Es war wirklich toll!

For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr netter und hilsbereiter Vermieter, der passende Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge ect. hatte und auch sonst immer ansprechbar war. Poolreinigung bekam man quasi nicht mit, war sehr diskreter Ablauf bzw. wurde mit uns vereinbart wann es besten möglich ist. Im Haus selbst alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht. Tomislav and Nenad are great hosts, so kind and helpful. Villa Zlatni Dvori is worth recommending the place to stay in, clean, well equipped and spacious with a great terrace and grill area. The advantage of an offer is a localization - 5 minute walk to cristal water see and nice fisherman village with few shops and good restaurants.

We were two families with small kids and the biggest assets of the place were the pool and the fact that the house was very well equipped with spices, coffee, tea - the usual suspects you need when your'e cooking but forget to pack. The hosts were really friendly, unintrusive but helpful whenever we needed anything. We had some issues with mosquitos in two rooms, but the hosts provided us with Raid as soon as we reported it, which helped.

Die Villa ist top. Sie liegt aber bisschen außerhalb von der Altstadt von Zadar. Wir sind täglich in die Stadt gelaufen, hierfür muss man ca. 45 Minuten Fußweg einplanen. Abends kann man dann den Tag entspannt im Whirlpool oder Pool ausklingen lassen. Wir hatten auch paar Mal den Grill genutzt, der sehr gepflegt ist. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin Klasse, sie hat sich direkt gekümmert, wenn etwas war und wir sie brauchten.

We had 2 weeks great holidays in this wonderful house. The description of the villa is very precise. Silvana and her sister gave us a warm welcome, and assisted us when ever needed. It is a awesome villa and a great hosts. I hope we can relive here such a holiday. Tobias

Maison très calme et très bien entretenue. L’hôte est arrangeant, il vit dans la maison collée à celle louée. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables, le seul bémol est la quantité de guêpes. Néanmoins, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Nous recommandons grandement !

Perfekte Villa zum Entspannen! Villa genauso wie sie auf den Bildern angeboten wird. Zimmern sind nicht übertrieben groß aber braucht man im Urlaub auch nicht. Service der Eigentümer ist wirklich perfekt und wird jegliches Problem sofort behoben. Einzige Überlegung, für das Gemütliche Beisammensein am Abend wäre eine andere Sitzgarnitur einfach gemütlicher. Aber insgesamt eine Top Villa :)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Das Haus besticht durch sein stilvolles Design und den traumhaften Pool, der für erfrischende Momente an warmen Tagen sorgt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Outdoorküche – ein echtes Highlight, das unsere Zeit im Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Very nice Villa in Zadar. Whirlpool and pool was perfect, next to the big garden. The Villa is spacious and was perfect for us. To Zadar Center you have to walk about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine for us as well. Supermarkets are just around the corner. Really enjoyed staying here.

Owner is fabulous and very flexible. Amazing house, clean comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is there. Lovely location with some amenities in walking distance and in the countryside so quiet and peaceful.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Zadar Villas for my 25th birthday celebration. It was not only my first time in Croatia but also all of my friends, and I can confidently say that it won't be our last! First of all, thank you very much to Ivan and Sonja, to make our stay in Croatia to fantastic holidays. The house is in the countryside 10 minutes away of Zadar city, close to shops, great restaurants and the beach (you definitely need a car). The newly renovated house with its unbelievable nice pool, the place was offering us relaxing holidays for our kids and us. Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside there is a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A little further on is a general playground, basketball court, etc. The private swimming pool is of... Raymond v., 27. 2022.

Das Apartment ist genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Lage ist ok. Und die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett. Werden sicher wieder hier in den Urlaub fahren!

The villa is great, everything is new and clean, very stylish, very nice owners, there is a pool that is cleaned several times a week, you can grill a barbecue, there is a parking space

Super Haus, sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Der Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und geschützt von den Mauern ist es auch bei Wind fein warm. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber (inklusive den Nachbarn). Wer Bauernhof Tiere mag und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zusätzlich kam auch jeden Morgen der fahrende Händler mit Brot usw. Von den Gastgebern gab es Olivenöl, Gemüse und andere Spezialitäten in sehr guter Qualität.

Die Begrüßung von unseren Vermietern war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist groß und der Poolbereich verfügt über viel Naturschatten. Der Pool war top gepflegt (jeden 2. Tag gereinigt). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und alle Räume sind super sauber. Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer.
