We were a party of 5, with three children age 17 down to 12. We had a fabulous stay in Villa Aurum. With incredible views to the sea and islands, it offered the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped — from the spacious kitchen / living area to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea and beyond. Each morning began with coffee by the pool and each evening ended with a glass of wine under the stars. The bedrooms were spacious and peaceful, with high-quality linens, bathrooms & toiletries and blackout curtains that made for a great nights sleep. The whole Villa is air conditioned, which was invaluable during the heatwave we experienced. Katija, the helpful villa manager, made check in and out effortless. Whilst Ivan, the owner, gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and the best beaches. Whether we were lounging by the pool, exploring Zadar city or surrounding islands, or enjoying a barbecue with the family, every aspect was top notch. One point of constructive criticism is that there was no outside dining table, this would definitely be a great addition to the Villa. Highly recommended Villa Aurum— a 10/10 stay!

Wij verbleven met twee gezinnen (vier volwassenen en vijf kinderen) in de villa en hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. De villa was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host gaf fijne tips voor leuke restaurantjes, mooie stranden en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Ook het nabijgelegen nationale park is zeker een bezoek waard. Dankzij de goede Uber-dienst hadden we (achteraf) geen huurauto nodig zolang we in en rond de stad bleven. Met de Wolt-app kun je bovendien gemakkelijk eten en boodschappen laten bezorgen. Een ideale plek voor een ontspannen en comfortabele vakantie!

We spent 5 unforgettable days at Villa Aurum in May – and it was simply perfect! The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for a group of 8. Each room was bright, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering plenty of space and privacy. The private pool was a highlight – we spent lazy afternoons soaking up the sun, and the large terrace with a grill was perfect for evening dinners. The location is peaceful yet close to the center of Zadar and stunning beaches – the best of both worlds. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to return someday. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway in Croatia!

Rewelacja! Przepiekna willa, czysta, przestronna. Wlascicielka dba o kazdy szczegol! Wysokiej jakosci kosmetyki do kapieli, rafaello na lozku, owoce w domu i na zewnatrz... Przekochana wlascicielka, usmiechnieta, pomocna. Pomogla zalatwic tort na urodziny i dostawe tortu. Basen jest sprzatany codziennie rano. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek! Boski widok na miasto i na morze ze wzgorza, na ktorej jest usytuowana willa. Wyposazenie willi jest mega! Sauna, silownia, wanna do spa, sypialnie z przeszkleniami lazienkowymi... Rekomenduje na 1000% procent :D

Super freundliche Besitzer und eine hervorragende Villa mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Ausstattung war top modern und alles ist wie neu. Super Pool, spitzen Sauna und die Badezimmer waren genial. Ein mega schöner Ausblick aufs Meer von oben. Es gibt selbstgemachten Wein und Schnaps. Und Zadar selbst ist eine wunderschöne Küstenstadt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub in Zadar. Die Villa ist perfekt, die Einrichtung stylisch, gemütlich und kindersicher. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
