Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

Already in advance we contacted the owners. That went easily and it was also always answered quickly. All contact persons were always friendly and helpful. The house has a very nice, large courtyard with pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a ping pong table. Everything was neat and tidy. The rooms each had enough space. What a wonderful stay!! We liked the staff, the location, the swimming pool and the hygiene in the cottage. The owner was easily accessible via Whatsapp and helped us with the completion of our holiday. During our week, the pool was cleaned and the garbage collected. The cottage is peacefully located, but a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk you can find all the shops to your liking (bakery, butcher, supermarket ...). Die Unterkunft bei Tomislav hat uns sehr gefallen! Wir hatten guten Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und konnten sogar früher die Villa beziehen. In dieser Villa ist man ganz allein und hat keine Häuser um sich rum, also absolut geeignet um sich zu Erholen oder eine Party zu schmeissen. Tomislav war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gerne wieder!

Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!

Ein wunderschönes Land-Grundstück, sehr schöner Pool und ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Aber alles noch übertroffen von den sehr netten Besitzern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Zadar where almost everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Dino, who explained everything to us. He was always easily reachable and very helpful throughout our stay. We were two families with children who love to play tennis, so the tennis court on the property was a great bonus. The house is very well equipped, comfortable.and with good attention to detail. The pool is a little small but with the sea a short walk away, that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. We had a lovely time. The house is situated close to two national parks and not far from Zadar, the beach almost on the doorstep and the weather was fabulous.

It was a perfect holiday in a beautiful villa. The house and the pool are great! Mateo and his family are great hosts! They helped us with everything and made it a perfect holiday. Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in der wundervollen und modern eingerichteten Villa. Für uns war das Haus einfach perfekt. Vor allem auch durch den Gastgeber Marinko, der uns top Informationen über gute Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Taxiunternehmen, Reservierungen etc. mitgeteilt hat. Er kümmert sich wirklich herzlich um alles. Die Villa ist mit allem nötigen und noch vielen weiteren Extras ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell... Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. We had a wonderful family vacation in Croatia! Not only was this house beautifully furnished and clean, it had a perfect size pool, and it is in a great location. It is a two minute walk to the beach and to a cafe. Our host Marta was very helpful with check-in and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations on places to go and restaurants, all which we followed and enjoyed. I highly recommend this house!

We booked the house in 7 people in August and had a really good time there. The place is easily accessible and all the comforts really improved our staying (we did bbq every evening). The house was clean and the hosts were really kind, giving us a lot of information about places to visit and main attractions. 5 stars holiday.

Wer einen gemütlichen und privaten Urlaub haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Dennoch waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Das Grundstück ist nach unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Erholung pur, garantiert. We had a wonderful time in Villa Casa Kasijan. It was spotlessly clean, brand new and there was everything we needed and more for our stay. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen - everything was so well maintained.  Danijel and his wife are perfect hosts (even meeting us at 5am when our flight was delayed!) and gave us good advice and tips on the area.
