Wij hadden van alles bij ons, maar laat alles thuis. Van wattenstaafjes tot aluminiumfolie, verzin het...het was aanwezig. Wij huren al een aantal jaar via HomeAway vakantiewoningen maar zo’n compleet huis hebben we nog niet eerder gehad. Wel jammer dat er geen weegschaal was, maar tijdens je vakantie moet je je ook niet wegen

We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

A warm welcome, & a stunning place with simple elegance. the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Pool (was cold) play area for the kids. Also had Snooker table great for entertainment. The nearest city is Zadar and takes about 30 mins and delightful with a famously historic places and the famous musical sea organ. We were able to drive down to Plitvic lakes and Krkr National Forest in 1.5 hours and 1 hour each place. We truely hope to come back to this place again as the... Arun Kumar, April 6th, 2019

We stayed for a week at Villa Julija and had the best week. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful marina with nice restaurant choices on the way and 2 shops within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival after delays at the airport. Would definitely reccomend!!

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. We just had such an amazing stay in Villa Val. The house is well maintained, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop with the view and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus. The location is perfect; in a very beautiful area next to few small shops, to the coast and to nice restaurants by walking distance or with the bikes. Wir sind zu fünft angereist und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Unterkunft ist exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Anfahrt vom Flughafen ca 10-15 Minuten und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist auf der anderen Straßenseite vorhanden.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, würden wiederkommen!

The villa is great, everything is new and clean, very stylish, very nice owners, there is a pool that is cleaned several times a week, you can grill a barbecue, there is a parking space

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt Zadars entfernt und dadurch recht ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt und man hat viel Platz. In die Einrichtung wurde viel Liebe zum Detail gesteckt. Zudem ist auch alles vorhanden was man für den Haushalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, Bügeleisen etc.). Unsere Vermieterin Marija + Familie war super freundlich und hat... Ausstattung und preislich sehr gut. Im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, würde/n diese Villa weiter empfehlen.

Quiet place, comfortable beds, swimming pool clean and exclusive. Air-conditioning in every room. Mosquito nets on the windows.

Insanely nice and helpful host! He called the day before arrival and all questions about check-in were answered immediately. We were able to get in touch at any time during our stay and even got great beach and restaurant recommendations. He stopped by the apartment twice to clean the pool, he announced this in advance so as not to disturb us during our holiday. Das Haus ist in einer idealen Lage um Ruhe zu haben, aber man ist auch schnell in Zadar (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Tomislav ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder in Zadar Urlaub machen, immer wieder in diesem schönen Haus.

Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für tolle Gastgeber. Aber der Reihe nach: Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (14/15) gereist. Wir mögen es, wenn unser Ferienhaus einzigartig und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles. Einen tollen Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte, Billard, eine Karaoke-Anlage in der alten Taverne (Im Winter ist der Teil eine charmante Konoba), Massage-Sessel uvm.
