Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, gute Lage, toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegen, Tischtennisplatte und Grillbereich. Hätte alles nicht besser sein können ☺️

We had at wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The place is amazing, and much better than we expected. The house has everything you need for at great holiday, the garden area and the pool is lovely, the beds are perfect. Everything very modern and completely clean. We can highly recommend this villa for everyone who would like to spend their vacation in a luxorious villa, close to the beach, the citycentre, the bakery and the supermarket.

It was just perfect. We loved the pool and the barbecue place, we played table tenis and had quiet nights in big comfortable king size beds. The kitchen equipment was great as well

Beautiful villa with a really nice garden / pool area! All rooms were a nice size with A/C and also a really nice living room. Close enough to the old town, 5 minute Uber or 20 / 30 minute walk. Only downside was a travel cot wasn’t provided on arrival which had been requested prior for our 2 year old but Martina sorted very quickly as we arrived at bedtime! Would definitely recommend.

danke für diese tollen und entspannte Tage. wir waren vier Mädels und hatten zwei Badezimmer. Die Betten sind super bequem und alles richtig schön sauber und ordentlich. die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, Klimaanlage und alles vorhanden. der Außenbereich ist ein Traum zum Genießen und chillen. Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und nett und immer erreichbar. vielen Dank und ja wir würden wieder kommen!

Amazing stay! House was so modern, hosts were so friendly and helpful! Left snacks and helped us with anything we needed! They checked in throughout week make sure we had everything we needed! Such nice host. House was clean and so modern, close to the city and the beach and only 5 mins walk from shops.

House was even nicer then photos. So modern and clean. Pool was really nice and out door area was perfect to hang out in during the day. House was 20/30 mins walk from city centre and only 5 mins from beach or a shop. Host was amazing. Left us snacks and checked in make sure we had everything we needed throughout the week.

This place is gorgeous. The photos don't do it justice! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The beds were verrrry comfortable. I've never stayed in a more well stocked airbnb. Every time we thought 'that would be useful' lo and behold you could find it in a cupboard! The pool was fantastic and outdoor space was lovely. Table tennis was an awesome addition. It's not too far from the beach and is about a 30 min walk into the old town (and cheap enough in a bolt taxi). Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr gut, zum einen nah zum Meer, (3 min mit dem Auto, Parkplatz dort war nie ein Problem) aber auch nur 5 min in die Stadt. Man hört zwar am Pool etwas die Straße, aber nicht so, dass es stört

Es war tatsächlich alles so wie beschrieben und zum Teil sogar noch besser. Alles war sauber, alles hat funktioniert…der Aufenthalt war ein echter Genuss. Perfekt für 6 Personen bzw. 2 Familien. Inklusive Stellplätze für 2 PKW‘s im abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Jeder Raum mit separater Klimaanlage, Netflix, super Pool mit mehreren Liegen, gemütliche Grill- und Sitzecke, Tischtennisplatte und und und…

Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser: Wundervolles Haus, alles funktioniert, sauberer Pool, der mehrmals wöchentlich geprüft wurde, großer Grill, Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle, alle Zimmer mit AirCon, Küchenzeile mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Was will man mehr? Danke an Martina :-)

Everything was perfect!

Casa Teuta ist ein modern und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber! Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. 

Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans la villa. Nos 3 ados ont beaucoup profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable et l’intérieur très bien conçu également ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et le confort de la villa au retour de nos nombreuses excursions. La situation de la villa, aux portes de la ville de Zadar est idéale ! Zadar est magnifique et dispose d’une position centrale en Croatie. Nous avons pu visiter à la journée : Split, Plitvice, les îles Kornati (excursion en bateau) et de nombreux sites magnifiques à 30 minutes de Zadar comme l’île de Pag, Nin et la plage de la reine, un magnifique canyon proche de Novigrad. A proximité de la maison se trouve une plage (10/15 min à pied) plutôt bien aménagée. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre au centre de la ville car la maison est située dans un quartier excentré.
