Great Location, optimal base for Dalmatia exploration Great villa design, all amenities provided to live the house both inside and outside. Full optional kitchen! Rooms are spacious, hot and cold water pressure was perfect. Perfect AC in all rooms So many spaces to stay all together, outside or inside, perfect silence during the night to sleep, enjoying relaxing swimming in the lighted pool. ON the pool.. was so good! Everything was perfect. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly contact person with short response time. We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was very clean and quiet. Great location.

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. The area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing Krka and Plitvice waterfalls,... Brenda A., 06. 2019.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. The house is super clean and spacious, with a nice pool and warm whirlpool. There is plenty of space in the garden and around the house to play games, read books, lay In the sun, etc, even for 7 people. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes by foot while Zadar city is around 45 minutes away. However, Uber drives you there for small money. 

Het huis was tiptop in orde en was nog mooier dan op foto. Alles was aanwezig voor een geslaagde vakantie. Het huis ligt niet ver van het strand van Zaton. Je kan er met de fiets naartoe. Je kon ook in de nabijheid naar de supermarkt Spar of Plodine, bakker, en apotheek. Alles was netjes en goed onderhouden. Het zwembad wordt ook tweewekelijks nagekeken en proper gemaakt door de poolboy.

We had a pleasure to stay at this Home. Tomislav is a great host. He told us the good Restaurants of the City and was always available for us. We didn't contact him a lot, because the place was great and everything went fine.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Die Hosts haben und bei Fragen zu Corona-Testmöglichkeiten unterstützt, was eine große Hilfe war! Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Een fijne ruime woning met voor en achter een terras en een zwembad. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes naar Zadar, Trogir en Split en nationaal park Krka.

Tolle Lage da es ein bisschen abseits ist. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Meer. Nach Zadar fährt man cirka 30 Minuten und kann dort die tolle Stadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, inklusive tollem Fitnesskeller und top gepflegten Pool. Alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt ist vorhanden in diesem Haus.

Super schönes Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man am Meer sowie bei allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und sofort zur Stelle falls etwas benötigt wird. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool, and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautiful to use as a rental home. Absolutely everything you could possibly need is present: plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, hairdryers, .... Lucija and her mother are also the perfect hosts: not... Benoit L., 31. 2019.

Wir waren 7 Personen und verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Villa und es war wirklich toll. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Eigentümer hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend gross – Klimageräte gibt es im Schlafzimmer im obersten Geschoss und im Wohnzimmer. Very nice, modern house, very clean and well maintained. So far the villa was best equipped (kitchenware, cooking ingredients, cleaning, washing) we have ever been. Quiet location with very few tourists, but very close to Nin and Zadar. We appreciated the sandy beach and swallow water at the Ljubac beach and also the dog beach just 15min walk from the house.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

Wir sind zu fünft angereist und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Unterkunft ist exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Anfahrt vom Flughafen ca 10-15 Minuten und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist auf der anderen Straßenseite vorhanden.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in der Villa Val. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt. Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Pool top! Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Meerblick noch besser! Auch der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an die tollen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Moderne ,saubere Villa! Alles vorhanden bis auf Hygiene Artikel!

We were a group of seven people and spent ten days in this beautiful villa. The hosts were super friendly and even brought us some gifts. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and the communication was great. The inner area of the villa is split into two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the lower floor and a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms in the upper floor. The kitchen is well-equipped.
