How to make reservation?

Please contact for information on availability, if a villa is available in the asked period you will be given an offer for payment. Booking is finalized when 30% of the price has been paid. The rest of the accommodation price needs to be paid 45 days before arrival. Payment can be done with credit cards, just follow the instructions on the web page. If you have any questions just contact, we will be happy to assist you.
How am I sure booking is finalized?

After 30% deposit has been received, we will release booking confirmation and voucher with the data you previously e-mailed.
Are you a registered business?

Yes we are legal, more info in the company data section.
How do you use my private information?

All data given during the booking process is completely safe, we do not publish it anywhere, for more information please check privacy policy.
Why do I have to pay security deposit?

Deposit is paid as a warranty in case you make some damage to the property. If nothing is, damaged money will be returned in full at check out. If there is a damage deposit will be charged based on the real cost of damage.
Security deposit is given at check-in in cash, please prepare the correct amount, it can be in EUR. The security deposit must be ready when you arrive otherwise enter into the property may be delayed until the deposit is produced.
The amount depends on the villa, and it is stated in the offer.
Hand over of the keys?

Few days before arrival, you will exchange mobile phone number with the person that will meet you in the villa. You will be asked to confirm the approximate time of arrival and contact one hour before arrival, especially if there is a traffic jam and you expect a delay.
The easiest way to reach Istria, Dalmatia?

Luckily Croatia has a great highway that connects all the coast from South to West, highway A1.
If you are more for exploring and sightseeing we recommend "Jadranska magistrala" road that goes all the way trout the coast and you can enjoy the great view on the islands, sea, small Mediterranean villages.
Have in mind there are huge traffic jams during July and August, listen to a radio or visit the web page of Croatian Auto club (HAK)

Do not worry we can organize airport shuttle at a great price just let us know in advance. If you wish to have a car during the whole stay, it can be organized, as well.

Rent a car?

It can be organized as well, just write to us, the period you wish to have the car, preferences on the type of car, manual/automatic, and for how many people. We will send the offer asap.
What to do while in Croatia?

You will be given detailed information about the area at check-in, if there is something special you are particularly interested, sports, sightseeing, we can recommend. If you do not know how to spend spare time, contact and we will advise. For some inspiration, visit our blog&news part.
