Great villa, everything was just great. Nice host.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a clean and heated pool, and everything you could possibly need. The house was very well prepared for our arrival; everything was tidy and clean. The large outdoor grill and fire pit are also great for evening barbecues. The location is also ideal, just 20 meters from a sandy beach and bay with a sandy bottom and little depth, which is perfect for small children. There is also a long promenade along the beach. The beautiful historic town of Nin is only a seven-minute drive away. We definitely recommend going there for ice cream and good meals. We would be happy to return.

Perfect. The villa could not be better. Amenities are super, the location is near a couple of beaches that work well with kids, and then Zadar is only a 30-minute drive from the Villa.

Everything was perfekt. The house was clean, the outdoor area with Pool was rallye great an the sea was just next to our house. The owner was very nice and also Ana of the Zadar Villas Team answered all our requests for boat tours and other things via WhatsApp within a day.

An excellently designed, modern, clean villa which is well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. The outside is particularly impressive with plenty of space to catch the sun during the day and a perfectly sized pool to cool off in. We made good use of the outdoor kitchen which is perfect for relaxed nights staying in. The beach is about 30 seconds walk away and was very family friendly with beautiful, clear water. I would recommend hiring a car as there is a shop and small restaurant within 10 minutes walk but everything else is a bit of a walk away. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this villa and would be very happy to stay here again.
