Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Objekt ist stilvoll und passend eingerichtet.... Leider etwas im Inland, dafür aber für einen sehr guten Preis.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen mit sehr netten Gastgebern!

Modernes, sauberes und auch hochwertig eingerichtetes Wohnobjekt. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, die das Entspannen am Pool etwas erschwerte. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

The house is beautiful and very clean. All rooms are nicely furnished. The outdoor area with pool and a great patio is really beautiful and we had a lot of fun at the pool and great evenings outside. The contact with the owner was very uncomplicated.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa is very modern with all equipment prepared, stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter, also was table tennis and grill in Garden and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly and uncomplicated, very nice contact and also he was... Das Haus ist ein Traum! Mateo und seine Eltern haben uns so herzlich mit einer Wurst-Käse-Platte und Schnaps begrüßt! Das Haus ist ganz neu und super eingerichtet! Es war eine traumhafte Zeit! Es ist dort noch viel schöner als es auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

Die zwei Wochen im August in diesem tolle Haus (alles wie beschrieben) sind leider wie im Flug vergangen. Tolle Ausstattung mit zentraler Lage für alle Aktivitäten (Einkaufen, Altstadt, Hafen, ...). Supernette Gastgeber mit der Familie Sousa, die mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite standen. Alles wie gewünscht und absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wer weg vom Massentourismus will ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Sommerküche direkt am Pool. Im ganzen gesehen aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Maison très agréable de part sa proximité avec la plage, sa piscine, son confort. Nous avons passé en famille et entre amis un très bon séjour. Propriétaire accueillant!

The location was very good equipped (especially the kitchen) and many thanks for the niche welcome present in the fridge.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat einen super ausgestatteten Garten. Es gibt eine Essecke draußen die überdacht ist, mit einem richtig schönen Grillofen daneben. Für Kinder gibt es eine Schaukel und ein Trampolin. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön.

Tomislav was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean, spacious, and has a really nice pool. The communication was easy and consistent and we were even allowed to check in early which really helped with our plans. The villa is located a little bit outside of Zadar so you need to take taxi but there are beautiful views from the balconies and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this booking for families or groups of friend

Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war genau so, wie vorher online beschrieben.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und waren sehr bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hingehen.

Wir waren mit unserer Clique (8 Personen) für eine Woche in policnik. Das Haus war wie erwartet, wenn nicht sogar, noch besser. Die Gastfreundschaft ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben einmal gegrillt & ein zweites Mal haben typisch „kroatisch“ gegessen (Marija ist eine super Köchin). Wir hatten tolle Abende, mit den Gastgebern (die wirklich immer sofort zur Stelle sind wenn man sie braucht) sowohl auch ohne. Dieses Haus ist absolut Hammer! Wir würden uns immer wieder... Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Sehr liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Das Highlight für unsere Kids waren aber die Schildkröten die auf dem Grundstück leben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und das Grundstück gepflegt. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub bei Marija und ihrer Familie und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The villa deserves its 5 stars because Tomislav has been very welcoming with us and is willing to help whenever we need something and if you need some advices of where to visit, you can always ask him. The villa has plenty of space for people to stay a short or long time during the day. The swimming pool is really nice, as is the rest of the outside and of the inside. Everything was clean. There is really no bad point.

Really excellent villa which was perfect for our family of 10. Great pool, and facilities, would highly recommend it.

Super Villa, Sauberkeit TOP! Jeden Morgen um 08oo ist Personal gekommen um die Pool zu reinigen. Alles was man braucht ist da, wirklich alles Genug Teller,Gläser, usw Handtücher mehr als genug da. In Näher gibts Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen, einkaufen zu fuß ca. 10-15min Fußweg .. Strand ca 15min Fußweg Center mim Taxi,Auto erreichbar ca 10min Fahrt. Taxipreise sind günstig!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Wir alle haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Nachbarn waren sehr Gastfreundlichkeit. Vielen Dank

Für zwei Wochen waren wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) in der Villa Eiche in Smilcic in der Nähe von Zadar zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus ist in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe fernab von vielen Touristen, ist aber auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Zadar. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Da Smilcic günstig gelegen ist, konnten wir fast alle unsere Ausflugsziele in ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr großzügig gelegen und neu saniert.... Grit E., July 28th, 2018

Super Haus, sehr netter Vermieter, tolles Pool auch für Kinder, Entfernung zum Strand war spitze!

Great location to enjoy a peaceful and stunning scenery. Withdrawn from the city but easily accessible, the villa is very charming. Light flows abundantly through it, which allowed us to enjoy delicious days here. Thanks!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. Super Ausstattung. Gesamtes Haus und Grundstück sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Vermieter/Eigentümer. Diese waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus selbst liegt im Landesinneren und man muss immer Wege mit dem Auto für Einkaufen, Meer und Restaurants in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat man dort absolute Ruhe und Erholung.

Waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber und super schöne Villa!

We, a family with two teenagers and a dog spent two wonderful weeks here. The house is beautiful and fully equipped including fly screens and everything you need. A delicious welcome with sausage, cheese and red wine awaited us in the fridge. The family is super nice and always there when you need them. Destinations such as Novigrad (approx. 15 minutes) or Zadar and Biograd (approx. 30 minutes) are easy to reach. We can recommend the Konoba Mika and the Queen in Novigrad with delicious food.... A wonderfully quiet place to stay. The house itself is well equipped and there are plenty of things to do in the region. The pool is lovely when it's hot outside, and when it's raining the living room is just as nice.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.
