Lovely villa. Beautiful beach with Crystal clear water very close. Owners are very nice and happy to help.

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Ivo verbracht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war so sauber, super ausgestattet und alles wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet!Eigentümer sowie Verwaltung waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar länger als zur Check-Out Zeit bleiben, das hat uns sehr gefreut! Kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen, es lohnt sich!

Great place in a good location -a few metres from the beach, lovely pool in a lovely garden, two independent apartments with everything you could possibly need. Day trips and bike hire etc available locally but make sure you book as they fill up fast. Would definitely recommend the villa as a great place to stay, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

We had a great time. Every thing was like on the pictures.

We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool, and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautiful to use as a rental home. perfekte Lage, wenn man kein Problem in die umliegenden Nationalparks gelangen zu wollen (alles in einer Stunde erreichbar), freundliche Dorfbewohner, Alleingänge da links eine Ruine und rechts die Kirche angrenzt, super gastfreundliche Besitzer, welche extra für uns einen tollen Barbecue gegeben haben (örtlicher Wein und Käse wurde uns auch organisiert), Pool würde auch 2 mal in der Woche gereinigt und das abgeschiedene Umland lädt zum entdecken ein, alles in... Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, die jeweils für 4 Personen ausgerichtet, sauber und gepflegt sind, ebenso wie der Pool. Es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen, welche sich über Handsender steuern lassen. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir mit 7 Personen genug Platz um dort gemeinsam zu sitzen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man kann in wenigen Minuten den Strand, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die... Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

The villa deserves its 5 stars because Tomislav has been very welcoming with us and is willing to help whenever we need something and if you need some advices of where to visit, you can always ask him. The villa has plenty of space for people to stay a short or long time during the day. The swimming pool is really nice, as is the rest of the outside and of the inside. Everything was clean. There is really no bad point.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. The host contacted me in advance by email and was already expecting us at the accommodation. He also lived right next door to us, which was very convenient for us. The pool was beautifully clean and was heated especially to make it even warmer. The kitchen had everything you needed for daily use and was well equipped.
