A beautiful house, plenty of space, a perfect-sized swimming pool, and a very kind, helpful and smiling owner, Mrs. Ruza. An ideal base for exploring nearby attractions. We will choose this facility again with great pleasure!

The accommodation is incredibly beautiful and well-maintained; the kitchen is fully equipped, and the house is very nicely furnished. It feels like being the first guest. The beds are absolutely top quality; the last time I had such a mattress and bedding was at the Hotel Walldorf Astoria in Dubai – simply incredible, I looked forward to it every evening. to go to bed . The on-site support is simply fantastic, incredibly friendly and competent.

A perfect house for two families with children to share, with the four bedrooms located two on each side of the living areas. The pool with the stairs down was perfect with small children and the hosts were fantastic who arranged both early check-in and helped us in other ways during our stay. And the AC in all rooms was worth its weight in gold!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week in Villa Rose which has everything you need for a really enjoyable break. It’s impeccably clean and well equipped with comfortable bedding, fully stocked kitchen and relaxing outdoor space. Our kids had a great time in the heated pool and playing ball in the astro garden. The old town of Nin is very beautiful and easily reached by foot and the airport and Zadar are just 30 mins away. Our host Ruza was so helpful and friendly - thank you for the lovely welcome on our first visit to Croatia.

The house is well-equipped and well-maintained, and it is very private. The clean, heated pool is enjoyable day and night. It's a great place to stay!

We had a great 7-night stay at Villa Rose. The villa is in a great location only 15-minute walk to the lovely historic town of Nin. We had a car for convenience, but everything is within walking distance. A number of great restaurants, shops, bakeries are on your doorstep. The villa itself is absolutely great; everything is as the photos. It had air conditioning throughout which with the high temperatures was important to us. Outside areas are also brilliant again as the photos. A special mention regarding our host Ruža who made sure everything was perfect. She accommodated our request for an early check in and was on hand if we needed support.Highly recommended and should we visit this area again we will be back.
