Świetne miejsce, dom czysty, przestronny w pełni wyposażony. dobry kontakt z właścicielem i bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. duży plus za saunę, basen oraz kort tenisowy ( wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria dostępne ) dodatkowy atut to cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Serdecznie polecam.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Es war alles wie beschrieben, gute Ausstattung und alles sauber. Die Kommunikation war leicht, schnell und flexibel. Die Gastgeberin war zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen und die Lage ruhig. Wir hatten nie Probleme mit Nachbarn und konnten auch mal entspannt abends/nachts die Musik laut lassen und anstoßen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist alles rasch erreichbar.

Very clean and well equipped villa. Short ways (by car) to the airport, supermarket and Zadar. Communication and availability of the owner was very good.

The house was as described, the contact with the host was also very good. they were already waiting on us by the pool when we arrived. the house was very clean, so was the pool and the rest of the garden/tennis court. The equipment of the tennis court was provided and the fireplace was a nice addition to grill something on your own. Every room had AC and a own bathroom. Would recommend.

L’hôte a été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et arrangeante quant à l’organisation de notre arrivée et de notre départ. La communication a été très fluide et l’hôte était toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Concernant la villa nous nous y sommes très bien sentis et les photos étaient identiques à ce que nous a nos attentes, villa parfaite pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande vivement cet hôte et cette villa. Merci encore ! ????

This is a nicely appointed, fairly new, villa. The owner, Nevenka, is helpful and easy to contact if you have any questions. The facilities are good, with tennis court, (unheated) swimming pool, sauna and children's swings. The tennis court has a nice AstroTurf surface producing very few bad bounces. The court has a low concrete wall around most of the perimeter, with a very limited run-off at the sides. You cannot therefore play a match on it, because some shots would take you into the wall or end up in the pool, but we had a number of hours of good quality practice on it. The villa itself is clean and spacious, with all of the appliances you are likely to need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a barbecue outside, next to an outdoor table and benches. Everything works, although we had a bit of trouble lighting the barbecue, largely due to our inability to read the instructions! There are TVs dotted around the house. Most of the channels are German, so we didn't watch too much aside from two sports channels, but at lunchtime we amused ourselves with quirky German news programmes. The location of the villa is pleasant, in the (very) small town of Debeljak, around 15 minutes' drive from Zadar. There is one small shop in Debeljak, but aside from that you will need to drive to Zadar for everything you need. There is not much which could easily be improved. Outside the villa, there is a soft-tip darts set. This was fun for a quick game, but the electronic aspect did not seem to be working properly. There is also a table tennis table outside, but this is unusable because the weather has caused much of the paint to blister and peel. It needs to be replaced with a table designed for outdoor use. Overall, a great place to base yourself for a holiday in the Zadar area.

Topvakantie gehad! Mooie locatie

Very nice Villa, with sauna, pool, table tennis, tennis (with floodlight), darts, swings and TVs in every room. The barbeque on the covered terrace is wonderful and the automatic lighting in the evening creates a great atmosphere. The tennis court is a bit too small for professionals, as the side intervals are tight, but for great ball changes with my son it was enough. The landlady was very accommodating and extremely flexible and very nice. All in all, I can only recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the relaxed time.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa. Het huis is ruim en zeer schoon. Het zwembad is fijn (wel koud, maar we waren er begin mei dus vroeg in het seizoen) en de tennisbaan is ook leuk. Rackets en ballen zijn allemaal aanwezig. Het huis ligt vlakbij het vliegveld maar er vertrekken weinig vluchten dus geen overlast van laag overvliegende toestellen. Op 20 min afstand ligt Zadar met een mooi oud centrum met restaurantjes, winkeltjes en souvenirkraampjes. Plitvice en Krka liggen op ca 1,5 uur afstand. Wij zijn nu niet geweest omdat we er maar 6 dagen waren en andere dingen wilden doen maar volgende keer gaan we het zeker bezoeken. Al met al was een een heel fijn verblijf. Het contact met de eigenaresse is super. Ze reageerde snel op email en was heel vriendelijk en flexibel. We konden op de vertrekdag wat langer in het huis blijven, heel erg gastvrij! Aanrader!!

Sehr schöne Villa, wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben vor allem den Tennisplatz sehr genossen. Kommunikation reibungslos und unkompliziert.

The villa is really great. We had great fun in the house and in the nearby towns. The communication with the host went smoothly.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa hat sich echt gelohnt. Es liegt ein wenig außerhalb, der Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir letztendlich alles erkunden und erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz hat sich auch bezahlt gemacht. Der Platz liegt super da und wir haben jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden gespielt. See you next year
