The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatoes and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner respects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.

Wir waren vom 15.08 - 29.08.2020, mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und die Villa und der Vermieter waren einfach Klasse! Gerne würden wir wieder irgendwann dort Urlaub machen.

Alles super , man kann sich erholen und die Ruhe genießen alles war sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Ein wirklich toller Ort um mit einer großen Gruppe Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen (10min) und auch die schönsten Strände (30min) in der Umgebung sind schnell erreicht. Außerdem hat man sehr viel Ruhe da es keine Nachbarn gibt. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns an einem Abend auch lecker bekocht.

The Villa was very clean and the whole location was beautiful. The hosts were friendly and ready to help whenever they could

he villa is stunning and the location is excellent! The house is great for a group with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and privacy for each! We absolutely loved the outdoor space, the pool, and the gym — can’t wait to visit again.

The host contacted me in advance by email and was already expecting us at the accommodation. He also lived right next door to us, which was very convenient for us. The pool was beautifully clean and was heated especially to make it even warmer. The kitchen had everything you needed for daily use and was well equipped.

What a lovely villa, clean, tidy, everything we needed, superb hosts who went above and beyond. There is not much to do in the village, however we had a hire car and found it to be a perfect base for exploring Croatia. Only two minor things to be aware of, the church bells chime (multiple times) before 6am every morning, and if you have very young children, the villa living accomodation is up a stone staircase, however in my opinion these are minor things considering the villa and pool, and... The accommodation was very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing. Due to temperature reasons, it was even preheated a little. The owner welcomed us very warmly and was very accommodating. There were even welcome drinks and cake.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. We had a great stay! Grocery store within walking distance and easy to get around.

Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!

Von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt. Check in pünktlich, freundlich und effizient. Das Objekt und der Pool/Garten sind super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht und in ausreichender Zahl. Wir haben super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Alle die wir ausprobiert haben waren exzellent. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer sind traumhaft.

Lage für Ausflüge ideal Zadar, sehr zu empfeheln ein Abstecher nach Biograd mit Ausflug zu den Kornaten oder einfach nur eine Bootstour Auf den Spuren von Karl May: Krk, Plidvicka, Zrmaje Flußfahrt, Paklenica Park

Everything. The accommodation was super well prepared and clean. The owner is very welcoming - wonderful. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. It was a bit far from the sea. And we also had bicycles available, which was great for morning shopping.

This villa is great. The location is fairly easy to find and the property has brilliant facilities. Because Kakma doesn’t have very many local features such as supermarkets and restaurants we ate in the villa a lot. The electrics kept cutting out in the pool house when we used the hob and the oven, so we had to split cooking between both buildings. But the brick oven was excellent on the hot evenings! Overall, I’d recommend this property to both groups and families!

We had a great holidays in the Villa Moki ! Private & Clean pool (every morning). Private gym room, 2 bathrooms. Quiet place. There is everything needed to have great holidays (dishwasher, washing machine, bbq). Host are living nearby but this is not a problem at all. There are free to answer any question. Take care, many flies and bees around (at least during our stay).
