Tomislav was a great host. He was super helpful and had some amazing tips. A really great guy. The location and service was great. Everything matched the description and the villa was so stunning. Absolutely recommend it. We are even considering going there a second time!

De villa was top en een echte aanrader. We verbleven er 11 dagen en kregen zelfs het aanbod om langer te blijven. Ongekend, wat een gastvrijheid. We hadden ons geen betere plek en host kunnen wensen. We zijn zelfs verrast door Tomislav met 2 eigen gemaakte flessen wijn. Deze plek heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen Het was niet zomaar een verblijf maar een ervaring die ons bijblijft. We hebben hier herinneringen gemaakt die we niet snel zullen vergeten. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, rust en gastvrijheid !!!!!! Tomislav nogmaals bedankt ????

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione dell’annuncio, abbiamo trova la casa molto pulita e in ordine. L’abitazione si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino a supermercati e al centro città. Tomislav è stato molto disponibile e cortese, ci ha accolto di persona presentandoci gli spazi della casa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima!

Fantastisk afslappende ophold. Ugenert beliggenhed, gode aktivitetsmuligheder, dejligt pool område, åben pejs/grill i skønt udendørs spiseområde med skygge. Gode anbefalinger fra udlejer til aktiviteter. Der er mange turister i byen, så det er fristende bare at blive i det dejlige og rolige hus og slappe af i poolen. Gode løbeture på grusvejene omkring boligen.

Wir haben als 2 dreiköpfige Familien mit Hund eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht – und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war nicht nur perfekt ausgestattet, sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an mehr als wohl gefühlt haben. Die Umgebung war ruhig, aber man war nach wenigen Fahrminuten in Zadar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herausragende Service: Ob Fragen, Wünsche oder kleine Anliegen – alles wurde schnell und herzlich gelöst. Wir wurden mit echter Gastfreundschaft empfangen und betreut, was den Urlaub noch schöner machte. Kurz gesagt: Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und Wohlfühlen. Absolute Empfehlung! We spent a wonderful time as a family of 2 with a dog - and we can say with full conviction that absolutely nothing was missing. The house was not only perfectly equipped, but also lovingly furnished, so that we felt more than comfortable from the very first moment. The neighbourhood was quiet, but Zadar was only a few minutes' drive away. The outstanding service deserves special mention: whether questions, requests or small concerns - everything was dealt with quickly and warmly. We were welcomed and looked after with genuine hospitality, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. In short: a perfect place to relax, enjoy and feel good. An absolute recommendation!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas besonderes,habe ich vorher noch nicht gesehen,geschweige gehabt. Der beheizte Pool war für uns der Höhepunkt und Tomislav kam regelmäßig zum reinigen. Von dort aus konnten wir unsere Ausflüge machen,aber erlicher Weise ich wäre gerne viel länger in diesem außergewöhnlichen Objekt geblieben. Danke , Danke Tomislav das wir deine Gäste sein durften

We had an amazing stay at Tomislav's villa! The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Tomislav was always available and responsive whenever we had questions, making us feel very welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more ideal place to stay. Highly recommended!

Villa Noa exceeded all of our expectations, from the beautiful location perfect for driving into Zadar, to watching the spectacular sunsets from the Villa balcony, and relaxing and swimming in the large, well-kept swimming pool. Tomislav was a perfect host who made it his mission to ensure we had a good holiday. All of the recommendations he gave for nearby towns, beaches and restaurants were lovely, with the suggested boat trip around the islands being the highlight of our trip.

Very clean. Great pool and outdoor space., getting taxis was easy and cheap. Tomislav's communication was clear and prompt.

We have just returned from a week at Villa Noa and all we can say is wow! The villa is amazing and has all that you need for a great stay. Tomislav was fantastic and was so helpful providing recommendations for places to visit and meeting us at check in. The location is perfect for access to Zadar and the surrounding areas. Not one bad word to say. We will definitely be back!

Der Pool ist absolut mega; alles da,was man braucht...toller Vermieter

Tomislav was a great host, answering fast to our questions, giving advices for the area. The villa is just excellent, amazing (now even heated!) pool, nice outdoor area with bbq. If you go with kids, nice play area with sand and lots of toys. Great sunset views. You are totally on your own, but also in (a bit farer) walking distance to town (about 35-40 min to Zadar harbour area). Inside of the apartment is also top! Very good equiped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Zadar. Tomislav war super hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Mit dem uber ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Um die Villa herum ist nicht, man hat seine komplette Ruhe.

Die Villa Noa von Tomislav ist wirklich wunderschön! Das Haus hat alles was man brauch, ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus wurde sogar nochmals renoviert vor unserer Ankunft und sah sogar noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern! Der Pool war immer beheizt auf 28 Grad, perfekt für Kinder. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt wodurch unser Hund immer frei herum laufen konnte! Weit und breit keine Nachbarn wodurch auch Lautstärke kein Thema war. Einfach ein schöner Urlaub etwas abgelegen jedoch Stadtnah wenn man doch mal was unternehmen möchte! Kommen gerne wieder✌️

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Noa war einfach perfekt. Da die Unterkunft ein wenig abgelegen war konnte man auch ohne Probleme etwas lauter sein und die Stadt ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Kontakt zu Tomislav war einfach und verlässlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft einchecken.

Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Unterkunft war gepflegt und hatte eine top lage zur stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

If I could add another star or more I would. This was by far the best Air B & B any of our group had stayed in. The villa was simply stunning and very clean, a very cheap Uber ride to all the main attractions too. What really made this stay was the host, Tomislav was always there to help with any recommendations and he made us feel so welcome. We were even treated to his family’s home made red & white wine and fresh tomatoes. Nothing was too much trouble and it really made our holiday. We will be returning as will many of our friends. Tomislav thank you for everything and making our holiday so special. Such an amazing home you have. Thank you and we will see you soon.

Tomislav the host was great. Good communications, so friendly and helpful. And a lovely welcome, with food and drink. The villa is amazing. Superb big pool (regiularly cleaned). Wonderful outdoor areas to rest in shade. Lovely peaceful scenery yet a short taxi to the old Town. Also nice local coffee, baker and bar. Very clean inside and out. Zadar is a lovely area, with so many things to do. But this is the place to stay! Thank you Tomislav and family.

Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen geschichtsträchtigen Haus verbringen. Man merkt das es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde in viele großen und kleinen Details. Der Kontakt vor Anreise war sehr angenehm, und bei der Ankunft (trotz Verspätung unsererseits wegen Stau) wurden wir herzlich Empfangen. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir über die bereitgestellten Aufmerksamkeiten wie frische Blumen, Getränke, landestypische Kleinigkeiten, und frisches Obst zum Verzehr standen bereit. Das untere Bad wurde frisch renoviert. Tomislav war jeder Zeit zu erreichen, sehr zuvorkommend, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr ob es Tipps für Restaurants, Strände usw war. Er kam immer nach Rücksprache zur Poolreinigung. Der Pool wurde mit Wärmepumpe erwärmt. Der komplette Aussenbereich für Kinder liebevoll eingerichtet (von Schaukel, Sandkasten, Fahrzeuge usw alles was das Kinderherz begehrt war vorhanden). Die Sitzecke/Gartenlounge ist so bequem das wir versuchen so eine für uns zu kaufen :-) Wir danke dir Tomislav und deiner Familie für die schöne Zeit und kommen defintiv wieder.

Wow! What an amazing stay! The Villa is beautiful and super quiet. The location is very central. The hosts were incredible. They were friendly, responsive and just so nice. My niece was turning 2. They made sure they had a crib for her and wished her a happy birthday. We were able to celebrate her and cook in the outside kitchen. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and sparkling pool. 100/10 stay! I definitely recommend. This was the highlight of our stay in beautiful Croatia!

Das Haus bietet einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang und schöne gemütliche Abende. Man ist ungestört und man kommt super schnell in die City.

Wir waren von diesem schönen Haus begeistert und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern dort und es hat alles, was das Kinderherz begehrt. Der Garten mit Spielplatz ist super und das Areal ist weitläufig und eingezäunt, sodass man die Kinder frei spielen lassen kann. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit Terrasse und Pool, sehr gemütlich, sauber und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Innen gibt es auch alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man ist für sich und trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Tomislav ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und wenn etwas ist, in 15min da. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa NOA verbracht. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Besitzer hat sich perfekt um uns gekümmert und die zahlreichen Tips waren auch super. Die Kinder wollten garnicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Danke nochmal für alles…

Das Haus ist in einer idealen Lage um Ruhe zu haben, aber man ist auch schnell in Zadar (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und Tomislav ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder in Zadar Urlaub machen, immer wieder in diesem schönen Haus.

Das wunderschöne Haus liegt in unvergleichlicher Lage, ist perfekt ausgestattet und ist ein ruhiges Refugium nahe dem quirligen und wundervollem Zadar. Insanely nice and helpful host! He called the day before arrival and all questions about check-in were answered immediately. We were able to get in touch at any time during our stay and even got great beach and restaurant recommendations. He stopped by the apartment twice to clean the pool, he announced this in advance so as not to disturb us during our holiday. Once our car didn't start, he came by to give us a jump start, really great! The apartment is very nice, clean and in a great location, there are NO neighbors and yet it is not a long drive to the center or most of the beaches. We were very satisfied and can definitely only recommend it. Ideal for families (there is also a small playground), but also for group holidays.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est chaleureuse et très agréable, située en plein milieu de la nature et pourtant à seulement 10 minutes du centre en voiture. Les couchers de soleil au bord de la piscine étaient juste magnifiques, et que dire de Tomislav, un hôte ultra généreux et serviable, avec qui on a envie d’être ami. Tomi connaît plein de bonnes adresses à Zadar et aux alentours (plages, restaurants…), nous avons pu en tester quelques unes et n’avons vraiment pas été déçus, en bref une super expérience !

We had a great stay at the Villa Noa. The House is extremely beautiful and very clean. Also Tomislav was always available, very caring and supplied us with everything we needed. This was easily the best airbnb experience we've had yet. We will definitely be back!

Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Inventar der Küche beinhaltet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und richtig groß, so dass man ausgiebig schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter kommt regelmäßig (nach Absprache) vorbei und reinigt den Pool. Tomislav ist immer erreichbar und steht einem bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Unser Hund hat den Garten geliebt. Er ist groß und umzäunt. Die Villa können wir zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Lovely house with amazing sunsets! The host was so helpful and generous, bough us gifts when we arrived and toys to our baby. This was a very great place for kids with a playground. We spent all of our time in the amazing pool area and barbecuing. Would really recommend this house and if I go back to Zadar this will be the place!

Great villa, very private but also very close to the center of Zadar. The house is of good quality and it has all one needs to enjoy a restful vacation. Tomislav is a great host! Very responsive, reliable and generous!

The villa deserves its 5 stars because Tomislav has been very welcoming with us and is willing to help whenever we need something and if you need some advices of where to visit, you can always ask him. The villa has plenty of space for people to stay a short or long time during the day. The swimming pool is really nice, as is the rest of the outside and of the inside. Everything was clean. There is really no bad point.

Tomislav was een bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als wij iets aangaven bij Tomislav ondernam hij direct actie. Zelfgemaakte wijn en olijfolie gekregen! Het is een heerlijk huis dat rustig gelegen is op 5 min afstand van Zadar met de auto. Wel wespen rond het zwembad. Achter het huis staan vijgenbomen waar we elke dag heerlijke verse vijgen van hebben geplukt voor ontbijt en lunch. Zelfs vijgen jam gemaakt. Prima uitgeruste keuken.

Sehr abgeschieden, daher aber auch sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner Pool und Außenbereich im Allgemeinen. Schöne Innenräume mit allem, was man braucht. Kommunikation lief ebenfalls reibungslos.

Die Unterkunft bei Tomislav hat uns sehr gefallen! Wir hatten guten Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und konnten sogar früher die Villa beziehen. In dieser Villa ist man ganz allein und hat keine Häuser um sich rum, also absolut geeignet um sich zu Erholen oder eine Party zu schmeissen. Tomislav war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean and the pool was stunning and the cleanest we've ever seen. Tomislav was a fantastic host, he left us welcome drinks and a few essentials when we got there which was a lovely touch. The views are incredible, it's secluded and private so you feel like you are away from everything but you are actually very close to Zadar. The perfect place to get away from it all and relax. We could have spent the whole time at the villa it was so nice but there is so much to see and do and Tomislav helped us with recommendations for places to see and eat and his communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend visiting the national parks and Dugi Otok island for Saharun beach it was beautiful. Incredible holiday, we were so sad to leave and will definitely be back!! Thank you for making our holiday so special :)
