Everything was perfect. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly contact person with short response time. We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was very clean and quiet. Great location.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen so dass man abschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Das Haus und der Pool + Außenanlagen sind super. Bis zum Strand nach Biograd waren es ca. 25 min mit dem Auto was uns aber vorher bekannt war und wir es als nicht schlimm empfanden. Wir habe dies gleich mit einem Einkauf bei Lidl verbunden. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... Tom R.,

Sehr hilfreiche und gastfreundliche Menschen. Die Villa war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Huset er det bedste feriehus, jeg nogensinde har lejet - og jeg har prøvet mange! Flotte, rene faciliteter over det hele. Lækker, stor og ren pool med indbydende poolområde med skyggemuligheder. Gode solstole. Fine værelser med gode senge. Dejligt med udebruser (med varmt vand og udetoilet til at supplere de tre badeværelser indenfor). MEGET veludstyrede køkkener (også udekøkken). Tolles Haus und liebevolle Vermieter. Wir waren zu fünft plus Hund dort und haben uns ab Tag 1 absolut wohl gefühlt, wurden mit selbst hergestelltem Wein und Olivenöl verwöhnt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, verschiedene Ebenen zum Sitzen, einen riesen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank für Getränke und Eiswürfel. Der Pool eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung. The villa and the swimming pool were absolutely perfect with all we needed but what was best is the welcoming from Jure and his family. Jure was very helpful and very kind from the first day with some things to eat and drink, a wonderfull lunch offered for the Assumption Day and olive oil as a souvenir when we leave. His mother was as well so nice with some figs for the breakfast. Thanks again for all you during our holidays, we will come back ????

it is really nice and calm place. we had private on the beach. host was so kind and hospitable. we were happy for our stay in villa and we definitely want to come again. :)

We are a family of 6 and stayed for one week in this beautiful villa. The house is in great shape and sufficienly large to accomodate a large family. It is well equipped and very clean. We also enjoyed the garden, the BBQ and the very nice pool. We spent many late evenings outside. All in all we have great memories from our stay and would highly recommend to others as well.

Ein schönes Haus und super netter Kontakt vor Ort
Das haus mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist ein Traum. Die Panoramaaussicht auf die Berge ist großartig. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert was an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgt. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Herrn Lepuri war super. Sehr nett und diskret und bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a metà agosto 2024. La casa è esattamente come si presenta in foto, ambienti moderni e puliti, dotata di piscina barbecue e piccola sauna. Se si soggiorna a Villa Sabbia è necessario avere la macchina perché si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti di auto si trovano supermercati, spiagge carine e la città di Nin. Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und Sauberkeit! Man hat zwei Klimaanlagen und an jedem Fenster ein Rollo. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen ein Segen. Unser Hund hat den voll umzäunten Garten absolut genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

We are impressed with this facility. The villa has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail. A charming place, peace and quiet and luxury. Beautiful interiors and beautiful views of the entire area. The owners are wonderful people. They are always at your disposal and to help. They are not intrusive, you can spend your vacation in privacy. I can certainly recommend this property. If I visit Croatia in the future, I will definitely come to Benkowac again

Villa Oasis is a beautiful house at the hill of Zadar. It was very calm with a nice view. We are really enjoyed our holidays and loved to stay there. We will come again.
