Mesto je miran. Objekat je visoki kvalitet. Pool čist. Ugostitelji u blizinu,pomagaju ako treba.

This is a house to slow down and become holiday feeling. Martina is the perfect host, always available, friendly and helpful. The offered meal, the wine, oil and all other things are great, tasting fine and delicious. We had the luck to be part of the grill season in the „grill house“, which was extraordinary.

We have booked the last 2 weeks of April 2022, so the pool, which is very clean and invisible for the neighbourhood, was a bit fresh, but very nice to have.

Same as the open fire place in the kitchen / living room. Everything you need is available and in very good condition.

We felt nearly as part of the family as we have been supported from everyone if anything is OK (it was always fine).

This house must be a dream in summertime, because the walls are massive and the whole ground is covered also with very friendly nice walls and with a bit of flowing air, which is cooling down.

The day started with a breakfast outside under a natural pavilion between two impressive olive trees, a ping-pong table was also available as wood for the fireplace. And in the evening the fire was burning, a glass of wine in our hands – what would you expect more?

We should have had more time to relax and we thank Martina and all family members for their warm and friendly attentions. But without the feeling of control at any time.

Super Haus, sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Der Pool war auch sehr gepflegt und geschützt von den Mauern ist es auch bei Wind fein warm. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber (inklusive den Nachbarn). Wer Bauernhof Tiere mag und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zusätzlich kam auch jeden Morgen der fahrende Händler mit Brot usw. Von den Gastgebern gab es Olivenöl, Gemüse und andere Spezialitäten in sehr guter Qualität.

Deze villa ligt in het kleine dorp Vrana, vlakbij Pakostane. Als je even weg wilt zijn van alles en iedereen, dan is dit de ideale plek om bij te komen. Het huis bevindt zich op het het platteland tussen de boeren, kippen, schapen en schildpadden. Er zijn fietsen, een zwembad, pingpongtafel en de vriendelijke eigenaresse woont ernaast. Zij heeft één avond voor ons (Kroatisch) gekookt en in de ochtend kregen wij verse eieren van de kip. Alle bewoners van het dorp zijn super vriendelijk. Op 10 minuten rijden met de auto ben je in Pakostane of Lake Vrana. Een absolute aanrader!

Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Es war ausgezeichnet ! Sie war sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Pakostane ist ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Einzig, wir hatten keinen Handyempfang und das vorhandene WLAN hatte ab und zu Aussetzer - war jedoch kein Problem, wir haben die Villa ja nicht aufgrund des Internets ausgesucht. Ein Aufenthalt in der Villa ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes, uriges und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Nette Vermieterin, welche uns mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt hatte und uns sehr köstlich bekochte. Herzlichen Dank an Martina und Familie. Ganz großes Lob und Daumen nach oben.

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). The house is located in a beautiful rural environment with loads of farm animals around – right next to a beautiful nature reserve. Beautiful beaches are easily reachable by car. The people in the village are very friendly. The hospitality of Martina and her family is heart-warming – they invited us to an incredible dinner with a lamb grilled on an open fire and a traditional peka. We had complete privacy on the property - but Martina was always available when we needed something. Being back in Berlin we miss the house and especially the pool so much … :)

We stayed at Martina's house with our two sons aged 4 and 1, the location is rural and very quiet which was perfect for us. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Martina had everything we could need for our two sons including cots and high chair. The pool is lovely and also very private. The property is a short 10 min drive away from two towns which were really nice and on the water front. Lots of restaurants and lots to do for the children. Martina was a great host and cooked us a few meals including a traditional Croatian meal which was a really nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.

schon bei der Anreise war alles perfekt vorbereitet, wir erhielten von unseren Gastgebern frisches Obst, Wein, Brandy und andere kalte Getränke zur Begrüßung, Das Ferienhaus hält was die Bilder versprechen, alles Blitzsauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, wirklich toll, geschmackvoll und umfangreich eingerichtet. Jeden Tag fragte die Vermieterin dezent nach ob irgendetwas benötigt wird. Höhepunkt war das lokale Essen von Martina frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker, erlebt man sonst nicht, nochmal vielen Dank. Die Region ist wirklich wunderschön, viele tolle Strände und Ortschaften. Ein Ausflug nach Zadar und zu den Krka Wasserfällen loht sich. Auto ist hier im Hinterland zwingend notwendig. Danke an Martina und Ihre Familie für die schöne Urlaubszeit.
