So clean and perfectly located. Lots of great supplies in the villa and the hosts were amazing and left us some lovely treats. The pool is such an amazing space and the outside shower with the olive tree was a lovey added feature. The two indoor shower rooms were great and we loved the level aspect of the villa with the ‘hidden’ balconies as well. The location and area is stunning, we loved exploring the island and the harbour of Kukljica has so many great quality restaurants, playgrounds for the kids and vistas to enjoy looking at the boats. We even hired a boat straight from the harbour that took us to the other islands where we saw dolphins and the most gorgeous beaches with turquoise waters. Incredible holiday.

A környék strandjairól és látnivalóiról tájékoztattak. Nem utolsó sorban rengeteg programot ajánlottak. Ilyen szállásadót kívánok mindenkinek, ha lesz lehetőségünk, ide biztosan visszajövünk még! Eng - A wonderful, spacious apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need! Karla and her family were incredibly kind and attentive. The children received cake and cookies, while the adults were treated to local walnut liqueur and wine. They provided information about the area's (both islands -Ugljan and Pasman) beaches and attractions and—not least—recommended plenty of activities. I wish everyone could have hosts like this; if we get the chance, we will definitely come back!

The house is lovely, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 6. Well equipped kitchen, lovely shaded table on the terrace to eat as well as a dining table inside and a large lounge. The beds were really comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. The pool area is gorgeous with comfortable sunbeds and large parasols. It also lights up at night and my teenagers enjoyed hanging around there in the evenings listening to music. Short walk into the village which has a supermarket, cafes and good restaurants. Lots of quiet beaches a short walk or cycle away. Close to a bus stop, with a service that runs from the Zadar-Preko ferry and the whole length of the island down to Pasman. The hosts are so kind and even arranged for a friend to take me to the medical centre when I needed treatment for an ear problem, because we did not have a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Pine and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. What made our stay truly special was the warm and family-like hospitality of the owners. During our stay, our daughter celebrated her birthday, and they surprised her with a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, made her day even more memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We highly recommend Villa Pine to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional hospitality. Thank you for everything. We hope to return again in the future!

Really nice villa, well maintained and clean, on top of the hill (or close enough) overlooking the sea (you cannot actually saee the Adriatic) The closest beach is circa 10 mins walk, but you don't have to hurry, as the swimming pool is big enough, especially for kids (we had three, and to be fair, they didn't want to go to the beach) Ample parking for three cars. Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher etc. (maybe could have done with more large pots, but that is nitpicking). Would be happy to return!

Tomislav and Karla have been amazing hosts from booking to check out! Always responsive to our requests and proactive in sending us local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Their place is great, we enjoyed our afternoons chilling by the pool and evenings grilling and chatting surrounded by beautiful vines and olive trees. One day their cute in-laws that live next door even surprised us with some delicious pancakes! Highly recommended!

Poolen och huset var perfekt för oss, välstädat och fint. Det fanns bra A/C. Läget var väldigt bra och värdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Busshållplats väldigt nära huset och gångavstånd till flera badplatser

We really enjoyed the stay. The service was great and the housowners were very courteous, friendly and always ready to help. The garden and pool were neat just as the house. Overall it's a great house to spent your vacation in.

Der Pool ist traumhaft, die Betten bequem und die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und spendabel! Sie stellen auch eigenes Olivenöl her, dass wir nur empfehlen können! Restaurants und Supermarkt in Fussnähe! Strände auch nicht weit weg- ca 20 min zu Fuß oder mit Auto, jedoch wenig Parkplätze.

Everything was really ok! Very comfortable villa for 2 families with 3 kids.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets bemüht uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen zu helfen. Eine kurze Nachricht per Handy und unser Anliegen wurde sofort behandelt. Auch wenn die Vermieter selbst in Zadar wohnen, waren deren Eltern stets "zu diensten". Uns wurden als Aufmerksamkeit zwei große Teller mit Crepes, sowie eine Geburtstagstorte für unsere Tochter, die während unserem Aufenthalt ihren Jahrestag feierte, überreicht. Auch von der Reinigung des Pools haben wir nichts mitbekommen (muss wohl in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden stattgefunden haben :D ) Das Objekt ist sehr gut gepflegt und für 4 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern ausreichend groß. Wir können hier ganz klar nur weiterempfehlen!

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!

Tolles Haus mit super sauberem Pool. Sehr hilfsbereite, nette und familienfreundliche Vermieter. Kukljica mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Badebuchten auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nice cozy well-equipped house surrounded by a nice garden with trees flowers and a pool with relaxing sun beds. Air-conditioning, TV and good internet. Capacity for hot water in the shower was a little limited and asked for some planning with a larger group. Everything was well prepared for our stay including some nice surprises such as fruit, soda and homemade olive oil and liquor. Mrs Karla and family were very helpful in providing tips for transfers etc. Few minutes walking distance down the hill to two supermarkets and some restaurants at a small harbor. Beaches further away. No nightlife.
