First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Furthermore (although it may seem insignificant) detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher were freely available. We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). A great Villa in a good spot for beaches (at Nin) and with good access to Zadar by car

Nous étions à 3 couples d'amis dans cette villa pour 10 jours de vacances dans le nord de la croatie. Elle conviendrait très bien à des familles également. Tout était réellement parfait ! Meine Freunde und ich (10 Personen) haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus erlebt! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Als besonders empfanden wir die Lage. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Tomislav was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean, spacious, and has a really nice pool. The communication was easy and consistent and we were even allowed to check in early which really helped with our plans. The villa is located a little bit outside of Zadar so you need to take taxi but there are beautiful views from the balconies and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this booking for families or groups of friend

We had waited two years for our trip to Villa Mirta, and it was well worth the wait. It lived up to our expectations and beyond! The villa has all that you could possibly want for your stay, the property and furnishings are immaculate, and the pool is fabulous. It lies in a tranquil spot within short walking distance of the small port of Novigrad, and within reasonable driving distance from shops and other beautiful places to visit. The house was very spacious with a great variety of accommodations. The location was also very nice, it is close to the supermarket and the center of town. Taking one of the bikes on top of the hills is also a must. The view is amazing.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhig gelegenes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool, vollständiger Außenküche und genügend Platz für 2 Erw. mit Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle maison au calme,conforme à la description...d'une propreté irréprochable..une belle terrasse ombragée et des extérieurs très bien entretenus pour profiter du soleil et surtout de la piscine entre deux visites...( La ville de Trogir fut notre coup de coeur❤) Hôte sympathique et très réactif .. Authentisches Häuschen mit großem Außenbereich incl. Außenküche. Alles sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass es ursprünglich von den Eigentümern bewohnt wurde (nicht IKEAstyle, alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden). Kleines Duschbad, dafür aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Sehr gute Tipps von Luka zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus. Die ruhige Lage und das riesige Grundstück sorgten für eine uneingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Der Pool (immer sauber!) ist ein absolutes Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Ein großes Kompliment an Gastgeber Ivan für die hervorragende Kommunikation und die vielen Restaurant- und Freizeittipps. Bei Fragen, Wünschen und Problemen hat er sich sofort um eine Lösung... Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber! Wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren! Bekamen sogar bei der Anreise eine Jausenplatte und während des Aufenthalts brachten sie uns Eier und Gemüse. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! ????
