Gode Gate collect only the necessary, basic information about customers/users in order to fulfil obligations. All information is protected. Customers are informed about the way we collect data and given a choice about the use of their data, including the decision whether or not they want to remove their name from lists used for marketing campaigns, newletters. All user information are strictly confidential, and available only where such information are necessary for your villa reservation. All our partners and villa owners, follow privacy principals and protect data.
Data collected from our web page is primaraly used in order for us to provide you our service, meaning to give you answers about our offer, properties, services...that results in booking process, and eventualy for releasing an invoice for provided service. Information we collect are contact details (name, surname, adress, mail adress, phone no.) and payment details (when paing with credit card, paypal..)
Secondly mail adress is used to send newsletters. In any time you are able to choose option not to receive newsletter again.
Thirdly information are used for statistic results on our users and securing web page. In this case data is control by our partners in IT sector, and can be stored on their server. The purpouse of this data is to improve our sales, and marketing.
