We spent three wonderful weeks at this house with a group of friends and our dog, and we can't recommend it highly enough. The house is brand new, tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a longer stay. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos.

The heated pool was a real highlight. Even at the end of September it was perfect for swimming. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, and it's ideal for day trips: Zadar is about 20 minutes away, Split around 1.5 hours and Plitvice Lakes National Park about 2 hours. There are also plenty of shops nearby.

Lucia is a wonderful host. Communication was easy and always very friendly, and she took great care of us even before we arrived. Check-in was simple and she was flexible about our arrival time.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! The location is peaceful, offering uninterrupted view that make it the perfect place to relax.

The house was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well equipped. There were plenty of activities and games for both adults and children, making it an ideal place for families or groups of friends.

A special thanks to Lucia, who welcomed us with such kindness and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When the dishwasher unexpectedly stopped working, she managed to have it replaced in less than 24 hours, even on a national holiday!

We shared unforgettable moments with friends in a fantastic place and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Great house, very clean and tidy, and the pool is fantastic too. Great area, very quiet, yet central and very close to the airport. You can’t hear the airport at all. The host, Lucia, is also great - she’s very proactive and kind. Right in town, you’ll find everything you need: a bakery, a restaurant, and grocery stores. What was especially great was being able to look out from the house into the distance - open vistas all the way to the mountains. You feel like you have no neighbors. Simply wonderful - thank you, Lucia!

Our communication with Luce, our host, was great and simple. She was very flexible and proactive and helpful if we needed her. She is a natural hospitality pro and we felt looked after and cared for. The house was great, newish, comfortable, clean, and in a good location....but you do need a car to get around. Two supermarkets right close by with everything you need. The pool was lovely and we spent hours enjoying it. Good privacy at the house even though it is set right next to an olive oil business. The house has all the pans and pots, cleaning supplies, and condiments and oils for a comfortable stay and cooking at home for a larger group. Fridge is big and dishwasher is great...washing machine too. Zemunik Donji is 15 mins drive from Zadar and it is a well signposted and easy drive. Great base for exploring Zadar, bibinje, Nin, or further away like sibenik. 

Ik heb deze villa geboekt met nog 5 andere vrienden. Onze host Lucia was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen. De villa was zeer proper, alles was aanwezig. Op 20 min afstand met de auto van Zadar. Veel winkels in de buurt en een zeer mooi uitzicht. Een echte aanrader!

Everything was great!!!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön und makellos. Es gibt nichts was man hätte besser machen können, es war sauber, gut vorbereitet für unsere Anreise und es gab wirklich alles was man benötigt über Handtücher, komplett ausgestattete Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt oder den beheizten Pool mit gepflegter Außenanlagen. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft für unsere Reise vorstellen können und sind uns sicher, dass wir noch einmal kommen werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief auch wirklich toll und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Es gibt nichts was ich aussetzen kann. Vom Flughafen sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Taxi und in die Altstadt von Zadar ca. 20 Minuten und die Preise sind wirklich erschwinglich. Danke für alles und hoffentlich bis bald! :)

Hele mooie villa en een prachtige plek!

Wir waren 2 Familien eine Woche lang in der Villa Lux. Haben uns gleich von Anfang an sehr wihl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Pool ist riesig (ca. 4,5 x 10 meter). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich weiter für Familien mit Kleinkindern.

Excellent villa with everything that a family could need. Whole garden was perfect especially with this crystal clear swimming pool and all the water toys for kids and not only. Kitchen equipment was definitely very satisfactory, rooms were clean with amazing beds. I will give also 5 stars for the contact with our host which was incredibly friendly but professional at the same time. Highly recommend this villa for all sort of families!

Nice owner who made us feel at home immediately. She even had some fruit and pastry ready for us. Very comfortable house with beautiful garden and (heated!) pool area. Very private location in a quiet town 10 min drive from the coast. Nicely furnished, everything you need. Very clean as well. We will come back!
