Die Villa war absolut so wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden Herzlich begrüßt und im Haus mit einer Käse/Schinken Platte Überrascht. Es war alles Sauber und Bequem. Die Küche ist Super ausgestattet und die Dusche hat einen Super Druck ???? Wir kommen Definitiv Wieder.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Evita! From the very first moment, Marko and Jelena made us feel welcome and at home. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive hosts, always available for any questions while also giving us complete privacy. The villa itself is absolutely stunning – even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was spotless, perfectly maintained, and designed with so much love for detail. The pool and outdoor area are simply breathtaking and offered the perfect spot to relax with friends. We came as a group of three friends, and all of us agreed this was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. The combination of such warm-hearted hosts, a luxurious and comfortable villa, and the peaceful surroundings made it unforgettable. I cannot recommend Villa Evita highly enough – if you are considering booking, don’t hesitate for a second. This is paradise in Zadar, and Marko and Jelena are the best hosts you could ever wish for! ????????????????????

12/10 – Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt in der Villa Evita! Unsere Zeit in der Villa Evita war einfach traumhaft – von der ersten Minute bis zur Abreise war alles absolut perfekt! Diese Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern strahlt auch eine warme, persönliche Atmosphäre aus, die man selten findet. Die Villa ist makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und noch viel mehr. Der Poolbereich ist ein kleines Paradies, der Garten top gepflegt und die Abende auf der Terrasse waren einfach magisch. Jeder Winkel der Villa zeigt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier gearbeitet wurde. Die Gastgeberin (oder der Gastgeber – gerne anpassen!) war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Urlaub wirklich bereichert. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und dennoch nah genug an Zadar und der Küste, um alles schnell erreichen zu können. Ob zum Entspannen, Entdecken oder einfach Genießen – Villa Evita ist der perfekte Ort dafür. Wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder buchen – und zwar für länger! Klare Empfehlung: 12 von 10 Punkten. Our stay lasted 8 days, but if possible, we would have stayed at least 2 weeks. The hosts (the entire family) were very helpful and kind, ensuring our comfort and ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were genuinely hospitable. We established a wonderful rapport with the owners. The quality of the house was top-notch. I can't say enough about how well and pleasant our time there was. The villa is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything we need. The bathroom is beautiful, functional, and comfortable. The bedroom has very comfortable mattresses and beds. There's incredible space in the closets for clothes, etc. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The swimming pool is a good size for two children to play in. The water temperature is just right. Umbrellas and loungers are available. The entire description of the house and its amenities is accurate. We found even more than the description promised. The house and its surroundings are designed so that you could practically spend entire days there, as everything you need is provided. Overall, we're delighted with the place and the people. We'll definitely organize another trip to Evita.
