A well-furnished and comfortably furnished house, well-functioning air conditioning (essential in this climate), a clean swimming pool with water that does not smell of chlorine (rarely found), an additional covered room with a toilet and an outdoor kitchen by the pool completed the comfortable relaxation. The dog has somewhere to run (in the green part of the fenced area). The location is ideal for people with their own transport. Short distances to several nice towns and beaches (max. 10 minutes by car). Additionally, a few dozen meters from the house there is delicious and inexpensive fast food. The house is clean, well-maintained, with good internet (TV, Netflix and Prime already configured and working) + 3 refrigerators and full kitchen equipment (coffee maker with coffee dispenser, dishwasher with dishwashing basket) + in the outside room a washing machine with powders for use. Nothing was missing. We were impressed. And as a welcome gift, there is wine and watermelon in the fridge. I haven't encountered anything like this before. Very nice hosts, with whom it was possible to arrange an earlier departure and arrival. I RECOMMEND this house 100%

We had a great time in the villa. We were two families with three children and it was perfect. The villa was well equipped, clean and the pool was great. The service and contact with the landlords was top-notch.

The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

The only downside is that you have to drive to the sea, but we expected that and we don't regret it :)

We are a family of 6 and stayed for one week in this beautiful villa. The house is in great shape and sufficienly large to accomodate a large family. It is well equipped and very clean. We also enjoyed the garden, the BBQ and the very nice pool. We spent many late evenings outside. All in all we have great memories from our stay and would highly recommend to others as well.

The villa was great. We enjoyed the views on the mountains, the pool, the garden, the BBQ. The house itself is clean and has plenty to offer in terms of space and equipment. The location is not bad, it is not too far to Zadar and the great beaches that Croatia has to offer.

Beautiful place to stay. Met our expectations and more. Pool was cleaned regularly. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Even met a resident tortoise roaming the garden. Within good distances to local restaurants and day trips out although a car is definitely required. Would definitely stay again. The host was in constant contact with us although we did not meet them and were very friendly and helpful

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend hatte uns bei der Ankunft kalte Getränke bereitgestellt schöner Pool und Riesen Außenanlage

It was perfect for 2 families ( children 4-7yo). Kids enjoyed the pool very much. Beatiful beach with sand 3min drive away. Town with shops and restaurants 7min drive. Lots od space inside and outside - nice pool area, grill and terrace.

Vi hade en mycket fin vistelse i huset under vecka 26. Poolen och huset motsvarande väl bilderna som finns i annonsen, poolen rengjordes vid två tillfällen under veckan vi var där. Huset var välstädat och rymligt. Effektiv AC i samtliga sovrum. Vi rekommenderar detta boende varmt till kommande gäster. Vi vill samtidigt rekommendera kommande gäster att likt oss ha tillgång till bil, då butiker, restauranger och stränder ligger en bit ifrån huset. Mikael och Susanne

This is a fantastic villa, set in a rural location a car is needed. Very private and only slightly overlooked. Great pool and outdoor space. Good communication with owners very helpful. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Karlo sehr wohl gefühlt! Leider hatten wir in der Region kein Auto, was gerade zum einkaufen wichtig gewesen wäre. Karlo und seine Mutter waren sehr entgegen kommend und haben uns zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit gefahren, wann immer wir ihre Hilfe brauchten. Danke dafür noch einmal! Gerne wieder. :)

It was amazing, for the second time. Our family with many children enjoys peace and quiet so far away village is perfect for us. :))) The hosts are wonderful people! We will come back for sure!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, Pool wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt- ideal für Familien und Freunde Urlaub. Nur in einem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein großes Doppelbett, ansonsten nur 140 cm Betten. Wunderschöner kleiner Strand in ca 2 km Entfernung, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Traumhaftes Panorama auf die Berge. Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Nachbar.

Away from the sea but amazing place, close to Zadar, everything was clean, nice equipped. We enjoyed here a lot of fun in the garden with pool. If you want a private place for your group I can really recommend this place. Thank you!

Liebe Lydia und Familie, vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfket ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und hat eine tolle Größe. Wir waren mit 4 Generationen in diesen Haus und jeder hat sich von klein bis groß sehr wohl gefühlt, und jeder hatte seinen Platz. Wir wurden von der Gastgeber Familie sehr verwöhnt mit leckeren Wassermelonen und leckerem Fisch. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem ganz kleinen Dorf, weg von den Touristengebieten, die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Nachbar neben an, der ein kleines Restaurant betreibt. Sehr sehr lecker, ein Muss wenn man hier Urlaub macht. Der "Hausstrand", welcher uns gleich am ersten Tag von der Besitzerin gezeigt wurde, ist wunderbar und hauptsächlich von Einheimischen besucht. Nicht überlaufen. We hebben deze vakantiewoning, zwembad en tuin als heel netjes, ruim, gezellig en sfeervol ervaren. Enige minpunt was dat er op de eerste verdieping op de slaapkamers geen airco aanwezig was. Verder prima aan te raden!!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Угощали далмацким ужином и домашним вином. Дом расположен в отдалении от цивилизации в очень живописном месте с видом на дубово-оливковые посадки. Автомобиль - обязательно, потому что до магазина/города/пляжа пешком с детьми далековато. Пляж - идиллическая бухта с небольшим количеством отдыхающих (как правило не более 10 человек), что просто идеально при наличии толп народа в Хорватии в августе. Вода - кристально чистая, пляж - мелкая галька, заход в воду - крупные камни. Ближайший ресторан в соседнем живописном крошечном приморском городке Виньерац, до ближайшего крупного города - Задара чуть больше 20км. В общем, подходящее место для отдыха с детьми: тихо, безопасно, бассейн, небольшая детская площадка, веранда с видом. Заскучал - сел в машину и через час уже в Трогире, а через 1,5 - в Сплите. Автомобильные дороги - идеальные. В итоге очень понравилось.
