Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Top Vermieter immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt, dank Ihm hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.

Die Villa war modern und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Pool war beheizt und von der Größe sehr angenehm. Der Host war immer erreichbar und hat uns am ersten Tag direkt Tipps gegeben zum Essen und feiern.

Die Villa war an einem ruhigen Ort, nicht weit von Zadar und vom Strand, so lange man ein Auto hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, auch Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Das Gelände ist ummauert und bietet somit 100% Privatsphäre was uns persönlich wichtig war und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight der Kinder ! Lg Beyza

What a wonderful stay!! We liked the staff, the location, the swimming pool and the hygiene in the cottage. The owner was easily accessible via Whatsapp and helped us with the completion of our holiday. During our week, the pool was cleaned and the garbage collected. The cottage is peacefully located, but a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk you can find all the shops to your liking (bakery, butcher, supermarket ...). 6 of us stayed at this amazing villa. The host was so nice and accommodating. When we arrived they have pre- prepared fruits and nibbles for us to have. The villa was so pretty and The location was really easy to get to from the airport. Zadar town is only 20min drive away. This was our first time in Zadar and the host had the best recommendations for dinner. Thanks to Vesna and Tomislav our stay was perfect.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und umpfangreich ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit jedem Anliegen an den Eigentümer Toni wenden, der immer hilsbereit war. Wir haben uns ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool für eine Woche Urlaub in Kroatien gewünscht. Das Haus hat die Erwartung len übertroffen, da es noch schöner in Echt aussieht. Der Pool und die Liegen sind alle super, um einen Tag zu Hause zu bleiben. In 1,5 Kilometer ist ein Supermarkt entfernt oder jn Zadar gibt es sämtliche andere Supermärkte. The Villa is beautiful with great views, perfect sunsets and just a short walk/ cycle to the beach and village. It is extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. The host is lovely - so welcoming and friendly but unobtrusive. If you are looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the perfect place to be.

Herzliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, schönes Haus mit viel Platz, toller Pool, hat alles gepasst. Lage außerhalb aber im nächsten Ort Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.

Great house - very well equipped, with a beautiful view. Excellent location for visiting National Parks: Plitvica, Palenica, Krka.

What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

Wir haben zwei super Wochen in sehr angenehmer Umgebung in einem tollen Haus mit super Pool verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich sehr herzlich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar mit einer Mahlzeit und Getränken bei unserer Ankunft versorgt.

Absolutely Amazing Host, Ivan made entire stay so smooth. He was there at middle of night to hand over keys and explain everything that was needed. Helps as he lives next door but never compromise our privacy and was on other end of phone instantly when asked anything. His family was very kind help too. Overall property really good and has everything you need. Great interior and also amazing outdoor space and equipment to have total family fun. Wish we could stay long to be able to utilise... Es war einfach alles perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen herzlich empfangen, für alle Fragen offen sind und gute Tipps haben… Ein Haus mit riesigem Pool irgendwo im nirgendwo, fernab vom Tourismus. Für uns mit 5 Kindern einfach perfekt. Es war alles gepflegt, sauber und modern. Bis an den Strand fährt man ca 20-30min, uns störte es nicht, da wir alles bewusst so gewählt haben. We spend two wonderful weeks in this Villa. The House is modern and clean. Outside area with pool and Grill was the place we spend the most our time. Thanks a lot for a very nice time and great support during our staying in the Villa.

La Villa è esattamente rispondente a quanto rappresentato nelle foto. Dettagli ricercati, camere ampie, accoglienza e pulizia ineccepibili. La piscina è molto piccola ma per i bambini è stata preziosa. La posizione è un po’ infelice, perché inserita in un contesto rurale e lontano circa 15 km dal più vicino centro cittadino... ma siamo stati davvero molto bene. Sehr schöner abgelegener Ort.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year

We had a great stay! Grocery store within walking distance and easy to get around.

We were two families with small kids and the biggest assets of the place were the pool and the fact that the house was very well equipped with spices, coffee, tea - the usual suspects you need when your'e cooking but forget to pack. The hosts were really friendly, unintrusive but helpful whenever we needed anything. We had some issues with mosquitos in two rooms, but the hosts provided us with Raid as soon as we reported it, which helped.
