Every detail was amazing and the host was super friendly

The house was amazing, especially the Pool and the view! Every bedroom had a private bathroom and air condition. There are several places for having great evenings like 2 terrace, two living rooms and a party room in the ground floor. The house was super clean and the owner helped us in every situation really soon. We will definitely come back!

Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, so dass man in Restaurants in den umliegenden... Magnifique villa avec une déco extérieure de goût située à quelques km de la mer

Eine sehr ruhige und doch relativ zentrale Lage. Pizzaservice 2 Gehminuten entfernet. Ca. 500 m entfernt ist ein Backwarenverkaufswagen mit sehr guten Backwaren zu super Preisen. 5 min. Fahrzeit entfernt ein großer Supermarkt. Ins Zentrum von Zadar mit dem Auto ca. 10 min.

Vielen Dank Anna…. Du warst ein super Host. Die Unterkunft und besonders der Pool waren super. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders toll war auch deine Flexibilität. Wir kommen gern wieder . Toll war auch das Überraschungsfrühstück am ersten Tag

Das Wichtigste vorab: Es war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, das wir bisher hatten. Alles wie beschrieben und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich um jeden Wunsch umgehend gekümmert. Man hat gemerkt, dass es den Gastgebern wichtig war, dass wir uns vom ersten Tag an wohlfühlen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir stets genug Holz für den Kamin, Grill und Pizza-Ofen hatten. The house was perfectly equipped, even more than expected. And Ivan was always helpful and more like a friend than a householder. I could always recommend him. The best host I've had until now.

We - a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent 10 days in this wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the large beautiful pool with a great view of the fields. But the house / houses are also very nice, big and clean and with A / C in for rooms and kitchen. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We communicated by means of Google Translate.. We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Zwembad en jacuzzi werden 2 keer per week schoongemaakt. Gastheer goed bereikbaar per app. Ik raad t iedereen aan en zou graag nog een keer terug komen. Er komt iedere ochtend een bakker langs om half 8 in de ochtend. Jammer dat we daar pas de laatste dag achter kwamen. Verder was alles perfect.

This house is beautiful and spacious and so luxurious. Our host was amazing from before day one. She made us a little bite to eat knowing we’d arrive late. She even then took us food shopping the next day and waited for us. The accommodation is a little distance from town but honestly between buses, Uber and bolt you wouldn’t notice. Es war wirklich toll!

This villa is everything and more! It has it all. Gorgeous views, they are amazing. There are enough things to do -tennis, football, swim, sauna, jacuzzi, bikes, relax....we were a family of 5 - 2 adults and children 18,16,11. They loved it. I played tennis every morning and they played football every evening. It is a very safe place. Beautiful is an understatement! Villa itself so clean and luxurious. The owners are lovely and helpful! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Danke nochmals. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Geschirrspüler mit tabs, Bügeleisen einfach an allem gedacht. Klasse Unterkunft. Und ein riesengroßer Pool der alle paar Tage überprüft wird.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alora. It was perfect! The arrival was breathtaking and the host had prepared a welcome snack, it was done with so much care. Our whole stay enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, even relaxing at night with a board game was the cherish on the so called cake. Also during our stay the contact with the host and Zadar Villa’s was very to get some advise on local activities like kayaking or snorkeling tour. We certainly advise you to book Villa Alora.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a metà agosto 2024. La casa è esattamente come si presenta in foto, ambienti moderni e puliti, dotata di piscina barbecue e piccola sauna. Se si soggiorna a Villa Sabbia è necessario avere la macchina perché si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti di auto si trovano supermercati, spiagge carine e la città di Nin.
