We were more then happy with our stay. Everything was just perfect. Host is great, friendly, easy to talk to and responsive. Accommodation was amazing and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Piękne miejsce, wszystko było zgodne z opisem, zero jakich kolwiek minusów, właściciel był bardzo pomocny szybko odpisywał i pomagał rozwiązać problemy.

What an incredible accommodation! What you see on the pictures is also what you get. Roman was very nice and friendly to us. I forgot an item at the accommodation and he was so kindly to bring it to the airport. The house itself is really recommended for groups who wants to enjoy a sunny vacation with a swimming pool in Zadar. Could only recommend this place! 5 stars!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tia war sehr angenehm und uns hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch mal etwas nicht gepasst hat war nur eine kurze Whatsapp an den Gastgeber Roman nötig und das Problem wurde geklärt. Auch trotz der Tatsache das die Villa direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt (Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite der Straße, also: Straße -> Haus -> Pool), ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig, nur die ab uns zu startende Flugzeuge vom Zadar Airport sind manchmal zu hören, da diese am Haus vorbei fliegen. Die Lage an sich ist auch recht optimal. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten am Flughafen und in 10 Minuten am nächsten großen Einkaufszentrum sowie in Zadar. Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen!

The Villa looked just as good as in the pictures and the host was really friendly.

The villa was nice, not that far from Zadar and in a quiet enviroment. We were received nicely by Roman and the communication with him went really well. Swimming pool was nice Only minor points were that there was that there was a villa being built nearby which deminished the view from the chill roof terrace ;) And that it was mostly equipped for 8 persons (chairs) instead of the 10 that we were with. All in all a great place to stay during a relaxing visit to Croatia.

Wir waren zu 8. für eine Woche dort, Hat echt alles super geklappt. Roman war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch die Unterkunft war top. Wir würden definitiv wieder hinfahren und die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen

This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap. Communication was the host is great and he’s always on hand. We would all definitely stay again, Zadar itself was also an amazing place.
