We, a family of 5, have just been here for 12 days and had a fantastic holiday. Check-in was very easy, there was a delicious homemade cake waiting for us, fruit and water in the fridge. What a warm welcome ???? The house had everything we wanted: a kitchen with everything you could need, air conditioning in every room, a room where we could enjoy working out, two bathrooms, and a lovely garden with, of course, a fantastic large swimming pool where we swam a lot. There is also a BBQ area under the canopy with a refrigerator so you don't have to walk up and down all the time Every morning before we woke up, the pool was already cleaned. The lovely owners live next door, so we felt very safe. Our children also had a great time playing there with their children. They have a piece of land with different animals which our children really liked. They live next door, but your privacy is completely guaranteed. They are not intrusive at all and everything is very nice and friendly, and everything is discussed with you. They are happy to give tips and tell you about the country if you are open to it. In the area along the coast there are beautiful towns and busier cities, but it is nice and quiet near the house. We can recommend this to everyone and will definitely come back. ????

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, mit super Service in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und besitzt auch einen sehr schönen Aussen-/ Poolbereich.

Tolle Urlaubsimmobilie. Branka und Ivan sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber.

Absolutely Amazing Host, Ivan made entire stay so smooth. He was there at middle of night to hand over keys and explain everything that was needed. Helps as he lives next door but never compromise our privacy and was on other end of phone instantly when asked anything. His family was very kind help too. Overall property really good and has everything you need. Great interior and also amazing outdoor space and equipment to have total family fun. Wish we could stay long to be able to utilise all. Tomislav et sont épouse sont très accueillants et chaleureux. les climatiseurs dans chaque pièce et la piscine nous on permis de résister à la canicule. l'autoroute à proximité permet de rayonner assez rapidement de Plitvice à Trojir.

De villa was mooi en verzorgd. Alles aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, precies zoals de foto's. Hele gastvrije en lieve verhuurders.

Very nice Villa. Silence and peace. No crowds. Hosts very helpfull and friendly. they shared with us their vegetables from the garden.

Echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Moki. Ivan en zijn vrouw waren zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hosten. Bij aankomst al gelijk een overheerlijke chocolade taart in de koelkast, yummie. Tomaatjes uit de eigen tuin kondrn we zo pakken, een overheerlijke watermeloen werd nog genrwcht. Heerlijk huis , airco in alle ruimtes. Hele ruime bedden, 2 badkamers (ook 1 beneden,handig voor bij het zwembad). Zwembad was heerlijk, bij dagen van 35+ graden was dit een heerlijke verkoeling, tot in de late uurtjes. Ideale locatie: dicht bij Zadar en de stranden, 35 min van Krka Nationaal Park. Verschillende supermarkten op 5 auto minuten. Grote shopping mall in Zadar op 25 min. Lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Gewoon top!

Villa położona z dala od turystycznych szlaków. Cisza i spokój. Basen bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Możliwość zagrania w tenisa stołowego. Rowery. Do tego gospodarze dzielili się z nami warzywami z ogródka. Można też u nich kupić ekologiczną oliwę.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. AirBnB sieht aus wie auf Fotos. insgesamt sehr gutes AirBnB

Ivan and Branka welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a chocolate cake and were always eager to help us decide which places to visit, including a fantastic local restaurant. The pool and barbecue area are wonderful, as is the small gym with the table tennis table. Our kids loved the place and spent hours enjoying the facilities. The hosts have a small farm, and our kids were allowed to visit and feed the animals with them! The villa is located in a very quiet area but is close to the beaches, Zadar, and other great places, all less than a 30-minute drive away. I highly recommend Villa Mokki if you want to have a relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful time in villa moki. It was just like the pictures. Really clean. Especially the pool which was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area and fire. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Great spot, nice and quiet but close enough to be able to adventure out. The one down side was that we had to leave at the end of the week.

Super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Pool das Highlight! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

The garden and pool were a dream, the grounds were cleaned every morning. We received clean towels and bed linen regularly. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of every issue quickly and satisfactorily. We had a nice holiday.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem hervorragenden Pool und einem tollen Freizeitraum ( Kinderspiele und einer Tischtennisplatte) vielen Dank an die unfassbar lieben Vermieter Ivan und Branca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Willa Moki jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona w sprzęt do codziennego użytku oraz urokliwe podwórko z basenem. Basen czysty i zadbany codziennie rano sprzątany przez gospodarza. Gospodarze to młodzi i sympatyczni ludzie. Polecam to miejsce z czystym sumieniem.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und regelmäßig wurden frische Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gastgeber haben uns viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen und guten Restaurants gegeben. Der Besuch der Villa Moki ist definitiv einen Besuch wert, vor allem mit Familien und für diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Ort zur Entspannung suchen. Wir würden definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes gut gepflegtes Haus mit super Pool in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und haben viele kleine Tipps (Restaurants, Strände....) für Ausflüge etc.. Sehr gute Lage und Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Berge ..... Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa Moki gehen (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder)

We had a great holidays in the Villa Moki ! Private & Clean pool (every morning). Private gym room, 2 bathrooms. Quiet place. There is everything needed to have great holidays (dishwasher, washing machine, bbq). Host are living nearby but this is not a problem at all. There are free to answer any question. Take care, many flies and bees around (at least during our stay).

Villa Moki enjoys a peaceful location near Benkovac which means that the necessary shops, such as the bakery, are close by. Several beaches and popular coastal towns, including Biograd na Moru, are within a 20-minute drive, making the location truly fantastic. The Villa itself is very comfortable, new and clean. The garden, with a lovely spacious swimming pool, several sun beds and also a nice shade by the fantastic BBQ gives you a royal feeling. If that is not enough, you can enjoy various activities on the ground floor including darts and table tennis. Ivan and his wife, the owners of Moki, are great hosts. They are always there for you and, as far as we are concerned, are the icing on the cake for our wonderful experience. An absolute must for families looking for more than just beach or pool!

Die Villa Moki ist zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Eine top ausgestattet und moderne sowie sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern . Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch.
