Rating: 10/10 We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa near Zadar! The house is beautifully designed, modern, and very well equipped. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The private pool was a highlight – clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the sunny days. The location was great: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to Zadar and the surrounding beaches. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We would definitely come back!

Just finished our stay in Villa Rocinante. We were group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It looks very new so we were guessing it is probably only a few years old. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need! They even got an ice maker! The owner was very friendly, welcomed us on arrival with a big cheese and meet platter and drinks! He also shown us around in the villa. Communication was nice and clear. The kids loved the pool, the play area. We also had some lovely visitors during our stay-two tortoises and 1 cat, which was an extra bonus for the kids. Everything was so well maintained and we had such a lovely stay. So highly recommended and we would love to come back again!

Our stay at Villa Rocinante was absolutely perfect! We visited with the whole family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa was exceptionally clean, the pool was crystal clear and just perfect for relaxing. Beautiful beaches are only a short drive away, making the location ideal. Karlo was an outstanding host – friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Without a doubt, this is a 5/5-star accommodation. Highly recommended!

A very nice Villa with enough room for 8 people. Everything with air condition and modern interieur. Nice People, Karlo was very polite and host. Some bedrooms have no direct access to the bathroom, you have to take that into account. Would be great if the villa would provide big pool towels, like the villa zrinchi. We bought pool towels in the mall because the regular shower towels where to small

This villa is amazing — it has all the comforts you could wish for. We had a truly enjoyable holiday there. The host was very helpful and kind. We’re really looking forward to coming back and staying longer

La résidence correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Elle est située à 15 minutes de Zadar (attention aux radars automatiques) et des grands centres commerciaux. L’adresse sur Waze est la suivante : 58 Doktora Franje Tudmana, Murvica La villa est parfaitement sécurisée avec un parking privé (avec un portail électrique) pouvant accueillir plusieurs véhicules, et suffisamment en retrait de la route pour être au calme. Elle est non seulement moderne mais également très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée : 3 salles de bain, 4 chambres avec des lits kingsize, un frigo, un congélateur, une machine à laver, une machine à café (qui moud le grain) et une machine à glaçons. La piscine chauffée est géniale ; la salle de sport est très bien équipée : banc pour développé-couché, haltères, rameur, vélo elliptique et un sauna parfait pour deux ou trois personnes. Une table de ping-pong et des raquettes neuves sont également à disposition. Enfin, notre correspondant Karlo est très accueillant et attentionné, mais également très ponctuel (présent à 7h00 pour notre départ). Bref, une villa de rêve et une prestation très haut de gamme, pour un séjour parfait. Bravo !!! 

Das Haus ist eine 10/10. Es sieht exakt wie auf den Bildern aus. Es ist sehr sauber und hat alles zu bieten???? von Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen, Föhn in jedem Badezimmer, Luftmatratzen für den Pool bis zu den Waschpods für die Waschmaschine. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Unser Gastgeber Karlo war sehr freundlich und gab uns auch einige Empfehlungen. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer käse Schinken Platte, Brot und Wein und Milch und Wasser gab es ebenfalls schon im Kühlschrank. Man hätte also am ersten Abend nichtmal einkaufen müssen :) Die Nachbarn vor dem Grundstück (Karlos Tante) sind sehr nett und ihr Hund Gina freut sich immer wenn man mit ihr Ball spielt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und dennoch ist man auch in 15 min mit dem Auto in Zadar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Mit Uber konnte man für ca 11€ ins Zentrum von Zadar und für 15€ zum Airport gelangen. Metro, der nächste große Supermarkt, ist zu Fuß ca. 2 Kilometer entfernt. Die Villa ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung, jedoch nicht zu weit von möglichen Aktivitäten entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr kommunikativ. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns direkt am Anfang mögliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zugesendet. Der Check in und Check out lief perfekt ab, da der Besitzer sehr flexibel ist. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Villa Rocinante and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Karlo had made a cheese and meat board with fresh cherries topped off with a bottle of wineThe villa itself is a masterpiece of modern design, seamlessly blending luxury with comfort. The interior is beautifully decorated, with spacious rooms, high-end amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and with a coffee machine. The outdoor space is a true highlight. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the expansive terrace is ideal for lounging and enjoying the serene surroundings. The villa’s location is perfect—secluded enough to provide peace and privacy, yet close enough to explore the stunning coastal towns and beaches of Croatia. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations for activities and dining, and were always available to assist with any requests.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Zadar Villas for my 25th birthday celebration. It was not only my first time in Croatia but also all of my friends, and I can confidently say that it won't be our last! Karlo was an exceptional host throughout our stay, providing us with lots of recommendations to make the most of our time in Zadar. His local knowledge was a game-changer, and what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday gift and card he left for me. It really added a personal touch to our stay. We also had a late flight and were allowed to leave our luggage at the villa until 2pm whilst the villa was being cleaned (checkout was 10am), which was extremely helpful. The villa itself was excellent. It was not just clean and modern, but it had everything we needed and more. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the spacious, comfortable living areas allowed us to relax and unwind after our adventures in Zadar. The villa is a 15-20 minute drive from Zadar town, but even as a group of six we easily found Ubers/Bolts which cost us around €12 each way. It was convenient and affordable, making the location a non-issue. In summary, I cannot recommend Zadar Villas enough. It was the perfect setting for my 25th birthday, and Karlo's exceptional hospitality made it truly memorable. Thank you, Karlo and Zadar Villas, for making my birthday unforgettable! :)

Verblijf was perfect. Prachtig privé villa met alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Overal aan gedacht. Foto’s komen identiek over met de realiteit. Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!! Bedankt Karlo!

The Villa is an absolutely perfect spot to relax for a few days or a few weeks! Between the pool, sauna, balconies, and hammock, there are lots of spots to relax outside the house. The inside is equally amazing - 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The washer was also helpful as many of us had been traveling for a couple weeks. Our host, Karlo, gave great local recommendations for restaurants and was super responsive when we had questions on where to find things. He also left us snacks and some drinks at check-in, which were very thoughtful and appreciated as we arrived after a long travel day! The villa is a perfect balance of remote and peaceful while also being a quick 15-20 minute drive to Zadar, which has great restaurants, cafes, and views. We did a boat tour from Zadar one day and hiked in Paklencia National Park (~40 min drive away) another day. Overall great location if you have a car! We hope to come back to the Villa soon!

A very nice, modern and well-kept property. We felt extremely comfortable here. The landlord Karlo is very concerned that his guests are okay and you have a nice holiday. As a welcome, cold drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables from Omas garden next door were available.In addition, a large plate of ham and cheese... top!!! We had a great holiday here.
