Everything is really great, beautiful villa, very well equipped, wonderful pool, very nice and helpful owner, I highly recommend it.

Very modern, everything is new. As you can see in the pictures, everything is real. Heated pool, air-conditioned rooms, very nice decoration. The old town of Nin is also reachable on foot.

The house is well-equipped and well-maintained, and it is very private. The clean, heated pool is enjoyable day and night. It's a great place to stay!

We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep.The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. It had air conditioning throughout which with the high temperatures was important to us. Outside areas are also brilliant again as the photos. A special mention regarding our host Ruža who made sure everything was perfect. She accommodated our request for an early check in and was on hand if we needed support.Highly recommended and should we visit this area again we will be back.

Ich war mit meinen Freunden für sechs Tage in der Villa. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet - es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Villa ist neu und sehr gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Außerdem war die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Ruza super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Amazing views outside the Villa, great communication with the owner which is very wholesome and VERY helpful. Lot of great equipement in the Villa and a very clean space. The neigjbourhood is very quiet and the place was perfect for rest. I very much recommend this Villa.

Vila je iznimno lijepo uređena, s prostranim i modernim sobama koje pružaju maksimalnu udobnost. Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto, a kuhinja je bila potpuno opremljena, savršena za zajedničko kuhanje i uživanje u obrocima s više osoba. Terasa s roštiljem je bila pravi užitak, idealna za druženja i opuštanje, dok je bazen dodatno doprinio našem boravku. Posebno bismo pohvalili domaćicu koja je bila dostupna i susretljiva u svakom trenutku, osiguravajući da nam ništa ne nedostaje. Sve u svemu, savršeno mjesto za odmor koje bismo rado preporučili svima!

Diese luxuriöse Villa hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen!!! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und stylisch. Alle Schlafzimmer sind in dezenten Farben gestaltet. Sie verfügen über Boxspringbetten, Flachbildfernseher und große Kleiderschränke. Die moderne, große Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Traum für jede Köchin / Koch! Die Badezimmer haben bodentiefe Duschen und große Spiegel. Waschmaschine, Waschmittel etc. alles vorhanden. Der absolute Traum ist der große Aussenbereich mit seinem tollen Pool, welcher auch während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt wurde. Die sehr große Spielwiese mit Toren, Bällen etc. Der überdachte Aussengrill und die modernen Outdoor Möbel sind ebenfalls hochwertig und bieten viel Platz für relaxte, lange Sommerabende!!! Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam! Wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Mietwagen, Ausflügen zu den Nationalparks oder Restaurants von ihr erhalten.
