We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. There is so much entertainment and plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied, making it a great place for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday.
The pool was excellent, and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for BBQs and spending time together. The bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of privacy, which was ideal for our group. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay.

The local supermarket is very close by, and it’s only a short drive to the beach. The host was fantastic — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They also provided lots of great recommendations for things to see and do in the local area.
One of the highlights for us was the fully equipped outdoor sports court, which was fantastic and provided hours of fun for the whole family.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. 

We were 5 adults with an 18month old baby. We loved the villa and pool and appreciated the homemade cherry liqueur, olive oil and fresh cherries as a welcome gift. Everything was as described. Marija was very attentive and helpful when we needed her, quickly providing high hair and cot, helping source a product we were looking for and kindly went to the trouble of posting left behind sunglasses to us after our trip.
Zadar city was 18 mins drive away, with plenty of interest. We especially enjoyed visiting the Plitvice Lakes and Krka National Parks!
Would definitely recommend this villa!

The villa was fabulous, very clean and well equipped. We all loved the pool and the games room where we went for a round of table tennis or table football! We loved eating on the balcony area, where we could watch the beautiful sunsets and the seating by the pool. The children spotted the tortoise in the garden. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they were also very responsive over message with recommendations of the area etc. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Die Villa ist riesig und das Ambiente unbeschreiblich. Qualitativ und hochwertig so wie ich es noch nie zuvor gesehen habe im Ausland. Highlights: Salzwasserpool, hochwertiges Mobiliar und sehr viel Platz

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos! Es war alles tipptopp sauber und an Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Und der Pool war auch im Oktober noch das Highlight für unsere Kinder! Klare Empfehlung
