Wow, this villa really was exceptional - immaculate - pool area was great with younger children as you could lounge or eat & still keep eyes on the children - 10 minutes in a Bolt/Uber to town costing anything between €4 & €10. There was also a bus stop 20 metres up the road but it was easier for us to just grab a taxi because we had younger children - all the facilities you could need in the villa. Basic essentials were - hosts were exemplary. Great communication, explained everything really well, Viktor cooked for us one evening & as per the other reviews, it was absolutely delicious!! They also provided fresh fruit & some other bits on our arrival & halfway through our trip. Such a nice unexpected touch - rooms were dark & well air-conditioned - amazing value for money in comparison to all the other villas I looked at through Croatia

We had a lovely time at Zadar Villa’s! We felt so welcome in the love home. The house was nice decorated, everything you could wish for was present. Good beds, space, lovely terrasses surrounding the lovely pool. And on top of it all Viktor prepaired for us a homemade meal. If you love sitting in the hottub, then you can enjoy sunset jn the hottub. The sea is 30 minutes walk. If you walk to the harbour, you can take the watertaxi to oldtown and Uber back. The neighbourhood is quiet, and supermarket is a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk. If we go to Zadar again we will go back to this Villa.

The host was waiting for us with the key even though our flight was delayed. He came and invited us to dinner one evening. Nice.

We had the most incredible time at this stunning 4-bedroom Airbnb in Zadar. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated - it’s clear a lot of thought and care went into every detail. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The outdoor area was an absolute dream. We spent days relaxing by the pool. But the true highlight was the amazing BBQ kitchen where our host, Viktor, cooked us an authentic Croatian BBQ feast! The host family were incredibly warm, generous, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip truly memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with real Croatian charm, this is the place. Also to note Bolt taxi is readily available from the villa to Zadar Old Town. Would also highly recommend Dergarra winery for wine tasting and charcuterie board, which is just a Bolt taxi up the road from the villa. You could walk it but there is no pavement for the last portion of the walk. There are also two small corner shops and pizza restaurant walking distance from the villa.

Very clean villa, spacious. Fully equipped with everything from the highest quality. Great pool, jacuzzi is also the best. Very nice owner. At the end he prepared a fantastic grilled meat feast. I recommend everyone.

Bardzo czysta viila, przestronna. W pełni wyposażona we wszystko z najwyższej póki. Super basen, jacuzzi też najlepsze . Bardzo miły właściciel. Przygotował na koniec fantastyczna ucztę mięsna z grilla. Polecam wszystkim.

Lovely Villa, perfect size for us, 3 x couples and a child. Host Viktor always available if needed. Even cooked us a fantastic traditional meal on last night (see pic) and his wife a traditional Dessert. He cooked in outside kitchen and brought into house for us and also returned deposit at same time, a lovely gesture to thank us for using his Villa. Great time overall.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La maison était encore plus belle qu’en photo. Nous avons aussi eu un barbecue croate fait par nos hôtes dans la semaine. C’était délicieux ! Nous recommandons ce logement, merci beaucoup !

Beautiful place and great hosts

Everything was perfect. The Villa is a nice opportunity to have a wonderful holiday with a bigger group.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Antea, and it was fantastic. The house was beautiful, the owners were very kind, and they even prepared a meal for us. Highly recommended!

Everything was top. The owners are very kind people ready to make your vacation unforgettable. Viktor is a 5 star cook in making peka for his guests. Every problem is solved immediately. We had a great time in and around his pool in Zadar.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr gut! Wir waren mit 8 Leuten da und wir sind alle etwas jünger. Die Besitzer haben uns trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit! Es wurde sofort ein Shuttle für uns vom Flughafen organisiert und auch obwohl wir ab und zu mal aus versehen den Jacuzzi Raum etwas überschwemmt haben waren die Besitzer trotzdem mega freundlich und nicht sauer auf uns! An einem Abend haben sie uns sogar köstliches Essen gekocht welches wir sehr genossen haben! Die Straße wurde leider gerade als wir da waren neu gemacht weshalb es schwer war mit Autos zum Haus zu kommen aber das war letztendlich auch nicht schlimm! Im Großen und Ganzes alles richtig toll und ein sehr schönes Haus! 10/10 vielen Dank!
