Sehr gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt

This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

We have booked the last 2 weeks of April 2022, so the pool, which is very clean and invisible for the neighbourhood, was a bit fresh, but very nice to... Ralf, Germany, May 6th, 2022

Die Villa ist schön und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. War ein super Aufenthalt.

This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre.

Een heel mooi, modern en comfortabel huis. Heerlijk terras met zwembad en alles super schoon. Ruime hoeveelheid aan equipment. Centrale maar toch heel rustige liggen en een heel hartelijke ontvangst van de behulpzame gastvrouw.

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Sind auch diesmal mehr als zufrieden. Sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Alles was wir noch benötigten, sei es ein Kinderbett oder Hochstuhl, es wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Kann die Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen! Immer wieder gerne ! Danke an die herzensgute Gastgeberin !!

Our holiday in this house was amazing. We loved the Pool and the Whirlpool. You can see the sea from the Terrace. It is quiet but you can walk to a bar where you can also get a great pizza! The Beach is also in walking distance and the water was really clear and nice. All in all we had a great holiday!

Very lovely house, interior and place! Perfect for guests, who want to slow down and enjoy this house on a hill close to a small town. Lucija and her family are very welcoming and friendly hosts, with lots of good suggestions for our stay and a caring welcome-food-package! The best air bnb we have been so far! Thanks for having us!

Great villa! Clean, big and perfect for a big group of people that wanna chill. Like 20 mins drive to zadar which is the main town which was really cute with amazing food! Host really nice and available at all times! Nice pool and good internet connection considering all 13 of us in our group were using it! Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Hausherrn, gute Lage - nah zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, alles sauber und ordentlich. Familienfreundlich!

Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Objekt, was man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen kann. Können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was very good and nice. There were absolutely no problems with the arrival and departure. The house was in perfect condition and beautifully prepared and cleaned when we arrived. Everything was available what you could possibly need. The rooms and wardrobes are beautiful and very spacious. All in all everything was perfect and we had the best time!

Tomislav was een bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als wij iets aangaven bij Tomislav ondernam hij direct actie. Zelfgemaakte wijn en olijfolie gekregen! Het is een heerlijk huis dat rustig gelegen is op 5 min afstand van Zadar met de auto. Wel wespen rond het zwembad. Achter het huis staan vijgenbomen waar we elke dag heerlijke verse vijgen van hebben geplukt voor ontbijt en lunch. Zelfs vijgen jam gemaakt. Prima uitgeruste keuken.

Wir waren beim Check-in 2 Stunden zu früh und trotzdem haben wir problemlos den Schlüssel bekommen. Das Haus war sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles in allem ein super guter Urlaub und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

The location of the house was great, it was very clean and the owners were very friendly. Also, they responded fast when we had questions, so they were very helpful.

Great villa in a quiet but beautiful area, walking distance to stony but beautiful beach with a few simple beach bars. A small village with a few great restaurants, make sure to visit the konoba. Villa is great, immaculate and clean with superb pool and sunshades and loungers. The only improvement would be air conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets really hot at night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay didn’t want to leave!

Von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Urlaub. Ist alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns rundherum Wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). Villa was gorgeous, clean, pool table, beer fridge and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We spent very little time inside the villa as the out door seating area was *the* place to hang out. The large table next to the pool is shaded all day and is a perfect place to eat, read, play card games, chat and honestly the real luxury of being able to be outside without the sun burn. Die Lage war okay. Es wurde für meine kleine Tochter alles hingestellten (Hochstuhl und Babybett)

Sofort bei der Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Es war sogar ein kleiner Snack vorbereitet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Terrasse mit Pool wunderbar gemütlich. Wir haben Pizzaofen und Grill fast täglich verwendet. Sogar das Brennmaterial wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und wieder nachgefüllt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Sofort wieder!

Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Inventar der Küche beinhaltet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und richtig groß, so dass man ausgiebig schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter kommt regelmäßig (nach Absprache) vorbei und reinigt den Pool. Tomislav ist immer erreichbar und steht einem bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Unser Hund hat den Garten geliebt. Er ist groß und... Irene K., Germany, June 18th, 2022

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

Es wurde an alles gedacht.
Das Haus war mit allem nötigen Zeug ausgestattet alles neu sehr hochwertige Möbel.
Alles war blitzblank es war nicht mal ein Staubkorn zu erkennen
Hilf bereite Gastgeber super freundlich wurden gut empfangen mit einem Geschenk verabschiedet was nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Ich kann jeden die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir können das Haus in Pridraga nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit! Alles was man benötigt, ob Gewürze, Essig, Öl, ausreichend Handtücher zum duschen und für den Pool sind vorhanden. Urlaub für jedermann, rauhes Gebirge, tolle Radstrecken, keine zwei Minuten zum Strand oder zur Strandbar in der man auch gut essen kann. Preis Leistung hervorragend.
