Villa Roko Nin is a newly built charming villa located in the historic town of Nin, famous for its rich heritage, relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and beautiful sandy beaches. The most famous is Queen’s Beach (Kraljičina plaža), the longest and one of the best-known sandy beaches in Nin. The villa is ideally situated within walking distance of numerous beaches, restaurants, cafés and shops.

The outdoor area is designed for carefree summer days. In front of the villa, you will find a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers in the sunshine and comfortable lounge loungers in the shade. The fully fenced garden provides complete privacy, while the outdoor dining area next to the pool is perfect for gathering with family or friends. A barbecue is also available for preparing delicious meals and enjoying relaxed evenings outdoors.

Inside, Villa Roko Nin features a modern open-plan design. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. The first floor features four additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All five bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and air conditioning, while the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
