We were a group of seven people and spent ten days in this beautiful villa. The hosts were super friendly and even brought us some gifts. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and the communication was great. The inner area of the villa is split into two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the lower floor and a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms in the upper floor. The kitchen is well-equipped. We, a family with two teenagers and a dog spent two wonderful weeks here. The house is beautiful and fully equipped including fly screens and everything you need. A delicious welcome with sausage, cheese and red wine awaited us in the fridge. The family is super nice and always there when you need them. Destinations such as Novigrad (approx. 15 minutes) or Zadar and Biograd (approx. 30 minutes) are easy to reach. We can recommend the Konoba Mika and the Queen in Novigrad with delicious food.... Wir konnten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus liegt ruhig, das riesige Grundstück ist eingezäunt und die Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir durften uns aus dem Garten mit Feigen und Trauben bedienen.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, kümmert sich um alles was man benötigt oder beanstandet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber innen sowie außen, super ausgestattet! Insgesamt der Perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und zum gemeinsamen Zeitvertreib.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei schönen Buchten und im kleinen Dorf Vijnerac.

The stay was very pleasant. Everything was thought out to ensure guests felt at their best. Nothing was missing, the standard was high, and the property was fully maintained. We are very pleased.

Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Grillplatz sind sehr schön. Einrichtung modern und die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten sind ca. 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont offert un repas (charcuterie, fromage et pain) à l'arrivée. Puis, des fruits et du vin de leur production tout au long du séjour. La cuisine extérieure est très pratique et très appréciable.

Dieses Haus hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Eine hochwertige Ausstattung, sei es von der Küchenausstattung bis hin zu jedem Zimmer in diesem Haus. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher und auch eine Klimaanlage. Auch die Bäder sind Tip Top und modern. Auch hier wurde nicht gespart an der Verarbeitung. Preis Leistung sind hier voll erfüllt. Ein traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage! Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa in der Nähe von Zadar verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Umgebung – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach zu entspannen. Die Villa war sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Privatsphäre, die großzügige Terrasse und der schöne Pool.

We came to Villa Oak around 2PM. Even it was before arrival time we were welcomed with big smile by Vesna and her family. The first impressi­on of house? Gorgeous, great, clean, with pool, big kitchen with fireplace :) With one word: awesome! Great location to enjoy a peaceful and stunning scenery. Withdrawn from the city but easily accessible, the villa is very charming. Light flows abundantly through it, which allowed us to enjoy delicious days here. Thanks!
