We stayed in Villa Lubey during the Easter break in 2025 April. The villa was clean and very cozy, well equipped, very spacious. And the view... was increadible... The host Mia was super hospitable - quick in responds and in offering aditional services or just giving information for us. All in all - me and my family (11 of us) had an amazing holiday. Wir waren mit 11 Leuten in der Villa und habe 1 Woche lang Supermoto Urlaub gelebt. Es war die geilste Zeit Ever. Nur zu empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Lubey war einzigartig und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Hausgemachter Honig, Olivenöl und Rakija wurden uns beim Check-In zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Jugendlichen im Alter von 18-19 Jahren. Die Gastgeberin hat ebenfalls einen Geburtstagskuchen vorbeigebracht, da von uns jemand Geburtstag hatte. Der Preis der Villa war unschlagbar und ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100%.

Vi har haft en fantastisk sommerferie (13 gæster). Huset og poolen er endnu bedre end på billederne. Liggestole til alle og en perfekt størrelse pool. Det hele er stort, smukt og lækkert. Mia var den perfekte og hjælpsomme værtinde. Der var skønne lokale specialiteter, da vi ankom. Og i løbet af ugen fik vi de lækreste fisk og blev overrasket med kage, da en af vores rejsende havde fødselsdag. Huset er stort og flot, og perfekt til 12-13 gæster. Soveværelserne er store og har egne badeværelser. Derudover er der ekstra badeværelser og toiletter. Alle faciliteter fungerer perfekt. Tre store køkkener med køleskabe, fryser og alt man skal bruge. Stort opholdsrum i kælderen med bordtennisbord og ekstra plads til alle. To store terrasser med grill, spisepladser og en fantastisk udsigt over naturen, byen og havet. Perfekt til at nyde solnedgangen eller det smukke område. Vi vil rigtig gerne tilbage.

We had a great summer vacation (13 guests). The house and pool are even better than in the pictures. Sun loungers for everyone and a perfect size pool. It's all big, beautiful, and delicious. Mia was the perfect and helpful hostess. There were great local specialties when we arrived. And during the week, we had the most delicious fish and were surprised with cake when one of our travelers had a birthday. The house is big and nice, and perfect for 12-13 guests. The bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms. In addition, there are extra bathrooms and toilets. All amenities work perfectly. Three large kitchens with refrigerators, freezer and everything you need. Large living room in the basement with ping pong table and extra space for everyone. Two large terraces with barbecue, dining areas and great views of nature, the city and the sea. Perfect for enjoying the sunset or the beautiful area. We really want to go back.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten in dem Haus. Von Beginn an war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir konnten nachts noch flexibel einchecken und wurden noch durch das gesamte Haus geführt. Wir bekamen kleine Willkommensgeschenke und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und echt schön. Alles ist sehr modern gestaltet. Das gesamte Haus ist echt toll und wir konnten auch direkt am Haus parken. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß sind gut für große Gruppen geeignet. Der Pool ist super schön und die Außenanlage sehr schön gestaltet. Da es etwas außerhalb liegt sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen. Und hat es super gut gefallen und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Beim Auschecken durften sogar länger bleiben, da das Haus am nächsten Tag frei war. Die Kommunikation war immer super und sehr schnelle Wir haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Aussicht war Mega und das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern!! Es war alles in allem super schön!

Great experience, beautiful House

Had a wonderful 7 night stay with a group of 13 people all in our early twenties. The Villa was incredible, photo’s don’t do it justice. Every room was immaculate and very spacious. The view from the balcony is stunning! The hosts were a lovely very welcoming couple and extremely helpful throughout the week, even going as far as bringing us fresh fish on the Friday. Their daughter Mia was just a text message away on the phone for anything we needed such as taxi’s, recommendations etc. She always responded very quickly and spoke great English. Overall a 10/10 experience, fantastic price and couldn’t have asked for anymore

The place was a dream! The reception was extremely friendly, we got a tour of the house directly. Everything was impeccably clean and exactly as described and seen in the pictures. The hosts were always available, bringing us self-caught fish on Friday, which was really delicious. Also, the handover on the departure day called out smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone! However a place to stay would be a place closer to Novalja for younger people;)

We enjoyed our week in villa Lubey. Comfortable beds spacious bathrooms great outdoor eating area with great view and fab sunsets. Would recommend.

Villa Lubey - stunning views, great location and excellent hosts! Highly recommend! We arrived to Villa Lubey as a group of 8 adults and two infants. The villa is well equipped with 3 kitchens, washing machine, dishwasher and an outside bbq! Air conditioning throughout and a modern finish to all rooms. It was very clean and we were provided with cots and a highchair for the infants. The views from the outside pool are beautiful- sunsets are amazing and in the daytime you can see swallows flying outside and dipping into the pool! It’s about 30min drive from Zadar and there are nearby shops & beach in Razanac. Location is peaceful and I would recommend having hire cars to allow exploring of surrounding area (covered parking for 3 cars with extra outside). The hosts were really quick to answer questions at all stages of the booking process and were able to provide recommendations and assistance during our stay. Many thanks to Mia and Marinko!

This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. Our baby grandson could happily crawl around the space as it was so clean. The views from the Villa are spectacular and the sunsets unbelievable. When Mia turned up with a birthday cake for my son we were very touched.We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The house was amazing, especially the Pool and the view! Every bedroom had a private bathroom and air condition. There are several places for having great evenings like 2 terrace, two living rooms and a party room in the ground floor. The house was super clean and the owner helped us in every situation really soon. We will definitely come back!

Great house, amazing pool /terrace/bbq area that we used every single day. Very comfortable with more than 6 bathrooms. The view is breathtaking with a sunset guarantee. Mia, the owner, was very helpful and always quick to answer. Location is kind of remote, which was fine for us as we had cars. Note that they request a deposit of 500€ in cash. But no issues whatsoever to get it back when checking out! Can recommend to the fullest for large groups!

All in all a great experience... the villa has everything you need - with the view from the terrace being the absolute highlight. We stayed there with 11 friends and had a great time. Mia is the perfect host and was there for us whenever needed, responding almost immediately. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
