Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, so dass man in Restaurants in den umliegenden... The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

Wir waren mit unserer 6 jährigen Tochter hier und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, alles ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Villa Molaris is a 5 star villa , it is ultra clean, has a great layout, amazing outside area and beautiful clean and luxurious pool and a huge parking area too which is useful if you have 2 cars. The villa really is beautiful and has everything you need. We have stayed in a lot of villas in the past 10 years and this one is the best of them all. We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. Het huis was tiptop in orde en was nog mooier dan op foto. Alles was aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. Het huis ligt niet ver van het strand van Zaton. Je kan er met de fiets naartoe. Je kon ook in de nabijheid naar de supermarkt Spar of Plodine, bakker, en apotheek. Alles was netjes en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad wordt ook tweewekelijks nagekeken en proper gemaakt door de poolboy.

Wir waren vom 15.08 - 29.08.2020, mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und die Villa und der Vermieter waren einfach Klasse! Gerne würden wir wieder irgendwann dort Urlaub machen.

Everything. The accommodation was super well prepared and clean. The owner is very welcoming - wonderful. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. It was a bit far from the sea. And we also had bicycles available, which was great for morning shopping.

We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. Let me start by saying that we never had such a lovely stay in a house we rented online!
We literally felt at home immediately.

Ivana and Blaž make you feel right at home with a warm welcome with home-made bread, tapas and desserts, delicious!

Everything was available in the house. The owners are nearby and were always pleased to assist us during our stay. The swimming pool is very nice and clean and is periodically checked.

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Sie hat uns Getränke kaltgestellt und Obst, Käse, Schinken und Semmeln besorgt. Das hat uns sehr überrascht und gefreut. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat sie uns schnell geholfen. Ein wundervoller Urlaub. Alles top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unserer Familie in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ein sehr geschmackvoll umgebautes altes Bauernhaus mit reichlich Platz und einem sehr schönen Pool. Unserer Kinder waren morgens, mittags und abends im Pool. Im Garten gibt es, in einem abgegrenzten Bereich, zwei kleine süße Schildkröten. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in einem alten kleinen Bauerndorf. Die Kirchturmglocke und morgendlichen...
