Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Gastgeber haben sich größte Mühe gegeben, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten. Da unser Rückflug am Abend war, konnten die Gastgeber einen längeren Aufenthalt möglich machen. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir diese Unterkunft buchen konnten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Hosts waren super lieb & haben schnell und lieb reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist super schön & für das Geld ein echtes Schnäppchen. Man kann sich sehr gut einfach dort aufhalten und sich beschäftigen oder man fährt mit dem Uber oder Mietwagen an die umliegenden Strände oder Städte. Perfekt für Gruppen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kuća je prekrasna i dočekala nas je besprijekorno čista i uredna. U smjestaju ima pregršt sadržaja za djecu i obitelj. Domaćini su bili iznimno ljubazni i pristupačni, sve pohvale. Bazen je grijani sto je odlično. Ne mogu izdvojiti niti jednu lošu stvar. Smještaj je bas kao ja slici i u opisu. Apsolutno sve pohvale i preporuke.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very responsive and friendly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was great, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. I would like to point out the responsive time of Tomislav and the owners! I've never had this experience before, all of them communicate so fast. :-) Also i want to thanks one more to the owners, we had a lot special requests and they approved that, never had a problem and also give us hints, if we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a nice and relaxing stay at the house. The host Ivan and his partner Marina were very kind, responsive and easy to communicate with. The house had all the amenity’s listed and was overall very clean and modern. There are also no direct neighbors which is also nice. It’s easy to take the Uber to Zadar from there - it’s about 15 minutes and costs around 12€. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation!

The owner ivan lives close by and takes very good care of the guests, checkin and checkout was done quickly and professionally. the house has everything you need (and more) and Ivan provided fruit and a few snacks on arrival. i can only recommend this place, but I get a rented car to get around the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Aurora! The owners, Ivan and Marina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially as we were travelling with a baby. They made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The villa itself is spotless, with exceptional cleanliness and a clear attention to detail in every room. The garden and pool area are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family.

Traumhaftes Haus, sehr gepflegt, tolle Vermieter

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder :)

Der Urlaub in dem Haus war toll. Durch die Sauberkeit und dem ansprechenden Einrichtungsstil hat man sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool ist top! Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Voll ausgestattet mit allem, auch sowas wie Waschmittel, Öl usw. gibt es. Zur Begrüßung gibt es auch für den Anreisetag Obst, Brot, Schinken und Süßes. Die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit hier. Vielen Dank für alles!

This property is suitable for different age groups. There are lots of activities you can enjoy doing in the garden. You can swim, play ping pong, badminton, have fun in the trampoline... We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome from the owners.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunf war genauso wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind 1 zu 1 zutreffend und dir Villa ist von erstaunlicher Sauberkeit geprägt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief ebenfalls reibungslos, da diese unter anderem auch über gute Englischkenntnissw verfügt haben. Der Besitzer kümmert sich zudem alle 2 Tage um die Poolpflege. Er kommt sehr früh am morgen, reinigt den Pool und prüft den PH-Wert etc.. Wir haben ihn dabei nie zu Gesicht bekommen weil er wirklich früh kommt (aber man muss halt damit leben, dass der Besitzer alle 2 Tage da ist. Meiner Meinung nach an sich kein Problem aber sollte erwähnt sein)

Beautiful modern villa with lovely spacious rooms. Near a busy road which can be loud but the villa makes it all worthwhile. Had a great stay here and highly recommended.

Ivan is a great host. Lives close by. Always responding and helpful in all matters. The house is new and very nice. It has all the important features and a great pool for the kids.

A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The villa is finished to a very impressive standard. The owners have really thought of everything. It is even more amazing than the photos, we really couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived! The pool and outdoor area is beautiful, the pool is heated so lovely for a swim and the garden and outdoor seating areas are beautiful. We didn’t use the outdoor oven but a lovely touch. The owners, Ivan and Marina are wonderful people, they made us feel extremely welcome and really went above and beyond to look after us. The location is nice and peaceful but a short taxi ride into Zadar. We took a boat trip which was very fun and we also visited one of the local vineyards. We wished we could have stayed longer and would love to go back! Thank you Ivan and Marina for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful villa.

The house is located outside of the city so, if you want to get around or into the city you will need to go by car, so either get a rental or go by Uber. We did have some issues with the AC in a couple of the rooms, but it was quickly fixed by Ivan as well. All in all, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, everything is close to perfection!

Simply the absolute madness! If you are looking for a magical house with the dearest and most helpful hosts, you will find it here. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and there is also a lot to discover for the children. A great outdoor area for young and old makes the experience perfect. We had a fantastic time at Villa Aurora, we are already looking forward to the next time! ____ Einfach der absolute Wahnsinn! Wer nach einem zauberhaften Haus mit den liebsten und hilfsbereitesten Gastgebern überhaupt sucht, wird hier fündig. Bei der Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen und auch für die Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken. Ein toller Outdoorbereich für Klein und Groß macht das Erlebnis perfekt. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Villa Aurora, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Super Gastgeber, super sauber, super schön!

Wir durften die Villa „La Aurora“ eine Woche genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft war alles top vorbereitet, das Haus angenehm heruntergekühlt, im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns eine große Melone und 5 Liter Wasser. Die Villa wurde neu erbaut und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und dabei trotzdem unaufdringlich. Check-In/Out waren total unkompliziert. Haus, Pool und der Hof waren super sauber. Wir haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Die Laage ist absolut OK, bis Zadar sind es keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Die Villa war wie auf den Bildern. Einfach nut Traumhaft. Am liebsten wäre ich sofort eingezogen. Alles sauber und geordnet. Die Familie Tomislav, war sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben uns mit offenen Armen empfangen. Sogar eine Wurst und Käseplatte als Empfang haben Sie für uns vorbereitet. Aufjedenfall planen wir nochmal bei ihn zu buchen.
