Wir fanden ein sehr wunderschönes in ruhiger Lage gelegenes Haus vor. Empfangen wurden wir von ganz lieben und sehr gastfreundlichen Eigentümern. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der top gepflegte Pool war genau die richtige Abkühlung zu jeder Zeit. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis von wo wir ein bisschen Kroatien kernen lernen durften.

Perfekte Villa zum Entspannen! Villa genauso wie sie auf den Bildern angeboten wird. Zimmern sind nicht übertrieben groß aber braucht man im Urlaub auch nicht. Service der Eigentümer ist wirklich perfekt und wird jegliches Problem sofort behoben. Einzige Überlegung, für das Gemütliche Beisammensein am Abend wäre eine andere Sitzgarnitur einfach gemütlicher. Aber insgesamt eine Top Villa :)

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Anwesen ist toll und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert. Wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert hat, hat er sich gleich darum gekümmert. Außerdem hat er an einem Abend für uns alle gekocht. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt und empfehlenswert! :)

Liebe Lydia und Familie, vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfket ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und hat eine tolle Größe. Wir waren mit 4 Generationen in diesen Haus und jeder hat sich von klein bis groß sehr wohl gefühlt, und jeder hatte seinen Platz. House was even nicer then photos. So modern and clean. Pool was really nice and out door area was perfect to hang out in during the day. House was 20/30 mins walk from city centre and only 5 mins from beach or a shop. Host was amazing. Left us snacks and checked in make sure we had everything we needed throughout the week.

The garden and pool were a dream, the grounds were cleaned every morning. We received clean towels and bed linen regularly. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of every issue quickly and satisfactorily. We had a nice holiday.

Very nice villa we had a very good stay there are many things to do 20 minutes from the villa, the villa is located in a quiet place the host is very welcoming and available to advise you wonderful places. You won't be disappointed with your trip.

We had a wonderful stay at La Vie. We had 10 family members stay here for a week in August. We had access to the entire villa. The property is beautiful outside and in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the rooftop pool is fab, includes a bar area and space to sunbathe and congregate. The kitchen is on the ground floor and had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. Most nights we ate out except a bbq evening. The bathrooms were immaculate. We - Family with 2 Kids - have just returned from our 2 1/2 weeks stay at this beautiful Villa with a great view, perfectly located. The Villa is keeping all the promises made by the description and a perfect choice for relaxing, luxury holidays in the Novigrad area. Everything is almost new, in perfect shape and very clean. We had a pleasure to stay at this Home. Tomislav is a great host. He told us the good Restaurants of the City and was always available for us. We didn't contact him a lot, because the place was great and everything went fine.

If you are looking for a home away from home this is a great place to go. Situated in a quiet rural village, great for some quiet relaxation by the pool whilst enjoying amazing views. We were two families traveling together and it was fantastic for the children, they had a great time in the pool and also had plenty of space to play in the garden area, as well as there being a trampoline and swing set. Recently built villa with every comfort equipped with everything, very well furnished. The cleanliness, the pool and the well-kept garden. The location is perfect, close to everything including beaches and the view of czar, fantastic. Even the drink left for the arrival. Kudos to the owner and the agency, someone said that the wifi did not work very well, but also on this I have to give a positive opinion it worked great �㋃ top

This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap.... Alisha M., UK, 06. 2022.

Moji prijatelji i ja smo proveli gotovo tjedan dana u ovoj predivnoj vili i iskustvo je bilo izvanredno. Vila je iznimno lijepo uređena, s prostranim i modernim sobama koje pružaju maksimalnu udobnost. Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto, a kuhinja je bila potpuno opremljena, savršena za zajedničko kuhanje i uživanje u obrocima s više osoba. Unser erster Eindruck war wow. Wunderschön gelegenes Haus, wahnsinnige Ausssicht, einige Meter von Starigrad entfernt, inmitten der Natur aber modern und architektonisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet sowohl innen als auch außen. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen und eingewiesen. Er war auch sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen zum Haus oder der Region. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief reibungslos. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen. Check in and communication were super easy, Leti is always there for you. The whole house was super clean and it’s not far to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would always recommend this place.
