Very good contact with the owner of the facility, she welcomed us pleasantly, prepared a board of snacks and bread, showed us around the entire facility and told us about attractions in nearby towns. We were constantly in touch with any questions. The house is new, clean and well-kept. There was no shortage of household appliances or kitchen equipment. Each room was equipped with air conditioning.

Very nice hosts. Great house. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is fantastic, and the quality of the house is top-notch.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich nett, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die ruhige und wunderschöne Lage. Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Aussicht – für uns ganz klar eine 10/10! Jeden Tag konnten wir den traumhaften Ausblick genießen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The landlords were exceptionally nice, warm and always helpful, so we felt welcome from the very beginning. The holiday home was very clean and well-maintained; we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the peaceful and beautiful location. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. The beach can be reached in just about 5 minutes, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The view is an absolute highlight – for us, definitely a 10/10! Every day we were able to enjoy the breathtaking view. Thank you for the wonderful time – we would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Malusy. The villa has everything you need and is equipped with every comfort. Everything was super clean. With a beautiful view, and within walking distance of the sea. The host and hostess were friendly and welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information. Check-out also went very smoothly. Definitely recommended!

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschöner Villa! Wir haben eine unvergessliche Zeit in der Villa in Zadar verbracht. Die Unterkunft war modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool – ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar und in der Nähe von Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Betreuung durch Zadar Villas war hervorragend – freundlich, professionell und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

I sincerely recommend villa Malusy. The house is very luxurious. There is peace and quiet around the house and beautiful views. you can see the sea from every balcony. the villa deserves five stars. the house impresses with its appearance and finish. natural stone everywhere. everything is very spacious inside. there are all necessary equipment in the house. richly equipped kitchen. very comfortable rooms. there is an outdoor swimming pool which is always clean. space for sunbathing, there is a beautiful garden. lots of privacy. everything very safe. there is air conditioning in each room. 500 m to the sea. very close to the restaurant, bakery and shop. the hosts are very nice people, you can count on them at any time. you can count on privacy, the owners don't complain, they guarantee you a wonderful rest :*
