Villa Tia is located in a small settlement named Murvica, which is only 7 km away from the center of the historic city of Zadar, and 15 km from the city of Nin. This villa is perfect for a larger group of people who want to spend their vacation in Dalmatia in an elegant and modern environment, with a beautiful pool in the garden, and a stunning view of the mountain Velebit from the roof terrace.
Villa Tia consist of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Three bedrooms are with double bed, one is with bunk bed which is ideal for children, and one bedroom is with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed. All upstairs rooms have access to the terrace where there is a place to relax overlooking the pool. Upstairs are two bathrooms, one with a large bathtub, the other belongs to the master bedroom and the third bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
The outdoor area offers a fenced garden with a large pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Next to the pool are deck chairs and umbrellas, a play area for the youngest and a wood barbecue. On the terrace is also a dining area where you can enjoy in your meals on fresh air. The whole building is air conditioned and covered with internet, parking is private and can accommodate 4 vehicles.

Veli Salmén, September 27th, 2023The villa was nice, not that far from Zadar and in a quiet enviroment. We were received nicely by Roman and the communication with him went really well. Swimming pool was nice Only minor points were that there was that there was a villa being built nearby which deminished the view from the chill roof terrace ;) And that it was mostly equipped for 8 persons (chairs) instead of the 10 that we were with. All in all a great place to stay during a relaxing visit to Croatia.

This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap. Communication was the host is great and he’s always on hand. We would all definitely stay again, Zadar itself was also an amazing place.
