This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Es war wirklich ein tolles Haus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei die den Pool liebten. Sie konnten laut sein und Spaß haben ohne jemanden zu stören. Die Nähe zu Zadar und dem Meer ist super und ist auch kein großer Aufwand. Auch der Weg nach Split ist gut machbar und ein Besuch wert. Wir können es nur empfehlen Melanie W., August 25th, 2022

An amazing host. Doesn’t speak much English but showed good hospitality is a universal language. The host made the experience easily one of our best stays. The house, the pool, the everything!

This house is beautiful and spacious and so luxurious. Our host was amazing from before day one. She made us a little bite to eat knowing we’d arrive late. She even then took us food shopping the next day and waited for us. The accommodation is a little distance from town but honestly between buses, Uber and bolt you wouldn’t notice. Top Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos, die Kommunikation zum Host lief perfekt. Immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Vor Ort alles sauber und ordentlich. Pool wird alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht. Die Lage ist ideal, nah am geschehen aber weit genug weg das man bis in die späten Abendstunden entspannt draußen sitzen kann. Very spacious house. Very comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated. Air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. Flat screen TV. Large, clean swimming pool, robot available. Lots of accessories for fun: floats and buoys, ball, games for children. Poolside lighting in the evening. Swing to relax! Very comfortable beds. Thanks to the neighbors who are the owner's parents. A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It is just wonderful here, Perusic is a small village super quiet and has a beautiful landscape! The Villa is simply beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The landlady was super nice and if you need something, fresh bed linen etc. You just need to let them know. The pool is great and is also cleaned every day, but you do not get that with you because the pool boy comes every morning at 5 am, which I find really pleasant. Alles völlig unkompliziert, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Etwas abgelegen, doch dafür auch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alles aber sehr zügig. Das Haus und die Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, hat eine umfassende Ausstattung (zwei voll ausgestattete Wohnungen) und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, waren sehr sympathisch und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Vom Ort der Villa sind Zadar, diverse Strände sowie Bademöglichkeiten und andere Touristenziele sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Villa ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unserer Familie in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ein sehr geschmackvoll umgebautes altes Bauernhaus mit reichlich Platz und einem sehr schönen Pool. Unserer Kinder waren morgens, mittags und abends im Pool. Im Garten gibt es, in einem abgegrenzten Bereich, zwei kleine süße Schildkröten. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig in einem alten kleinen Bauerndorf. Die Kirchturmglocke und morgendlichen... We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves... Matt Juillet, September 23rd, 2024

Wir waren 5 Mädels und haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Sie war nicht ganz zentral aber auch nicht völlig abseits. Also alles machbar. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum. Perfekt durchdacht, großzügig mit en-suite Bädern. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartenmöbel einfach super! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und die ganze Abwicklung lief reibungslos.

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wer weg vom Massentourismus will ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Sommerküche direkt am Pool. Im ganzen gesehen aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Die Villa Leonardo ist eine tolle Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-In sowie die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt 12 Tage in der Villa Jenny. Die Villa befindet sich in einem Vorort von Zadar, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man aber in ca. 10 Minuten die Stadt und hat dort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vom Checkin bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl und von den Gastgebern willkommen gefühlt.
