöffnet (bis 23:00 Uhr). Het huis is geweldig. Van alle luxe voorzien. Zowel binnen als buiten. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel Met 6 personen is het heerlijk om 2 badkamers te hebben. Het is een heerlijk zwembad en een heerlijke tuin om in te bbq -en. Het hout etc voor de bbq was volop aanwezig. De ligging is perfect. Het zit op loopafstand van strand, supermarkt en het oude centrum van Zadar. Er is een eigen parkeergelegenheid. Het contact met de host is prettig via korte lijnen. Von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Urlaub. Ist alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns rundherum Wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren 5 Mädels und haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Sie war nicht ganz zentral aber auch nicht völlig abseits. Also alles machbar. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Perfekt durchdacht, großzügig mit en-suite Bädern. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartenmöbel einfach super! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und die ganze Abwicklung lief reibungslos.

Die Villa war an einem ruhigen Ort, nicht weit von Zadar und vom Strand, so lange man ein Auto hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, auch Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Das Gelände ist ummauert und bietet somit 100% Privatsphäre was uns persönlich wichtig war und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight der Kinder ! Lg Beyza

We stayed in Villa Wave and it was beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous and the facilities were exceptional. The service through Zadar Villas was great, so helpful and our Rep Dino was brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again next year! :)

The house was perfectly equipped, even more than expected. And Ivan was always helpful and more like a friend than a householder. I could always recommend him. The best host I've had until now.

What an amazing Villa, exactly as described, spotlessly clean. We were by met by owners Marinko and Anna who explained everything and were on hand for the whole stay. The view and the hottub went well with bottle wine left for us. Found a fabulous breakfast place really close, so reasonably priced. First day we walked from the villa to Zadar, but there are regular buses, beautiful place. Beach is at the bottom of the road with a few shops and few good restaurants. Villa, location and service... The house is big and comfy. It has lots of equipments, a nice pool, a full bar and a garden in front of the house with fresh fruits and vegetables (the figs and tomatoes were great!). We were 3 families and we had a nice stay in this house. Just be aware that some rooms don't have A/C (initially 3 bedrooms out of 7 and the living rooms) but the owner had one more during our stay (so now only 2 bedrooms out of 7 don't have A/C).

Great property, with excellent facilities, great host who was very accommodating and we everything was pretty much available locally from shops and restaurants.

A great location and wonderful villa

Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.

The property is as described, very new and well equipped. No neighbors, very private, one can enjoy the swimming pool in perfect quietness. Highly recommended.

Huset er det bedste feriehus, jeg nogensinde har lejet - og jeg har prøvet mange! Flotte, rene faciliteter over det hele. Lækker, stor og ren pool med indbydende poolområde med skyggemuligheder. Gode solstole. Fine værelser med gode senge. Dejligt med udebruser (med varmt vand og udetoilet til at supplere de tre badeværelser indenfor). MEGET veludstyrede køkkener (også udekøkken). Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. Aktuell verbringt man in Slowenien an den Grenzen sehr viel Zeit (Hinfahrt ca. 5h, Rückfahrt 1,5h) Anreise war für 16 Uhr vorgesehen, hat... Stefan H, August 1st, 2020

Wir waren beim Check-in 2 Stunden zu früh und trotzdem haben wir problemlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Das Haus war sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles in allem ein super guter Urlaub und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Villa Hera far exceeded our expectations. The villa was exactly as photographed. All the furniture and appliances are of top quality. The sofa is super comfortable. The villa is fully equipped with dish washer, washing and drying machines, sauna and jacuzzi and of course a swimming pool. The gym is better equipped and bigger than the gym in some smaller hotels. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa war unglaublich gepflegt und super schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und ich kann nur jeden empfehlen diese Villa zu besuchen.
