This beautiful villa is a detached holiday home located in the town of Privlaka in Zadar county. It is is located 16 km from Zadar, and guests have free Wi-Fi and private parking. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 persons.
This modern villa has clean-lined simple design . A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is available. Every bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. It is ideal as a family holiday home with unbelievably large and full of light and airy rooms, opening on to spacious terrace with swimming pool. By the swimming pool there are sun loungers for guests to enjoy a lazy day in the sun or an evening cocktail. In the outdoor dining area, there is a table for 8 person so you can have your meal on the fresh air.
Villa has great location. It is just 150 m from the beach Mletak. This small sandy beach in Privlaka is ideal for guests with small children due to sand, gentle entrances to the sea and shallow ground. In the heart of the season is not a big crowd and you can find a quiet sunbathing area throughout the day.

Sehr netter Host und alles sehr sauber. Super Ausstattung. Pool wurde auch während dem Aufenthalt geputzt. Super Lage in Strandnähe

Tom F., June 24th, 2022Der Pool war sehr Sauber, die Eigentümer haben auf Wunsch es immer Sauber gemacht. Die Villa war auch Perfekt man hat alles was man braucht wie Klima, E-Geräte usw. Die Lage ist auch super Strand ca. 500 m weiter weg mit Sand. Wer hier nicht Bucht, verpasst was!
Mustafa C., June 13th, 2022This villa has all you need. Kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, grill place, nice swimming pool. Each room has its own toliet and shower booth. Bed mattress was ok to sleep well. There is a small shop in few steps. Big market is 10 minutes to drive. Sand beach in 5 minutes walk and it was nice for playing with kids. Warm as it is and not deep at all. Owner's family is very kind and lives next door so you can get help easily. Really recommend this villa!
