Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a metà agosto 2024. La casa è esattamente come si presenta in foto, ambienti moderni e puliti, dotata di piscina barbecue e piccola sauna. Se si soggiorna a Villa Sabbia è necessario avere la macchina perché si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti di auto si trovano supermercati, spiagge carine e la città di Nin. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Objekt ist stilvoll und passend eingerichtet.... Leider etwas im Inland, dafür aber für einen sehr guten Preis.

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. Alles in Allem , top Wetter , top Villa und Grundstück... top Urlaub !!! Vg David und Freunde

Wir können das Haus in Pridraga nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit! Alles was man benötigt, ob Gewürze, Essig, Öl, ausreichend Handtücher zum duschen und für den Pool sind vorhanden. Urlaub für jedermann, rauhes Gebirge, tolle Radstrecken, keine zwei Minuten zum Strand oder zur Strandbar in der man auch gut essen kann. Preis Leistung hervorragend. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in der Villa Val. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt. Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Pool top! Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Meerblick noch besser! Auch der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an die tollen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Toller Service von der Familie. Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich sauber hatten sehr viel Spaß mit der Familie. Das war für uns der erste Urlaub seit 10 Jahren in Europa , weil wir sonst immer in die Karibik fliegen . Würden aber dies wiederholen aber dann auf jeden Fall dort

Great Villa to stay at! Everything was really beautiful, especially the Pool! You are able to grill, play dart and just soundly relax.

Wir haben zwei super Wochen in sehr angenehmer Umgebung in einem tollen Haus mit super Pool verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich sehr herzlich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar mit einer Mahlzeit und Getränken bei unserer Ankunft versorgt.

This house is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. It's a little bit off the grid, so if you plan on going out at night, it needs some organizing, but you'll find everything you ned in Bencovaz, which is really close. The host is also very friendly, communication works smoothly and the house is beautiful. Die zwei Wochen im August in diesem tolle Haus (alles wie beschrieben) sind leider wie im Flug vergangen. Tolle Ausstattung mit zentraler Lage für alle Aktivitäten (Einkaufen, Altstadt, Hafen, ...). Supernette Gastgeber mit der Familie Sousa, die mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite standen. Alles wie gewünscht und absolut empfehlenswert!

In 1 woord geweldig. De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de grote tuin eromheen. Huis is erg ruim en schoon. wij verbleven er met 2 gezinnen en dit was super. Op loopafstand is een supermarkt oor de dagelijk. In de omgeving (Zadar) genoeg te beleven. Het huis zelf ligt in Galovac, iets buiten Zadar. Rustige buitenwijk. Wel heb je een auto nodig om naar Zadar te gaan. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, wij waren met de auto. Auto is veilig op eigen terrein te parkeren. Ook erg... Souad. A, August 7th, 2021

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

Great place in a good location -a few metres from the beach, lovely pool in a lovely garden, two independent apartments with everything you could possibly need. Day trips and bike hire etc available locally but make sure you book as they fill up fast. Would definitely recommend the villa as a great place to stay, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It's a lovely house finished to a high standard, well equipped, incredibly clean and super spacious. At one point, there were 7 of us (5 adults + 2 toddlers), and every family had their own bedroom with room to spare. There is an ample outside area for kids to play with a swing, slide and table tennis table, a very nice swimming pool and one extra very cosy kitchen with a fireplace near the pool. Die Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr nett & jederzeit erreichbar. Die Villa bietet alles was man sich wünscht: Whirlpool, Pool, Billardtisch, Klavier, Garten mit einem großen Trampolin, Rutsche für Kleinkinder, Schaukel und vieles mehr. Auch die Wohnräume sind top ausgestattet und sehr modern. Klare Empfehlung!

Super nice house with everything there On and on. Half an hour drive from Krka waterfalls. You will need a car.
