Villa Karlo

This beautiful modern villa with swimming pool is located in Privlaka in Zadar County. Privlaka is an oasis of sandy coves, an ideal destination for a family holiday, a place with a long fishing tradition and living stories and legends. One of the most beautiful sights of nature in Privlaka are its beaches and coves. You won't spend too much time looking for a perfect spot for swimming and bathing - wherever you look there lies a beautiful and alluring sandy cove.

Villa Karlo is located only 30 meters from the out-streched sandy beach and offers a magnificent view of the turquoise blue sea. In addition to being close to the beach, it also has a private pool and is surrounded by a wall, so you can enjoy complete privacy. Villa Karlo can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with king size beds.

 

On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a fireplace for fresh spring evenings and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Both the dining room and the living room overlook the terrace with a pool surrounded by deckchairs, where there is also a covered grill and a dining area. The balcony offers You another area for relaxation, where you can enjoy in your morning coffee or evening cocktails, where the stunning view of the beach and the sea that meets the sky awaits you.

  • We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a clean and heated pool, and everything you could possibly need. The house was very well prepared for our arrival; everything was tidy and clean. The large outdoor grill and fire pit are also great for evening barbecues. The location is also ideal, just 20 meters from a sandy beach and bay with a sandy bottom and little depth, which is perfect for small children. There is also a long promenade along the beach. The beautiful historic town of Nin is only a seven-minute drive away. We definitely recommend going there for ice cream and good meals. We would be happy to return.

    A spotless clean villa in a perfect location. Fully equipped kitchen and barbeque area, with a perfect view to the sea. Restaurants nearby and seaside few steps from the villa

  • Perfect. The villa could not be better. Amenities are super, the location is near a couple of beaches that work well with kids, and then Zadar is only a 30-minute drive from the Villa.

  • Everything was perfekt. The house was clean, the outdoor area with Pool was rallye great an the sea was just next to our house. The owner was very nice and also Ana of the Zadar Villas Team answered all our requests for boat tours and other things via WhatsApp within a day.

  • An excellently designed, modern, clean villa which is well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. The outside is particularly impressive with plenty of space to catch the sun during the day and a perfectly sized pool to cool off in. We made good use of the outdoor kitchen which is perfect for relaxed nights staying in. The beach is about 30 seconds walk away and was very family friendly with beautiful, clear water. I would recommend hiring a car as there is a shop and small restaurant within 10 minutes walk but everything else is a bit of a walk away. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this villa and would be very happy to stay here again.

• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
