This spacious villa is situated in a small village called Lisičić, near Benkovac city. It is located on a secluded area with just a few neighbors surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Complete privacy is provided.
Villa consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, sauna, jacuzzi and a game room. For those who want to stay active on their holiday there is a gym. All you could hope for, for a relaxed and fun vacation. It can accommodate up to 12 people.
Exterior is very spacious with large swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a barbecue with stone table where you can enjoy in traditional Dalmatian specialties.
For little ones there is a big playground.
The nearest beach is located in Karin Donji. You have opportunity to experience the old way of life through meals, wine and customs of our hospitable people. Visit the famous vineyards and treat yourself with the pleasure of tasting top quality wines.

Absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Lovely hosts - perfect for our family holiday. Had the most wonderful time in this gorgeous villa. The table tennis table and pool table were an excellent bonus! Pool beautiful and clean, plenty of places to keep cool as the weather was extremely warm. Perfect for a big group - there were 11 of us.

Brendan, June 11th, 2023The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.
One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. But not hat comes along with very nice view and hardly any traffic so perfectly to relax. We enjoyed it a lot and the hosts were very friendly and always fast in their communication. Well done!

Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann sie auch problemlos erreichen wenn ein Problem auftritt. Also wir zwölf können dieses Objekt mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit.
