We liked the Villa Coratina very much, and we were also very surprised that the homeowner left this house to the group, despite our age. The house was clean inside and even coffee beans and various other foods were available to us. A few sun loungers had major damage on the outside and the grill was left very dirty. Everything was wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was straightforward and Marko was very personable, nice and available if we needed anything. The sea is no more than 8 minutes walk away and we even had our own small private beach. We can only recommend the villa to everyone :)

What a wonderful stay!! We liked the staff, the location, the swimming pool and the hygiene in the cottage. The owner was easily accessible via Whatsapp and helped us with the completion of our holiday. During our week, the pool was cleaned and the garbage collected. The cottage is peacefully located, but a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk you can find all the shops to your liking (bakery, butcher, supermarket ...). This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap.... Alisha M., UK, 06. 2022.

Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr netter und hilsbereiter Vermieter, der passende Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge ect. hatte und auch sonst immer ansprechbar war. Poolreinigung bekam man quasi nicht mit, war sehr diskreter Ablauf bzw. wurde mit uns vereinbart wann es besten möglich ist. Im Haus selbst alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht. Tolle Villa. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles sauber. Der Inhaber war fast täglich kurz da um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und hat immer Hilfe, Tips und Unterstützung angeboten ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super angenehmer Mensch.

We loved swimming in the pool, spent many hours there. We loved the big kitchen and dining room upstairs for our large group. We loved having AC in the bedrooms downstairs. We liked having the large grill available to us as well. The villa was a great place to hang out at all day but also a great location to go explore the surrounding areas.

Absolutely Amazing Host, Ivan made entire stay so smooth. He was there at middle of night to hand over keys and explain everything that was needed. Helps as he lives next door but never compromise our privacy and was on other end of phone instantly when asked anything. His family was very kind help too. Overall property really good and has everything you need. Great interior and also amazing outdoor space and equipment to have total family fun. Wish we could stay long to be able to utilise... We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool, and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautiful to use as a rental home. The house is beautiful and very clean. All rooms are nicely furnished. The outdoor area with pool and a great patio is really beautiful and we had a lot of fun at the pool and great evenings outside. The contact with the owner was very uncomplicated.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus genießen dürfen. Wir waren 9 Leute (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 1 Kind und 1 Baby) Der Pool und die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Der Strand Bokulja ist 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch absolut ruhig. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 4km in Posedarje, ansonsten hat man ca 500m vom Haus entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt. Bis nach Zadar fährt man auch nur ca.... Kristina D, 12. 2021.

Lovely house, very large spaces and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Various outside furnished seating areas, including around the wonderfully clean pool. The games room and gym were an added bonus. Restaurants and bars less than 15 minutes walk away, all in all we had a fabulous experience and would very happily recommend Villa Amarena.

The location, pool, facilities and view. Everything was great. Shopping centre just a few minutes away. Gas station including shop and 24 H shop cigarettes and alcohol within walking distance.

Great villa in a quiet but beautiful area, walking distance to stony but beautiful beach with a few simple beach bars. A small village with a few great restaurants, make sure to visit the konoba. Villa is great, immaculate and clean with superb pool and sunshades and loungers. The only improvement would be air conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets really hot at night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay didn’t want to leave!
