Very spacious house. Very comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated. Air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. Flat screen TV. Large, clean swimming pool, robot available. Lots of accessories for fun: floats and buoys, ball, games for children. Poolside lighting in the evening. Swing to relax! Very comfortable beds. Thanks to the neighbors who are the owner's parents. We received tomatoes and figs from the garden, a treat! Reactive properties. We were short of napkins and tea towels. The owner brought them to us right away.

Our stay at Villa Summerhouse was absolutely perfect, the house is modern and everything you need is there, the house was spotless, and every window and door had flyscreens, the pool and Terrasse was perfect for us, our neighbour (lana the owners family) were super, welcoming and friendly they really looked after us, we felt as if we were part of the family ????????????‍????‍???? The house is located just outside of Benkovac a two minute drive where all the facilities you need are situated taverna, supermarkets pizzeria ect, The house is ideally situated for day trips to Zadar or Krka waterfalls, Sibenik or even Split, We had a fantastic holiday made perfect by the warmth and friendship of Lana and her family, looking forward to our next visit next year. Een leuk huis. Een mooie ruwe omgeving, om te wandelen. Enkele mooie dorpjes en stadjes in de omgeving en bovendien fijne buren.

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Een fijne ruime woning met voor en achter een terras en een zwembad. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes naar Zadar, Trogir en Split en nationaal park Krka.

Die Gastgeberin Lana ist sehr herzlich und immer erreichbar. Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr nett und haben uns Tomaten und Gurken geschenkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben den Pool täglich genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr gut klimatisiert und mit Insektengittern geschützt.

Das Ferienhaus war schön groß, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Gartenmöbel waren in großer Vielzahl vorhanden und der Pool traumhaft. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Die Buchung über Zarda Villas hat problemlos geklappt und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Es liegt ländlich mit sehr netten älteren Nachbarn, die uns mit Gebäck und Obst versorgt haben. Die Komunikation und Betreuung mit und von Lana war freundlich und nett. Auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie sofort da. Wir kommen wieder.

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser

Wir waren zu fünft in den Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Pool war sehr sehr toll. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung im online Portal. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung…Zadar, Biograd oder die vielen Nationalparks. Die Nachbarin hat uns mit frischen Weintrauben und selber gebackenem Kuchen/Gebäck versorgt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat uns Lana sofort weitergeholfen und war zur Stelle falls erforderlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

Neighbours are friendly and don’t say anything if you are louder. The eben gave us gifts like vegetabels and fruits or some wine. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Be sure to bring garbage bags.

Fidèle aux photos et au descriptif, la maison est juste superbe : moderne, confortable et hyper équipée. Sans oublier la piscine. Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Lana nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et est hyper réactive. Les voisins sont également charmants, nous apportant fruits et légumes de leur jardin. Les plages se trouvent à 20 minutes en voiture. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, une fois rentrés de la plage, on était au calme et on pouvait profiter pleinement de la piscine. C’était notre première fois en Croatie et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nothing to complain about. A very nicely decorated house. Spacious and clean swimming pool. Everything is there for a successful holiday (towels, sheets, washing machine, the kitchen is practically furnished and decent kitchen equipment is provided). The neighbors regularly supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden and we were even treated to pastries. The house is centrally located to many tourist attractions. Recommended!
