Der Aufenthalt bei Tomislav war wirklich angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und freundlich, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Lage und den komfortablen Schlafbereich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We've never had anything like this before :) In Benkovac, about 10km away, you can get everything you need and have a nice meal. 30km to the beach was also ok for us. A spacious & well equipped villa located in a peaceful rural location. Great outside space that’s well landscaped; Has maintained gardens, a lovely pool, excellent bbq & a great games room for teenagers. The owners are lovely & were very attentive to our needs. Ivana, Marko & family were very welcoming & engaging.

The villa was fabulous, very clean and well equipped. We all loved the pool and the games room where we went for a round of table tennis or table football! We loved eating on the balcony area, where we could watch the beautiful sunsets and the seating by the pool. The children spotted the tortoise in the garden. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, they were also very responsive over message with recommendations of the area etc. We had a really enjoyable stay.

It was very hot during our stay, but there was air conditioning everywhere inside, so it was still nice and cool to sleep. Outside there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. The owners are very friendly. Smooth communication and the woman was so kind to provide water, juice and something tasty to eat upon our arrival. The cottage is a bit remote (we knew that beforehand) but there is a large supermarket a 10-minute drive away and many nice towns and sights within a 30-75 minute drive. Definitely recommended!

We had a truly blissful stay at Villa Basil. Ivana & her lovely family welcomed us with warm smiles and delicious food, and it only got better! The location is beautiful: deeply peaceful, with the occasional gentle sound of being in a rural idyll. The house is very private, but only 10 minutes to Benkovac and a very good supermarket. Villa Basil is perfectly located to reach many beautiful places, and Ivana provided some great suggestions for day trips. The house is fabulous. Immaculate, stylish yet homely; incredibly easy to relax in and an outside area that is very hard to leave! The pool is absolutely amazing. The bbq area is perfect, the gardens are beautifully kept, and the glimpses of the little turtle family were lovely! Watch out for the baby - it's tiny! The whole house is incredibly well-equipped. So much love is poured into making everything just right. Huge thank you, Ivana - this was one of our favourite vacations, and we miss your beautiful house and country already!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Ivana et sa famille nous ont merveilleusement bien accueillis ! Je dirai même qu'après plusieurs logements loués, c'est la première fois que je tombe sur des personnes aussi investies sur le bien être et le bon déroulement de séjour de ses hôtes. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée, l'extérieur est magnifique ; la piscine, le coin barbecue etc. De plus il y a de quoi s'occuper grâce au sous sol qui comporte un billard, babyfoot et table de ping-pong. Le salon/séjour n'est pas très grand mais si vous avez beau temps vous n'y serez pas beaucoup étant donné le jardin.

Wir waren bisschen früher da und durften unser Gepäck dennoch abladen. Die Gastgeberin war so freundlich und hat uns eine Käse- und Wurstplatte und etwas Brot in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Der Pool war wunderbar und Nachts sehr schön beleuchtet. Wir haben gegrillt und es war sehr einfach und eine schöne Ambiente. Gerne weiterzuempfehlen!

Sehr schön ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles gut mit dem Auto Erreichbar. Haus und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber wohne ca 45 Minuten entfernt, waren aber immer erreichbar und hilfreich mit vielen Tipps. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vermieter einfach und schnell zu kontaktieren, waren immer sehr höflich zu uns und bereit uns zu helfen. Es habe ebenfalls ein schönes Willkommens Geschenk. 5⭐️!

The house of Ivana was everything we wished for. It was THE place to chill and have a wonderfull holiday. We enjoyed our days with chilling and sitting around the pool. The kitchen had a great (and probably new) equipment to cook and everything we need. Also was there in the living room and place to have diner inside or outside om the balcony. And the best place to have diner was outside behind the pool by the bbq place. We and the kids loved the room to play table tennis, pool or table football. We chilled there also in daytime because it was so cool inside. The rooms were very clean and pacefull. We had enough space for two families with are teenage kids. If you like to go to the beaches is around 30 minutes drive by car. With a nice village to buy icecream and souvenirs. The villa is situated in a small quiet village. Opposite the villa is a small church. Unfortenately it rings his bells early in the morning around 6am. The villa for is was great! Ivana and family Thank you so much for everything. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in villa Almond. Als je op zoek bent naar rust en ontspanning is dit de ideale plek, toch ben je ook op 30minuten aan de zee! De villa is voorzien van alle comfort en materiaal dat je nodig hebt en het zwembad is fantastisch. De eigenaars zijn ook fantastische mensen en zijn steeds bereikbaar voor alle vragen, een echte aanrader!!!

Haus, Garten und Pool total klasse und gepflegt, dir Vermieter sind voll nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderfull holiday in this beautifull house: You have everything you need!. A beautifull pool and just next to the pool a nice place to BBQ to have lunch and diner! Really quiet and peacefull area with the church next door. Lovely owners who are really helpfull and very very kind. It is a beautifull place to discover the zadar region and KRKA park. Beautifull country, beautifull house and lovely people. Thanks a lot Ivana ( and boys :) for our wonderfull stay.

Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside there is a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A little further on is a general playground, basketball court, etc. The private swimming pool is of course really enjoyable, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. and is cleaned very regularly. The beautiful covered bbq with lighting is also fantastic. Contact with the owners is maintained both live and via whatsapp. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the family itself, we were given a whole tour through and around the house and there was even a bowl of meats, cheese, bread and a bottle of wine ready for us. Ok there were some bottles of water and a bottle of coke. We had never experienced this. Questions were answered quickly and tips on outings were quickly shared. When we left, the life family came to say goodbye and we received 2 bottles of homemade liqueur and 1 bottle of olive oil as a thank you for our stay. All in all, had a great stay with nice owners.

The Villa was very beautiful and had a very nice and quiete Location. The Communication with Ivana went very well. She prepared the Villa für us. Everything was clean. The Pool Area was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Also there was a room with Billard and table Tennis. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Very good accommodation close to everything you need. We liked that the location was secluded and the patio and pool were great.

Really calm place, far from civilization. :) Beautifull clean pool. Table tennis, and billiard for a relaxing break.

Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, wodurch wir die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein offener Wohn- u. Essbereich mit einer ausziehbaren Couch. Außerdem einen schönen großen Balkon, der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad mit WC und ein weiteres separates WC. Der Pool und die Grillecke sind super schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar für Rückfragen. Bei der Ankunft wurde Wasser, Wein und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen für uns bereitgestellt. Jeden zweiten oder dritten Tag wurde der Pool mit Vorankündigung gereinigt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. Super Ausstattung. Gesamtes Haus und Grundstück sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Vermieter/Eigentümer. Diese waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus selbst liegt im Landesinneren und man muss immer Wege mit dem Auto für Einkaufen, Meer und Restaurants in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat man dort absolute Ruhe und Erholung.

The rent was great as everything you need was available for a perfect stay. The house is around half an hour driving of the principal's spot to visit. You will be in the middle of a small village. The house was extra clean. Good flexibility from the owner for the check-in hour. Ivana the owner was very kind, available and reactive to all our questions. Thanks for your great welcome!

A lovely and relaxed apartment in a true rural setting. We were treated with a local wine and food upon arrival which made us feel really welcome.

Belle maison neuve avec belle piscine dans petit village calme et cependant près de tous les sites pittoresques. Routes non encombrées même au mois d'août. Ce fut de très belles vacances lumineuses

De villa was zeer proper. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en zeer bereidwillig. Het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig onderhouden. Gezellige, rustig omgeving. Goede ontvangst en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorradig. Dit is een aanrader.

We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer bemüht dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden gleich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Getränken begrüßt. Auch im Haus war alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass nur eine Dusche im Haus ist. Die Außenanlage ist super gepflegt und einfach toll um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Vielen Dank Ivana und Marko.
