Dear Ana and Mirko, What a warm welcome even though we arrived much later than expected. A wonderful property with plenty of space where everyone can find their place. 4 bathrooms and toilets, large living rooms, an extraordinary konoba, a huge kitchen where we can find everything we need. A very practical outdoor plancha, oven and fireplace A swimming pool well equipped with deckchairs, swing, tables, solar shower etc. t a huge multi-games area (ping pong, billiards, darts) We will certainly return to this beautiful property where we were wonderfully received.

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa Strkalj alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben wir waren 9 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub Ane und Mirko waren super nette Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen

A superb swimming pool and very well-maintained setting. Position very quiet, very welcoming hosts. Lots of accessible visits close to the house. We recommend!!!!

The location is perfect for exploring Zadar county. The villa itself is spacious and plenty of room for everyone staying to enjoy whatever they wish to do. Whilst it was too hot to sit in the tavern or to play pool/darts/table tennis, it's lovely to have so much to do within the villa. The pool area is lovely, plenty of shade if needed. The garden attracts lots of wildlife including lizards and swallows which nest in the eaves. Bathrooms and rooms very clean and tidy. The villa is near Murvica and a bakery, market and snack bar are within walking distance. Mirko and Ana are lovely hosts and take great pride in their villa - rightfully so. We loved our 2 weeks in Villa Strkalj!

Wow. Was für ein Haus, was für tolle Gastgeber. Aber der Reihe nach: Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (14/15) gereist. Wir mögen es, wenn unser Ferienhaus einzigartig und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles. Einen tollen Pool, eine Tischtennisplatte, Billard, eine Karaoke-Anlage in der alten Taverne (Im Winter ist der Teil eine charmante Konoba), Massage-Sessel uvm. Wir hatten diverse Kochmöglichkeiten und einen tollen Grill im Aussenbereich. Nun zu unseren Gastgebern, die einfach überragend sind. Ana und Mirko waren immer für uns da. Mirko hat noch eine Peka für uns gekocht und uns mit seinem eigenen Wein und diversen selbstgebastelten Spirituosen beglückt. Empfehlenswert ist für den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wobei man die nähere Umgebung auch mit einem der Fahrräder erkunden kann. Wir sind immer noch ganz happy, das wir diese tolle Zeit bei Ana und Mirko verbringen durften. Hvala aus dem Ruhrgebiet!

The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

The villa is amazing, inside and out. All of the essentials are a short walk away, and Zadar is only a short drive down the road. It's also close to multiple national parks, which make a great day out. The hosts are brilliant. They're friendly and quick to respond. During our stay, there were a couple of thunderstorms, and they contacted us to make sure we were OK. They even offered to cook us dinner one evening. It's a great place to stay, whether you want to explore Croatia or if you just want to sit by the pool and relax.

La maison est idéale avec de l'espace, un cuisine bien aménagée et un bel environnement extérieur. Proche de zadar 10min en voiture avec des commerces de proximité accessibles à pied. L'hôte à été très accueillant, toujours réactif aux messages, prévenant. Il nous a proposé du vin, un repas de poisson au barbecue, des attentions très agréables. Je recommande à 100% pour un séjour en grande famille ou groupe d'amis

Die Villa war sehr sauber mit einem tollem und netten Vermieter. Die Lage ist top und nahe an der Stadt Zadar.

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen Leuten und einem Kleinkind auf diesem schönen und großzügigen Gelände. Es hat uns super gut gefallen, da es sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Mirko und seine Frau waren sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber.

Wir waren von Ende Juni - Anfang Juli in der Villa und sind sehr traurig darüber, dass die Zeit dort vorbei ist. Uns hat von vorne bis hinten einfach alles gefallen. Die Unterkunft war für uns (8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 1-7 Jahre) einfach mehr als perfekt. Wir haben absolut garnichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage von der Villa ist super. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand, im Einkaufszentrum oder direkt Mitten in Zadar. Die Vermieter, Mirko und Ana, haben uns auch absolut überzeugt. Wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen für die nette Gastfreundlichkeit, den vielen Leckereien und den netten Gesprächen. Eine Reise in die Villa lohnt sich

Excellent price, with extensive facilities and a spacious villa. The hosts were extremely responsive, offering suggestions, samples of their own wine and even cooked us a meal (for a fee). they clearly cared about the property and the experience their guests had - it was a pleasure to stay.

A very friendly host couple and a beautiful villa. Zadar is very beautiful as well. Would come back anytime. We recommend renting a car in advance to be picked up at the airport upon arrival. Thank you Strkalj family!
