Meine Frau und ich verbrachten gemeinsam mit unserem Cocker Spaniel zwei wundervolle Wochen in Skabrnja. Ana war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die stets schnell und hilfsbereit auf Fragen reagierte. Dass sie direkt nebenan wohnt, erwies sich als besonders praktisch. Die Fahrt nach Zadar dauerte etwa 20 Minuten, was uns bewusst war. Dafür überzeugten die ruhige, familiäre Lage und die schöne Umgebung des Hauses. Ein kleiner Markt und eine sehr gute Pizzeria waren sowohl mit dem Auto als auch fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen unbemerkt gereinigt, sodass wir ihn direkt nach dem Aufstehen in makellosem Zustand nutzen konnten. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Der vollständig eingezäunte Garten mit hohen Hecken bot zusätzliche Privatsphäre, insbesondere im Poolbereich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

The quiet location, a little far from the sea, but free from all the tourist hustle and bustle. The house is well equipped, air conditioning is available and served well. The kitchen is well equipped and offers almost everything for daily needs and beyond. The beds were good and thanks to the quiet we slept very well. The outdoor area is clean and very well maintained, and the entire property is fenced. The pool with its sun loungers is a great place to relax; the kids had a lot of fun and were thrilled, just like us. But the best thing of all are the loving owners. Ana is an angel, she makes sure that the stay was a dream. But we had a lot of fun with her two sweet dogs. We have taken little Bobby to our hearts and he almost came home with us ???? The seating area at the grill is great; we used it almost every day and grilled lots of delicious food. There are shopping facilities nearby (Studenak) and several large supermarkets a few kilometers away. Beautiful bays can be reached by car in about 15 to 20 minutes. Zadar can be reached just as quickly. The trip to Plitvice Lakes was a holiday highlight for the whole family and is highly recommended (if possible, arrive when the park opens, otherwise it will be too crowded). We hebben een super mooie vakantie gehad en hebben veel kunnen bezichtigen .Zadar is leuk , Plitvice meren een echte aanrader , speedboot tocht gedaan in Šibenik en dit allemaal met onze honden. Nog verschillende wandelingen gedaan in de buurt , mooie natuur. Je hebt wel een auto nodig . De gastvrouw was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam , goeie ontvangst met brood en beleg , balletjes voor onze honden , bloemen voor onze dochter daar de Mevrouw op de hoogte was van haar danswedstrijd in Blackpool , super lief, tijdens het verblijf druiven , vijgen en dan nog super lekkere tomaten van haar tuin , gewoon geweldig dikke merci en wij wensen je nog veel succes in de toekomst , Inge ,yvan , Laney & onze honden Layka en Theo

A really great stay. The accommodation is barrier-free, which was very beneficial for my father in his wheelchair. The house is on a large property, which is also completely wheelchair accessible. We really liked the pool with integrated stairs, the outdoor shower and the various outdoor seating areas. We also really appreciated the warm welcome from the landlady with a ham platter and ice cream, but we still had complete privacy on the property at all times. This was very important to us. Any problems that arose were resolved immediately.

It was a great villa with a very welcoming owner. Equipped with everything, especially a nice and warm pool. I would like to go back there again!

Дуже приємна власниця Анна. Зустріла нас без додаткової оплати, хоча ми приїхали дуже поздно. Нагадувала, бо ми приїхали в день, коли всі магазини були зачинені. Вирішувала всі наші питання по ходу відпочинку. Як приватний асистент. І за це все ми не платили додатково. Вілла дуже зручна, є кондиціонер, великий басейн, величезна територія! Дуже зелено! Басейн чистили , але сервіс побудоване так, що ми не бачили персонал. Є паркінг для авто. Навіть була можливість взяти свою собаку. Є зручні ліжка та матраци. Навколо тиша. Літаки не літають над тобою, хоча не так далеко аеропорт. Всього 15 хвилин. Мені дуже тут сподобалось і я всім раджу!

Pool super gereinigt! Garten sehr schön groß und angenehme Plätze zum draußen sitzen, ebenfalls zum Grillen dort super (der vor Ort auch vorhanden ist) Die Villa indrinnen war nicht zu groß aber auch nicht zu klein, die perfekte Mitte! Einfach zu bedienen und sauber zu halten! Badezimmerspiegel traumhaft. Für 5 Gäste Traumhaft! Klimaanlage funktioniert super, haben immer auf 23grad gelassen damit wir nicht krank werden (; Ansonsten hatte die Küche auch alles, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank ect. Die Gastgeberin ist mega sympathisch und eine super liebe Frau! Hat uns eine Wassermelone und Süßigkeiten als Willkommensgruß Geschenk. Mit ihr kann man auch einfach per SMS kommunizieren!

Lovely super clean comfortable villa. Wonderful welcome by friendly helpful owner. Much appreciated the privacy afforded by the garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!

We had a very nice stay in this villa. The hostess was very friendly and was always available when we had questions. The stay was super clean and had all the necessary equipment. The villa is in a beautiful location where you can relax, but it is also only 20 minutes from Zadar where you can eat and go out. We are super satisfied with our stay. We definitely recommend this villa!

Eine Traum-Unterkunft. Die Terrasse samt Pool laden dazu ein, den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Tolles Bad mit schöner Dusche mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Betten sind bequem. Leider ist der Ort (Skabrjna) etwa karg und es mangelt an Cafés und Restaurants. Dafür benötigt man ein Auto, um in die nächsten Ortschaften zu fahren. Die Unterkunft selber aber 5 Sterne wert und für jeden reinen Selbstversorger absolut top

Ein toller Ort, um Erholung zu finden! Gleichzeitig bietet die Lage einen guten Startpunkt für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge zu Stränden, nach Zadar oder in die Berge. Ana war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und trotzdem zurückhaltend war. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Ana war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit frischem Obst, kalten Getränken und einer Wurst- und Käseplatte willkommen geheißen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und hat Platz für eine Familie. Für 6 Personen wird es a.M.S sehr eng. Der Pool ist ausreichend und sauber, war aufgrund des Wetters kühl, aber den Kindern hat dies nichts ausgemacht. Der Ort ist sehr ländlich, hat aber 3 kleine Supermärkte. Großeinkäufe sind in ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung in Zadar möglich. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Danke Ana.

It was my first time at Croatia and my only regret is that I should have booked for a longer stay. The owner Ana was super kind and generous, available 24/7 and very listening. The villa is better in reality than in the pictures: very spacious, clean and luxurious. It’s location is perfect: 15 min from the Zadar Airport and 30min from lot’s of beaches (by car). I highly recommend it and I will come back !! See you soon Ana !

Unsere Familie hat zwei entspannte Wochen in dem schönen, modernen Ferienhaus mit Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist zentral in der Region gelegen, man benötigt zu jedem Ziel ca. 30 min, d.h. zum Meer, den Bergen oder nach Zadar, Nin. Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert und das Haus gut erreichbar. Die dörfliche Umgebung und Nachbarschaft sind ruhig. Die Verschiebung der Anreise um ein paar Stunden war für die Vermieterin kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit der äußerst hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und schnell erfüllt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Grillmöglichkeit etc.) ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist schattig, so dass man sich auch tagsüber dort gut aufhalten kann. In den Zimmern sind keine Klimaanlagen, diese befindet sich zentral im Flur, so dass alle Innentüren aufgelassen werden sollten. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Vermieterin Brot, eine leckere Schinken-/Salamiplatte sowie viel frisches Obst aus der Region. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben

Everything was well organized. Agreements are kept. Short lines and quick answers. Beautiful villa and very clean. Very friendly owners and an excellent welcome. Beautiful lovely quiet area. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in English. She welcomed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge watermelons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. The property was very clean and pleasantly decorated. There was plenty of outdoor space and comfortable sitting. We enjoyed the hot weather of 32degrees Celcius. This was our first time in Croatia and we were really impressed with its beauty. Zadar was the nearest city - about 20 minutes away from the house. We also visited Plitvice Lakes, Krka National Park, the town of Sibenik, and Vir island. We would recommend to see all these places, all unique and charming. The house is quiet and very nice, corresponds to the description and the pictures from the brochure. The technical equipment works perfectly. The hosts are very friendly and discreet. I would like to recommend it to others. Miro

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. Toen op een zondag als gevolg van bliksemschade de WiFi buiten werking was, heeft onze gastvrouw Ana er zelfs voor gezorgd dat er op diezelfde dag een vervangend modem werd aangesloten!

Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cozy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took an effort in helping with all our requests. Top notch!

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

We had a lovely time staying at this property, the hosts were very responsive and friendly and the property was just as we had expected from the pictures. It was a quiet location perfect for relaxing and a short drive to Zadar or other main towns in the evening so suited us perfectly.
