Sehr nette Gastgeber, die einen herzlich empfangen, für alle Fragen offen sind und gute Tipps haben… Ein Haus mit riesigem Pool irgendwo im nirgendwo, fernab vom Tourismus. Für uns mit 5 Kindern einfach perfekt. Es war alles gepflegt, sauber und modern. Bis an den Strand fährt man ca 20-30min, uns störte es nicht, da wir alles bewusst so gewählt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel. Es ist alles sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet. Ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Der Pool ist der Highlight. Das Haus selber ist aber gut durchdacht und die gartenbereiche sehr schön angelegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man nicht lange per Auto fahren muss. Selbst ein Spaziergang zur Altstadt ist innerhalb von 25 min möglich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Grillplatz sind sehr schön. Einrichtung modern und die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten sind ca. 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in der Villa Val. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt. Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Pool top! Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Meerblick noch besser! Auch der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an die tollen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Cozy house, the furnishings correspond to the photos. The area and the house are very lovingly laid out. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach from Biograd. In Benkovac there are several supermarkets.

Very nice, modern house, very clean and well maintained. So far the villa was best equipped (kitchenware, cooking ingredients, cleaning, washing) we have ever been. Quiet location with very few tourists, but very close to Nin and Zadar. We appreciated the sandy beach and swallow water at the Ljubac beach and also the dog beach just 15min walk from the house.

Kuća sa kompletnom opremom i sadržajima za boravak obitelji. Dovoljno udaljena od gužve za boravak u miru, a opet dovoljno blizu ako de zaželite obale i društvenih sadržaja. Divni domacini, uvijek na raspolaganju, zahvaljujemo im na svemu.

Sehr angenehme und äußerst gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Leicht zu finden. Strand und Meer sehr schön. Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Très bon logement, propriétaires très sympas, boissons et petits gateaux à l'arrivée et il nous ont encore apporté des pastèques après et pour le départ encore une autre cadeau.

A recommander mais il faut une voiture absolument.

Our holiday in this house was amazing. We loved the Pool and the Whirlpool. You can see the sea from the Terrace. It is quiet but you can walk to a bar where you can also get a great pizza! The Beach is also in walking distance and the water was really clear and nice. All in all we had a great holiday!

We had a very relaxed and relaxing holiday in the romantic cottage. In a few minutes we were on the beach by bike or enjoyed the large pool.

Tomislav and Nenad are great hosts, so kind and helpful. Villa Zlatni Dvori is worth recommending the place to stay in, clean, well equipped and spacious with a great terrace and grill area. The advantage of an offer is a localization - 5 minute walk to cristal water see and nice fisherman village with few shops and good restaurants.
