Host:In ist sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfragen etc. wurde super schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet. Alles lief ohne Probleme. Das Haus ist wunderschön und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Aussicht und Umgebung ist einfach klasse. Absolute Empfehlung!

We hab a great stay at the villa with a group of ten. Equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and we did enjoy the pool the most. Can extremly recommend. We would defenetly come back.

Wir waren mit 9 Personen im August dort und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Ivana hat uns mit Kuchen und Antipasti begrüßt und war jederzeit für alle Rückfragen erreichbar. Basketball, Tischtennis, Kickertisch, Trampolin, Klettergerüst mit Rutsche oder Fitnesskeller - es gab für alle Vorlieben eine Beschäftigung. Sogar Sonnenschirme und Strandspielzeuge stehen zur Verfügung. Fazit: Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder❤️

Das Wichtigste vorab: Es war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, das wir bisher hatten. Alles wie beschrieben und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich um jeden Wunsch umgehend gekümmert. Man hat gemerkt, dass es den Gastgebern wichtig war, dass wir uns vom ersten Tag an wohlfühlen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir stets genug Holz für den Kamin, Grill und Pizza-Ofen hatten. Da wurde einem gleich warm ums Herz. Eine großzügige Anzahl an Hand- und Badetüchern waren vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben den beheizten Pool jeden Tag genutzt. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienobjekt uneingeschränkt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für den schönen Urlaub in Kroatien.

Everything was very well organized and clean. The location is very nice, you are within a few minutes at the Inland Sea and can swim really well there. The hostess made us feel very welcome and was available with any question. In particular, she helped us to arrange the airport transfer. The pool was heated, so we could still swim there in October. The garden is in general very nicely laid out and actually has all the equipment shown in the pictures. There is really nothing negative to report.

a amazing house with a friendly landlady. delicious biscuits for the kids and freshly baked bread. five out of five stars. We love to come back again.

Wir wurden empfangen mit Snacks und frischen Brötchen schon ca eine Stunde vor vereinbarten Check in da wir schneller als gedacht über die Grenze kamen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit leider recht schlechten Wetter, konnten den Urlaub allerdings sehr genießen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Es war alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub! Angefangen vom Empfang der Gastgeber, über den Service etc. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hin gehen. Lieben Dank Ivana und Team!

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in der Anlage. Es war alles vorhanden, was im Urlaubsalltag benötigt wird. Neben 2 großen Bädern verfügt das Haus über eine weitere Toilette. Der Pool ist relativ groß, so dass man schöne Bahnen ziehen kann. Poolbrause, ausreichend Liegen nebst Poolhandtüchern auch kein Problem. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir mit wunderbar vorbereiteten Wurst/Schinken-, Käse-, Salatplatten nebst einem Brotkranz versorgt. Natürlich hatten unsere Hausherren auch die Nachspeise nicht vergessen. Wenn während des Urlaubs etwas ausging, reichte eine kurze Nachricht und es wurde zeitnah wieder aufgefüllt. WLAN voll funktionsfähig. Smart-TV ist vorhanden. Die AC brachte trotz sehr heißer Tage ausreichen Kühlung ins Haus. Neben einem Gymnastikraum im Keller stehen für Kinder ausreichen Spielgeräte zur Verfügung.

The villa can be considered as a high standard villa.

There were 7 of us in the complex. Everything was there that is needed in everyday vacation.

In addition to 2 large bathrooms, the house has another toilet.

The pool is relatively large, so that you can swim nice lengths.

Pool shower, enough loungers and pool towels also no problem.

On the day of arrival we were provided with wonderfully prepared bacon/ham, cheese and salad plates along with a wreath of bread. Of course, our hosts hadn't forgotten the dessert either.

If something ran out during our stay, a short message was enough and it was refilled promptly.

Wi-Fi was fully functional. Smart TV is available.

The AC’s brought enough cooling into the house despite very hot days.

In addition to a gymnastics room in the basement, there is plenty of play equipment for children.

There is nothing to complain about from our side.

Gladly again on a next vacation in Croatia.

Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich von der Vermieterin persönlich empfangen. Es standen Antipastiplatten und selbst gebackenes Gebäck bereit. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft. Liebevoll eingereichtet und wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir konnten uns während des ganzen Aufenthalts bei Fragen und Wünschen an die Vermieterin wenden. Wir haben sogar neues Brennmaterial für den Pizzaofen und den Grill erhalten. Es war eine wunderbare Woche. Einem erneuten Aufenthalt steht nichts im Wege :-)

Top Einrichtung und wunderschöne Anlage kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Trabakul and had a great time.

The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was very good and nice. There were absolutely no problems with the arrival and departure. The house was in perfect condition and beautifully prepared and cleaned when we arrived. Everything was available what you could possibly need. The rooms and wardrobes are beautiful and very spacious. All in all everything was perfect and we had the best time!

La propriété est très très belle et fonctionnel, l’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille car cette maison offre beaucoup d’équipements et ce pour tous les âges. Ne pas hésiter !!!

Sofort bei der Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Es war sogar ein kleiner Snack vorbereitet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Terrasse mit Pool wunderbar gemütlich. Wir haben Pizzaofen und Grill fast täglich verwendet. Sogar das Brennmaterial wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und wieder nachgefüllt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Sofort wieder!

Ivana was a wonderful host for us, she made us feel very welcome, so we immediately felt like we're at home. She is one of the kindest person we ever met. She also was very helpful as she guided us regarding the activities to do etc.

She is always available for any help.

The villa is wonderful as well! Very very clean in all ways, which is much appreciated. 

The decoration is beautiful and cozy. The bedding are very comfy and the house has everything you can need in terms of household appliances.

I especially want to thank the Zadarvillas team and Ivana, the owner of Villa Trabakul! They are a very professional and very helpful team who always responded very quickly to our many questions both during the reservation and during our stay. We were wonderfully welcomed by owner Ivana when we arrived, with a lot of kindness, she even prepared a great welcome buffet! She lives not far from the house and is ready to help throughout our stay!

The house is as in the photos! It is very clean, very spacious, ideally located (we could walk to the beach) and we were able to visit various sites nearby (Zadar, Split, island of Pag, the Plitvice National Park ...). It is equipped with a playground, a great swimming pool, board games, a gym ... a paradise for children! Simply thank you! We will go back with our eyes closed!

Let me start by saying that we never had such a lovely stay in a house we rented online!
We literally felt at home immediately.

Ivana and Blaž make you feel right at home with a warm welcome with home-made bread, tapas and desserts, delicious!

Everything was available in the house. The owners are nearby and were always pleased to assist us during our stay. The swimming pool is very nice and clean and is periodically checked.

The rooms are really outstanding: nicely decorated and very spacious. Also the big American style refrigerator was also very handy in the kitchen.

Razanac is a nice and small village with very friendly people. The house is just a 10 minute walk away from the sea and the local supermarkets and bakery.

Wir sind eine Großfamilie mit unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen und Vorstellungen und haben schon viele Urlaube erleben dürfen, aber eine so hilfsbereite und offene Kommunikation soowie liebe zu Detail in allen Belangen haben wir noch nie erlebt. wir können die Vermieter zu 150 % weiterempfehlen und auch die Unterkunft war perfekt! wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal Gäste in der Villa Trapakul !
