The host contacted me in advance by email and was already expecting us at the accommodation. He also lived right next door to us, which was very convenient for us. The pool was beautifully clean and was heated especially to make it even warmer. The kitchen had everything you needed for daily use and was well equipped.

A wonderful family stay for 8 people, including two children, who all had comfort and space.The house is spacious, nicely and functionally furnished, and clean. We really had a lot of space and independence, as the upstairs of the house has a completely separate entrance, not connected to the downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms on both levels, as well as a kitchen, living room and bathroom on each level. There is enough space on the premises to park 3 cars. The terrain is typical: grass, olive trees and... turtles. Very well-maintained swimming pool in front of the house (the owner came to look after it) gave children (and others) a lot of joy. You need to get to the beach by car - it's min. 3 km. Shops nearby. Good contact with the owner.

Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

Quiet and secluded.

Well-maintained and equipped villa, in a quiet but convenient location, with wonderful hosts and on the doorstep of a beautiful town. Pool and BBQ facilities were fantastic and well used during our stay.

We had a fantastic week in Zadar. The house we rented was fantastic! If we had any questions, the host answered within 10 minutes. The house was very fresh and nice! The space by the pool was also great!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage! Everything was at the highest level – the house was clean, well-kept and very well-equipped. The heated pool is a huge plus, especially on colder days – we were delighted! The owners are very nice and helpful, you can see that they care about the comfort of their guests. Lots of amenities made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The home was amazing & looked like it was newly built. It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. Everything was super clean and in order. We were welcomed by the host who was super friendly. The host was also constantly in touch with us till we arrived and was super understanding as our arrival was a bit delayed. She helped us with a tour of the home and all of the great amenities. It was actually 2 apartments, one on each floor. The swimming pool was also great and was cleaned every morning. All in all a great place for a holiday stay. My family (5 adults + 4 children) loved it and would highly recommend it.

Sehr liebe Vermieter, die dadurch dass sie nebenan wohnen bei Rückfragen oder Problemen schnell an Ort und Stelle waren. Auch per Telefon erhielten wir innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort. Das Haus ist ein Traum und es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Der Pool hat unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet :)

Das Haus war super, man war für sich und hat mit dem uber auch nicht lange in die Altstadt gebraucht. Der Pool war klasse(auch beheizt) und auch mit dem Besitzer des Hauses, der direkt nebenan wohnt, hat man sich sehr gut verstanden.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 9 Tage pure Erholung. Der Strand war nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus war wundervoll. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Es war einfach super. Was praktisch ist , ist das das Haus so zu sagen aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Zweite Wohnung ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Dies hat für beide Familien für einen privaten Bereich gesorgt und trotzdem isst man dann gemeinsam auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und haben uns hilfreiche Tipps bzgl. Bootsverleih etc.

Beautiful, clean and very well equipped accommodation where our family enjoyed their first holiday with the youngest member. Every day by the sea and yet also every day in the pool, which was great. Pleasant and very helpful owners. I recommend to all.

Krásné, čisté a velmi dobře vybavené ubytování, kde si naše rodina užila svoji první dovolenou s nejmladším členem. Každý den u moře a přesto i každý den v bazénu, který byl super. Příjemní a velmi ochotní majitelé. Doporučuji všem.

Sve je bilo odlicno! Jako ljubazni domacini. Kuca je lijepa i uredna, ima veliko dvoriste, osiguran parking i grijani bazen! Idealno za veliku grupu ljudi.
