This beautiful luxury villa is located in Zadar, only 2.5 km from the beach and 4 km from the center. Zadar region has a truly amazing geographical position, located in the center of the East Adriatic and surrounded by stunning nature of great variety. With its Roman ruins, art installations, and white-sand beach, Zadar is one of the most unique resorts along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, where travelers come to feast on seafood, watch dreamy sunsets, and sip cocktails at ocean-side bars.

 

Villa Nika with its cutting edge architecture will amaze you at first sight. Villa offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and is ideal for larger groups. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open kitchen with dining room and living room, and a terrace with dining area. Whole villa is surrounded by a wall and offers complete privacy.   • Die Villa ist super schön und alles sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral. In der Nähe ist gleich eine Bar, Pizza-Lieferdienst, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min. im Stadtzentrum. Die Villa kann man nur empfehlen. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten ist sehr gut.

  • Super Haus mit allem, was man sich wünscht.

    Eine sehr ruhige und doch relativ zentrale Lage. Pizzaservice 2 Gehminuten entfernet. Ca. 500 m entfernt ist ein Backwarenverkaufswagen mit sehr guten Backwaren zu super Preisen. 5 min. Fahrzeit entfernt ein großer Supermarkt. Ins Zentrum von Zadar mit dem Auto ca. 10 min.

  • Everything was great, beautiful house, everything available

    The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. We were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 babies. On arrival we were shown the house and Mrs Ines was very friendly and had arranged for us to have a baby cot. The old town is about 7 minutes by car. There are enough shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed the time. Pool and hot tub are also clean and nice. In all, we were very satisfied and will book the house more often in the future. Thank you for the nice stay

• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
