Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rustica. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es war alles sehr sauber. Man konnte sehen, dass von den Vermietern viel Mühe in die Unterkunft gesteckt wurde und es fehlte uns an nichts. :)

Thank you, Mrs Ana, for your hospitality. We had a great time at this beautiful villa with an open kitchen area, illuminated garden and swimming pool, and cosy modern rooms and bathrooms. The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures, and the host is very friendly and helpful. Mrs Ana prepared us some snacks and samples of local produce, and even some baby food, knowing that we had an early flight, which was extremely thoughtful and well above and beyond our expectations. They also sell homemade olive oil for tasting, which is delightful and tasty. Overall, we had a great holiday - one to remember!

Even better than it looks in the photos!! The owners have created a beautiful home-from-home destination in Smilcic which we were delighted by. The fixtures, fittings and appliances are of a high standard, the furniture - including beds - are very comfortable, the decor very tasteful and the details enchanting (ask about the work-bench in the outdoor kitchen). We loved the hot shower next to the pool, the outdoor kitchen with the wood-fired stove option (there is an electric oven in the house too), and the laundry facilities were very handy. Smilicic is a peaceful village well served by two small supermarkets within safe walking distance. We enjoyed the home-grown fruit and vegetables which the owner brought, and the home pressed olive oil. I highly recommend staying here!

Magiskt semesterhus! Ett av de finaste husen vi hyrt – perfekt för vår familj på 8 personer. Uteköket och poolområdet var fantastiska, och ägaren var så trevlig och välkomnande. Vi hoppas verkligen få komma tillbaka!

Piękna willa. Całość przemyślana i wykonana idealnie dal komfortu i wygody gości. Grill i stół na zewnątrz super na kolacje. Basen. Zewnętrzny prysznic oraz osobna toaleta przy basenie. Nie jestem w stanie wymienić jednej rzeczy, która mogłaby być zrobiona lepiej. Wygląd i aranżacja miejsca bardzo ładnie. Z właścicielami można swobodnie porozmawiać po angielsku i są bardzo mili. Produkują pyszną oliwę. Bliskie położenie zatoki, w którym jest cieplejsza woda niż w otwartym morzu oraz piękne pobliskie miasteczko Novi Grad z pysznym jedzeniem.

Review – Two-Week Dream Holiday at Villa Rustica (Zadar Villas) in Smilčić We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Rustica, part of Zadar Villas in Smilčić, Croatia, and we can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – super friendly, attentive, and always helpful. We immediately felt at home, like visiting friends. Throughout our stay, they were always available and took care of everything without ever being intrusive. The house itself was in perfect condition – spotlessly clean, very well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. Nothing was missing. The amenities were excellent, both indoors and outdoors. There were six of us, and we had plenty of space to relax, cook, and enjoy our time together. The pool was an absolute highlight – clean, beautifully designed, and perfect for cooling off or spending a relaxing day in the sun. The entire outdoor area was ideal for cozy evenings or simply unwinding. The location in Smilčić is peaceful and idyllic, yet still well-connected. Zadar, beautiful beaches, and nearby attractions are all easily accessible by car. Conclusion: We would absolutely stay at Villa Rustica again and highly recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and welcoming place for your holiday in Croatia, this is it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super netter Austausch! Großer Pool, saubere Zimmer in denen man sich wie zu Hause gefühlt hat! Und es gab zwei Küchen mit zwei Kühlschränken!!!!! Es war toll. Danke für alles wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

´The house was beautiful. It was very clean and the pool too. A lot of private area in this house and plot. The landlords are lovely people. One time we got vegetables from they garden. That was nice. They always asked if we need everything else or if we need help. Our holiday was amazing. We want to come back.
