Beautiful, accomodation, very well equiped perfectly fit for guests travelling with children. The first accomodation in Croatia where we received what we expected. No mass tourism around, we discovered many "hidden" beaches around where we could enjoy all the beauty of Croatia.

We (family of 6) stayed in Villa Mirta for two weeks and enjoyed every day of it. Lucija really made us feel at home as of arrival by welcoming us in person and kindly stocking the house with all necessities including food & drinks for the first day or two. She and her family were available at all times during our stay to answer questions, helping out etc. While only being a short drive from the village of Novigrad, the modern house has full privacy and is thoughtfully decorated &... Sweet hosts who were thorough and helpful. There was good communication throughout. The house was clean, beautiful and done in Mediterranean style with old details. It looked exactly like the pictures. We had cars and drove both to Zadar, to swim in waterfalls, to Bukovic and Biograd, etc. and experienced a few different things. The house was a great starting point where the kids spent many hours in the pool.

Everything in the house was awesome. It was very new, everything was clean, nice bedrooms and bathromms, the bbq place was great and last but not least the pool was a dream. Thank you very much!

We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

The house is very well equipped, comfortable.and with good attention to detail. The pool is a little small but with the sea a short walk away, that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. We had a lovely time. The house is situated close to two national parks and not far from Zadar, the beach almost on the doorstep and the weather was fabulous.

it is really nice and calm place. we had private on the beach. host was so kind and hospitable. we were happy for our stay in villa and we definitely want to come again. :)

Es war für uns ein super schöner Urlaub. Unser Hund hat sich auf dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer darauf bedacht, dass alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wie kommen bestimmt wieder!

Meine Frau und ich konnten mit unserem Hund wunderschöne Ferien im Haus der Familie Ference verbringen. Das Haus ist mit schönem Pool, perfektem Aussengrillplatz und riesigem Umschwung an ruhiger Lage das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home. Die Villa war an einem ruhigen Ort, nicht weit von Zadar und vom Strand, so lange man ein Auto hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit, auch Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Das Gelände ist ummauert und bietet somit 100% Privatsphäre was uns persönlich wichtig war und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight der Kinder ! Lg Beyza

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Nicht nur von der Einrichtung her sondern auch von der Lage. Man ist wirklich für sich alleine. Der Eigentümer ist sehr sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt (in Englisch).

Fantastisch

Wir waren 10 Nächte in dem Haus von Danijel und seiner netten Familie. Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich und gaben uns auch viele Auskünfte zu Freizeitaktivitäten und Restaurantempfelungen. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und es gibt einen großen Wohn- Essbereich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne Wiederkommen! Top Objekt - Top... Markus N, 02. 2021.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Die Hosts haben und bei Fragen zu Corona-Testmöglichkeiten unterstützt, was eine große Hilfe war! Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Super schönes Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man am Meer sowie bei allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und sofort zur Stelle falls etwas benötigt wird. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
