Super-friendly owners who live next door but do not disturb at all, always accessible via whatsapp for questions and suggestions. Welcome drinks were cold in the fridge! Near a supermarket where all basic food is present, up to 10min by car to large supermarket. Super quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the sea... Perfect holiday Place!

Die Villa ist schön und sauber. Der Pool ist klasse. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. War ein super Aufenthalt.

We have been at this lovely place for 12 days. It has everything we needed. Owner and his wife were very kind, and helpful if we had any questions. The pool was a bit cold, and it is pretty windy, but thats the weather to blame, and not the house and property.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber! Wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren! Bekamen sogar bei der Anreise eine Jausenplatte und während des Aufenthalts brachten sie uns Eier und Gemüse. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! ????

Everything was wonderful! The house looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was straightforward and Marko was very personable, nice and available if we needed anything. The sea is no more than 8 minutes walk away and we even had our own small private beach. We can only recommend the villa to everyone :)

Die Villa ist Top, sehr gute Lage, der Sandstrand ist um die Ecke und Flach abfallend. Auch ein Supermarkt und Restaurants in Fusnähe. Die Villa bietet wirklich alles, der Pool ist beheizt und groß. Die Geräte funktionieren alle, das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation war gut und einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Vielen Dank Durdica und Andro. Wir kommen wieder.

Villa Oasis is a beautiful house at the hill of Zadar. It was very calm with a nice view. We are really enjoyed our holidays and loved to stay there. We will come again.

We stayed for 10 fantastic days in this comfortable and beautiful villa. Quiet location within a 10 minute drive of the town of Zadar which was a lovely mix of culture, history and modern vibes. We arrived late at night at the villa and Tomislav was there to welcome us. He was helpful and easy to contact for our various needs (car hire etc). Traumhaft Das Haus ist ein Traum in einem ruhigen kleinen sympathischen Ort, mit allem was man zum Leben braucht! Der Blick von der tollen Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön... Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Der Platz war völlig ausreichend! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet sodass man sich dort gleich wohl fühlen kann. The house was beautiful. Communication with the host was very good and nice. There were absolutely no problems with the arrival and departure. The house was in perfect condition and beautifully prepared and cleaned when we arrived. Everything was available what you could possibly need. The rooms and wardrobes are beautiful and very spacious. All in all everything was perfect and we had the best time!

Excelent villa, located in a very quiet area, close to Rovinj. This villa offers anything you need for a relaxing stay - big rooms, well equipped kitchen, excelent garden with nice heated pool and nice barbecue area. Easy to reach by car and also a big garage for the car. The host is very discrete and ready to help, if need it.

Everything was great, the house was superbe and very clean. The host showed great hospitality and they were really nice. You can reach the beach by foot and Zadar is only a 20 min car ride away.

Wir waren sehr angenehm von der Ausstattung des Hauses überrascht. Sogar ein bereits aufgefüllter Kühlschrank hat uns empfangen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean and the pool was stunning and the cleanest we've ever seen. Tomislav was a fantastic host, he left us welcome drinks and a few essentials when we got there which was a lovely touch. The views are incredible, it's secluded and private so you feel like you are away from everything but you are actually very close to Zadar. The perfect place to get away from it all and relax. I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.
