Beautiful location, space around and in the house

Nice and spacious, lovely outside, kitchen facilities.

We hebben een geweldige tijd in Zadar gehad. Tomislav is een hele aardige host, die graag meedenkt en goed bereikbaar is. Het huis is precies zoals omschreven en de bedden zijn heerlijk! Ook hebben we ontzettend genoten van het zwembad. Daarnaast is het heel fijn dat er een supermarkt op loopafstand is.

Alles top, wir würden wieder kommen :-)

It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

Fantastic villa with everything you need. Our host made sure we had everything we needed, and responded quickly with any queries we had. We were able to check in early and were shown around the villa personally. He even arranged our transfers from the airports, which was only 20 minutes away for reference. The villa was spotless including the pool which also gets sunlight most of the day. The villa is a short taxi journey from Zadar centre. We would definitely stay again and really appreciate the service we were provided. Thank you!

Good facilities, private villa and very helpful host who helped out over our stay.

The landlord kindly picked us up from the airport for a fee. The house is a bit outside of Zadar city center, but we were able to get around easily and cheaply using Uber. The pool is brand new and really beautiful. The house is well equipped and we felt very comfortable.

Perfekt für einen Trip mit einer größeren Gruppe! Der Pool war sehr sauber, der Außenbereich sehr schön und die Küche wunderbar ausgestattet.

Ich kann die Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Freunden in Zadar nur empfehlen. Wir waren zu acht dort und die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Sie sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bilder und der Pool ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir hatten vor Ort kein Auto sind aber mit Uber problemlos jederzeit in die Stadt gekommen und auch wieder zurück. Die Preise für die Uberfahrten waren absolut erschwinglich und haben zwischen 5-15€ für eine Fahrt geschwankt.

The property was really well maintained. Especially the outside area with the pool was really nice. The rooms on the upper floor are renovated nicely including the master bathroom and small bathroom with shower. The location of the house is nice and provides the perfect amount of privacy.

Wir wurden auch zu später Stunde herzlich empfangen und uns wurde das komplette Haus gezeigt. Es war eine tolle Unterkunft und uns hat besonders der Pool und der Außenbereich gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. In einigen Zimmern gab es sogar Mückennetze was wirklich super war.

Die Unterkunft ist super, um dort den Urlaub als Gruppe zu verbringen. Alles war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief super.

Everything was fine! The garden with pool is very nice. We had great barbecue there. Every room has an AC. Overall it was a perfect stay with friends. We will come back

I stayed for a week with 6 of my friends and we loved the villa! Our favourite part was the pool and outside area, but the villa itself was also very clean and well equipped. Also a 2 minute walk from a supermarket which was useful. For transport, we used Uber to get to and from Zadar which was easy and fairly cheap. Would also highly recommend going to Degarra Winery for a tasting as it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride (no pavement at parts though so not walkable) and great value for money. Thanks for having us!

This villa was truly amazing for our holiday since we were 8 girls. The photos matched the descriptions perfectly and it was very easy to navigate! There is a bus station not even 200 meters away from the home that takes us directly to the center. Overall, it was a great stay, 10/10 would recommend!

A great family home to stay , private and quiet . Great outside place with seating and pool . We all had a great time and we would all come back again some day . Three shops nearby all walkable . This is a great villa but more so a home that we felt hugely comfortable in , tomislav is a gentleman and great host .

Really nice place, only a 10 min drive from Zadar city, which is €5 in an Uber. All amenities were in check and the pool is class. Would recommend!

Lovely stay at the villa, fantastic clean pool and comfy sun loungers. The villa had all the equipment and amenities we needed.

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten schon vor der Check-in Zeit in die Unterkunft.

We travelled as a group of eight people to Zadar and decided to book Villa Mestrovic as accommodation. First positive aspect was that we were able to check in earlier. Secondly the villa was very clean and it was everything described as written on Airbnb! Highlight of the accommodation is the Pool, we really enjoyed relaxing there. On the terrace it is possible to have a meal or to barbecue. Especially the service from the landlord was great, if there were small questions it was possible to call him and he even offered us a special trip, which was very recommendable!!! All in all everybody of us would travel again to the Villa and we would like to thank the landlord for the accommodation & his service!! Best regards!

We had a great week in Zadar! perfect for a vacation with friends: relaxed afternoons by the pool, many beautiful beaches near the villa and there are there are many great restaurants and bars in the city.

Very nice house, pool is definitely the best festure

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage ist gut vieles ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Everything was fine, we were 6 people and enjoyed every single day. A Marked for food and other things is only 3 minutes by walk away. A taxi to Zadar old town costs about 80 HRK. The owners were very Friendly and courteous. We would come back again

We were two families with small kids and the biggest assets of the place were the pool and the fact that the house was very well equipped with spices, coffee, tea - the usual suspects you need when your'e cooking but forget to pack. The hosts were really friendly, unintrusive but helpful whenever we needed anything. We had some issues with mosquitos in two rooms, but the hosts provided us with Raid as soon as we reported it, which helped.
