Villa Silentium is perfect for families and can accommodate 6+2 people in three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and one extendable couch, apart from two bathrooms. The whole first floor, where all the bedrooms, as well as living room and kitchen are located, is just for you. It is decorated in modern neutral colours with the touch of floral details and patterns that make it unique. Kitchen and living room are fully equipped in an open space plan and are connected to the terrace that allows you the view on the pool and garden on top of endless serene nature.
The biggest advantage of this villa is the square footage of the outdoor space which amounts to 2500m2 including heated pool, volleyball court and children’s playground where fun is guaranteed. Furthermore, there is plenty of other activities such as table tennis and table football, water polo goals, badminton rackets, any type of a ball as well as board games. If you even decide to have family singing contest, you can, because there is a karaoke set. It is ideal for families because while you sunbathe and lie on the sun loungers by the pool, children have a great choice of entertainment, and yet you still have an eye on them.

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst nett und hat uns auch während des Urlaubs auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt außerhalb an einer Landstraße, ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in Nationalparks, Städte oder ans Meer mit wunderschönen Stränden.

The villa is in a perfect location for a peaceful break but with easy access to many tourist attractions. This area of Croatia is stunning- you will not be disappointed.

Alice S., UK, June 26th, 2022Der Aufenthalt war ohne jegliche Mängel. Wir wurden trotz extremer Verspätung sehr herzlich empfangen. Vor Ort wurde uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Ebenfalls gab es noch eine Vielfalt an Flyern mit diversen Angeboten (um etwas zu unternehmen). Bei der Sauberkeit haben wir absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Begeistert hat uns die tolle Ausstattung der Villa. Sei es in der Küche, bei den Elektrogeräten wie Staubsauger, Bügeleisen &Co oder im Außenbereich. Für den Pool gab es genügend Auswahl für jedermann (Matratzen, aufblasbare Tiere etc.) Alles in einem sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt mehr als begeistert und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.
