Kurzum: Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber Jure super freundlich empfangen.
Wir standen in einer stundenlang im Stau, sind viel später angekommen als geplant… war alles kein Problem.

Jure hat uns mit einer tollen Snack Platte empfangen. Er stand immer für Fragen oder wenn was war bereit.

Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. There is so much entertainment and plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied, making it a great place for a relaxing and fun-filled holiday.
The pool was excellent, and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for BBQs and spending time together. The bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of privacy, which was ideal for our group. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay.

The local supermarket is very close by, and it’s only a short drive to the beach. The host was fantastic — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They also provided lots of great recommendations for things to see and do in the local area.
One of the highlights for us was the fully equipped outdoor sports court, which was fantastic and provided hours of fun for the whole family.
We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. 

We were 5 adults with an 18month old baby. We loved the villa and pool and appreciated the homemade cherry liqueur, olive oil and fresh cherries as a welcome gift. Everything was as described. Marija was very attentive and helpful when we needed her, quickly providing high hair and cot, helping source a product we were looking for and kindly went to the trouble of posting left behind sunglasses to us after our trip.
Zadar city was 18 mins drive away, with plenty of interest. We especially enjoyed visiting the Plitvice Lakes and Krka National Parks!
Would definitely recommend this villa!

The villa was fabulous, very clean and well equipped. We all loved the pool and the games room where we went for a round of table tennis or table football! We loved eating on the balcony area, where we could watch the beautiful sunsets and the seating by the pool. The children spotted the tortoise in the garden. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they were also very responsive over message with recommendations of the area etc. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Die Villa ist riesig und das Ambiente unbeschreiblich. Qualitativ und hochwertig so wie ich es noch nie zuvor gesehen habe im Ausland. Highlights: Salzwasserpool, hochwertiges Mobiliar und sehr viel Platz

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos! Es war alles tipptopp sauber und an Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Und der Pool war auch im Oktober noch das Highlight für unsere Kinder! Klare Empfehlung

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Sie hat uns Getränke kaltgestellt und Obst, Käse, Schinken und Semmeln besorgt. Das hat uns sehr überrascht und gefreut. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, hat sie uns schnell geholfen. Ein wundervoller Urlaub. Alles top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Had an amazing 10 days at this fantastic villla. Would not hesitate to book it again! It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Very luxurious and super clean. The pool area is very chilled and a great place to eat in the evenings. The owner Marijana is very helpful and super quick at responding if you have any questions on anything, not just about the villa. The surrounding area is very quiet and super relaxing. About 20 minutes transfer from Zadar airport. You may want to hire a car as it is remote but we managed fine using a local taxi (Kings Travel) driver called Dave who took us to many places off the beaten track and was very reliable and punctual. Just sorry we had to come home!

HI, we visited the villa on August 22. A group of 12 people. It was a wonderful accommodation including equipment. The owner was very helpful and willing. I can warmly recommend for accommodation a party of good friends who will enjoy this beautiful house. I have nothing to complain about - I definitely recommend it. Karel

Everything in the house was awesome. It was very new, everything was clean, nice bedrooms and bathromms, the bbq place was great and last but not least the pool was a dream. Thank you very much!

This house is beautiful and spacious and so luxurious. Our host was amazing from before day one. She made us a little bite to eat knowing we’d arrive late. She even then took us food shopping the next day and waited for us. The accommodation is a little distance from town but honestly between buses, Uber and bolt you wouldn’t notice. Find yourself one taxi driver and use them it’s so much easier. It’s really well located so you have peace and quiet but also are not too far by car from anything. The house is so kitted out and the outdoor bit was our favourite with so much space to eat outside, light a fire and pool with temperature control meaning we got in at night. Overall I have no one complaint, no area of improvement it was perfect for our group of 8 and we cannot wait to come back!
