A truly spacious house, perfect for a group of friends. Absolutely recommended!

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa! Alles wie beschrieben und super sauber! Man hat so viele Möglichkeiten im/am Haus etwas zu unternehmen. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.

War mega, Küche ist sehr sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr großzügig angelegt, drei der vier Schlafzimmer gehen zum Pool hinaus, alle mit en Suite Bad. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, wesentlich besser als bei unseren bisherigen Anmietungen. Zwei große Kühlschränke, ein Weinkühlschrank. Absolut toll ist der Außenbereich: Pool, Außenküche, Tennisplatz, Bocciabahn, Battlerope, Außengym, Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte (die hat offensichtlich die Hüpfburg ersetzt, die auf einigen Fotos zu sehen ist). Das Haus liegt zwar an einer viel befahrenen Straße, das Problem ist aber durch die Anlage des Hauses sehr gut gelöst. Für die Anhänger einer schönen Aussicht ist es aber nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel, haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und haben sofort auf eine Nachfrage reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The whole experience in this villa was amazing. Check in and pre arrival communication great, a warm welcome by the hosts with complete instructions of villa and helpful local information. Responsive when contacted. The villa was spotless, kitchen, bathrooms and all linens and towels. The equipment in villa was of an unusually high standard and quantity which meant we never ran out of plates, cutlery etc. Plenty of room for a large group with each room having its own bathroom. Outside space and seating great, outside table, chairs, sun beds and outside sofa large enough for group. Pool was spotless and we loved the tennis court, gym and table tennis table. If you wanted to be inside there was plenty of space there too and all rooms have air conditioning. We would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.

we have been there for a week. We‘ve had a very nice experience and made lots of memories. The house was also very pretty and almost too big, but for 8 people it was perfect. Everything was clean and there were many things to do. For example playing tennis or going for a swim. The Highlight was the cat, pretty chill and very calm. Cudowne miejsce na wypoczynek! Obiekt urządzony z ogromną dbałością o każdy szczegół – widać, że gospodarze naprawdę wkładają serce w to, co robią. Każdy pokój ma własną łazienkę, co zapewnia pełen komfort. Pokoje są klimatyzowane, czyste i bardzo przytulne. Na gości czeka mnóstwo udogodnień – świetny basen (nawet z materacami dla dzieci!), siłownia, kort tenisowy, boisko do koszykówki, miejsce do gry w bule – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W lodówce czekał lód, ręczników było pod dostatkiem, papier toaletowy w dużych ilościach – niczego nie brakowało. Ogromnym plusem jest także bliskość sklepu oraz niesamowicie mili i pomocni właściciele, którzy zawsze służyli radą i wsparciem. To idealne miejsce na relaks, rodzinny wypoczynek czy aktywny urlop. Z całego serca polecam!

Amazing location. Near Zadar but still very calm and quite. Host is always reachable and responsive. Acommodation is very nice and has a lot of activities. We will come again!

A villa még szebb , mint a képeken. A szobák szépek, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. Minden szobához szép fürdőszoba tartozik. A nappali és a konyha hatalmas és nagyon jól felszerelt. Mindent megtaláltunk, amire szükségünk volt. A ház körül minden adott a tartalmas kikapcsolódáshoz, lehet pihenni, játszani, grillezni. Remek szállás, ajánlom! A házigazdák nagyon barátságosak.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Idassa! The house had everything you didn’t know you needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were clean. While the highlight of the house was probably the tennis court or the gym in the back yard, the pool was quite refreshing and the sunlounger were ideal for a quick tan. Furthermore the host was really accommodative and always responsive after messaging him. Overall, the house was perfect for a group of 11 and all of us had a unforgettable time!

Boravili smo u Villa Idassi s prijateljima i bilo nas je 10 ljudi. Ovo mjesto nas je oduševilo! Vila je prekrasna, s ogromnim dnevnim boravkom koji je idealan za druženja, dok je kuhinja potpuno opremljena i ima čak dva frižidera – što je bilo savršeno za veću grupu. Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni i gostoljubivi, a posebno Helene koja je odlična domaćica. Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto i uredno po našem dolasku. Vila je idealna za grupu od 10 ljudi – ima dovoljno prostora za sve. Posebno smo uživali na sportskom terenu za košarku, što je bio super način za jutarnju rekreaciju. Terasa je bila savršeno mjesto za ispijanje jutarnjih kava, a cijelo okruženje je mirno i tiho, pružajući pravi odmor i opuštanje. Sveukupno, preporučujemo Villa Idassu svima koji traže idealno mjesto za odmor. Hvala Vam još jednom! :D????

Die Villa Idassa hat unseren Urlaub besonders gemacht. Durch den freundlichen Empfang, die schöne Einrichtung und Sauberkeit hat man sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Langweilig wurde uns dort nie: ob wir einen Tag am Pool chillten oder aktiv eins der vielen Sportangebote nutzten (Tennis, Basketball, Tischtennis, Gewichtstraining, etc.). Zwar war fußläufig nicht ganz so viel erreichbar, mit Auto oder auch Uber ist man aber gut angebunden. Reichlich Inspiration für verschiedene Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bekamen wir auch durch die Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es als Ferienziel wärmstens empfehlen.

Fantastic house recently renewed. Close to zadar but far enough away to be in the country side. Fantastic beaches in vir and nin. We went canoeing, diving ving, cycling, to nature parks and by ferry to long island. All very doable and close ( need a car). Great supermarkets around ( plodine in zadar) and variety of restaurants to choose from. The house was great with 4 bedrooms and great beds and pillows. Lots of sport to do : private tennis court, large outside gym, table tennis, basketball, nice pool ( kept very clean) and jeu de boules. Great kitchen with two fridges and a wine cooler. Outside sitting was covered providing shade. Weather was fantastic. House was very clean and great service from Helena including tups what to do and where to go. Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. In all, great house at top location with lots of sport options

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Sofort bei der Ankunft uns eine Unterweisung gegeben und Empfehlungen wie wir den Aufenthalt gestallten könnten. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt!Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft eine 10/10

Die Gastgeber waren außerordentlich freundlich. Das Haus und das Außengelände waren erstklassig. Dank unseres Mietwagens war die Lage kein Problem, und alles war leicht erreichbar, wie der Sandstrand in Nin und die Altstadt von Zadar, beides in etwa 15 Minuten Entfernung.

Sans doute le plus beau et le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel j'ai été. Le logement est magnifique et propre. Il y a plein d'équipements sportifs à disposition (piscine, tennis, basket, musculation, pétanque, ping-pong, ...). L'emplacement est également super car il est très paisible, à une quinzaine de minutes de la plage et du centre historique de Zadar en voiture. De plus les hôtes sont extrêmement sympathique, réactifs et donnent de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter à proximité (A Zadar, choix de la plage, choix des activités ...). Je n'hésiterai vraiment pas à y retourner !

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les hôtes qui nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement, Hélène et sa soeur parlant un français parfait et Marin dans un anglais également parfait. Ils sont restés en contact avec nous tout le séjour afin de nous conseiller pour des sorties, des restaurants et surtout la PEKA, plat traditionnel Croate qu'ils nous ont préparé et livré à la villa. La résidence est fantastique, tout y est très bien conçu: la piscine est très bien entretenue (Marin est passé en toute discrétion tous les jours pour la nettoyer!), la cuisine extérieure est extraordinaire. Zadar est à 15min, les commerces en proximité selon votre besoin. ENJOY!!! TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT!!!

Un super voyage dans une ville que nous ne connaissions pas ! Nous avons pu profiter de la maison qui était parfaite pour notre groupe de 10 personnes et les hôtes forts sympathiques

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est conforme aux photos. Les extérieurs sont superbes : tennis, basket, pétanque et une belle piscine. Logement extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Hélène est très sympathique et réactive ! On recommande fortement

We spent 2 weeks in Villa Idassa with 2 families of 4. The villa looked nice on the pictures before our arrival and was even more beautiful in reality! Its equipment is perfect and nothing is missing in this house. We literally found everything we needed! Each room is equipped with air-conditioning which is very convenient when it's 35°C outside! The beds that are usually of lower quality in such rented houses were extremely comfortable (although maybe a bit too soft on the long-term to my opinion). One can play tennis, basketball, badminton, ping-pong, play or lay by the pool, etc... The owners were very kind and helpful. They advised us what to visit and gave us many tips for daily needs (bakeries, butcher, etc...). We strongly recommend!

Wir hatten traumhafte 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Top Ausstattung, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, alles sauber und sehr bemühte und hilfsbereite Eigentümer, die immer erreichbar waren.

Great house with own court, gym, possibility to play basketball. Separate barbecue area. Rooms with private bathrooms. A little troublesome to enter the property because the gate is at the top of the bend. The owner Helena is very helpful.

Hallo, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist wirklich perfekt für 10 Personen geeignet. Es ist wirklich ein Luxus das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Alles war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich hat einen tollen Pool, bequeme Liegen und einen großen Sportplatz. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auf die Vermieter ist Verlass! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, würden wiederkommen!

Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, so dass man in Restaurants in den umliegenden Orten immer vorab reservieren musste. Aber es gibt eine riesige Auswahl und tolle Möglichkeiten. Zum Einkaufen gibt es im Umkreis von zehn Autominuten alles was das Herz begehrt und für Kleinigkeiten einen Mini Supermarkt, den man fußläufig gut erreichen kann.

The villa was amazing. We had everything we needed, it was clean and the hosts were very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 10 Männern angereist und waren erst einmal erstaunt, wie groß die Anlage ist - auf den Bildern erscheint das Haus kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Es ist alles, wie beschrieben - besser geht's nicht. Völlig entspannter Vermieter, alles sauber, problemlose Abwicklungen in jeder Hinsicht, egal bei welchen Themen (Empfehlungen für Strände, Tipps für Corona-Tests, alles 1a). Auch die Abwicklung eines Schadens, der unsererseits entstand, gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Sehr tolles Haus. Wir waren nach unserem Abitur da und alles war perfekt

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool, sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, in jedem Zimmer ein TV mit Netflix, Tennisanlage und Outdoor Fitnessstudio. Super freundliche Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Zadar, großer Supermarkt in 5 Min und kleiner Minimarkt 2 Min zu Fuß.

Wir waren im August für zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien in dieser wunderschönen und nagelneuen Villa und waren wirklich zufrieden. Da steht eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit riesiger Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi und extra Weinkühler, die Außenküche hat einen Jamie Oliver Gasgrill, es gibt einen großen TV, ein Zimmer mit Playstation, Dart etc., eine große Bosebox zum Streamen von Musik drinnen und draußen, einen Pool mit Außendusche, der tagsüber der Lebensmittelpunkt war, wenn wir nicht gerade in Zadar oder Nin waren oder einen Ausflug zu den Kornati oder zum Krka Nationalpark gemacht haben. Die Vermieter sind total nett und versorgen einen mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants in der Umgebung und bieten einem auch an, den Kontakt zu einem Freund herzustellen (der dann mal ein regional-dalmatisch-super-leckeres und gar nicht so teures Abendessen zubereitet und vorbeibringt). Die Villa sieht tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Fotos, da hat niemand getrickst. Wer empfindlich ist mit Straßengeräuschen, könnte sich je nach Zimmer gestört fühlen, weil vorne am Haus vorbei die Straße aus dem Örtchen Brisevo heraus führt (aber das ist keine Autobahn oder so). Das ist definitiv die erste Urlaubsvilla, wo wir es höchstwahrscheinlich nicht geschafft haben, sie sauberer zu hinterlassen, als wir sie vorgefunden haben. Eindeutige Empfehlung unsererseits.

Une villa magnifique qui tiens toutes ses promesses, aucune mauvaise surprise et un accueil très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du confort des locataires. Un grand merci à eux, nous reviendrons !

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen wurden und es entstand sofort eine Kroatisch-Deutsche Freundschaft. Unser Vermieter war jeder Zeit erreichbar für Auskünfte und war sehr hilfsbereit. Dank ihm hatten wir das Glück Zadar auch anders zu erleben. :-) Das Haus ist sehr sauber und individuell eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch das Nachtleben war sehr lustig und immer wieder eine Reise wert. Wir wollen uns einfach nochmal für die schöne Zeit bedanken und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Great Location, optimal base for Dalmatia exploration Great villa design, all amenities provided to live the house both inside and outside. Full optional kitchen! Rooms are spacious, hot and cold water pressure was perfect. Perfect AC in all rooms So many spaces to stay all together, outside or inside, perfect silence during the night to sleep, enjoying relaxing swimming in the lighted pool. ON the pool.. was so good! We had great BBQs and the owner also let us had a great local dinner, provided cooked food for everybody just on request. Great memories of this holiday will stay with us for years to come! We would come back for sure... Thanks!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Gästen in der Villa Idassa, Brisevo zu Gast bei Marijan. Die Villa Idassa war die Beste Entscheidung unseres Urlaubs. Marijan war ein perfekter Host der auf seine Gäste eingeht um bei Fragen immer zur Seite steht. Die Villa und die Ausstattung sind einfach nur perfekt. Marijan gibt sich sehr viel Mühe damit sie die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir würden wieder buchen.
