The home was amazing & looked like it was newly built. It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. Everything was super clean and in order. We were welcomed by the host who was super friendly. The host was also constantly in touch with us till we arrived and was super understanding as our arrival was a bit delayed. She helped us with a tour of the home and all of the great amenities. It was actually 2 apartments, one on each floor. The swimming pool was also great and was cleaned every morning. All in all a great place for a holiday stay. My family (5 adults + 4 children) loved it and would highly recommend it.

Sehr liebe Vermieter, die dadurch dass sie nebenan wohnen bei Rückfragen oder Problemen schnell an Ort und Stelle waren. Auch per Telefon erhielten wir innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort. Das Haus ist ein Traum und es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Der Pool hat unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet :)

Das Haus war super, man war für sich und hat mit dem uber auch nicht lange in die Altstadt gebraucht. Der Pool war klasse(auch beheizt) und auch mit dem Besitzer des Hauses, der direkt nebenan wohnt, hat man sich sehr gut verstanden.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 9 Tage pure Erholung. Der Strand war nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus war wundervoll. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Es war einfach super. Was praktisch ist , ist das das Haus so zu sagen aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Zweite Wohnung ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Dies hat für beide Familien für einen privaten Bereich gesorgt und trotzdem isst man dann gemeinsam auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und haben uns hilfreiche Tipps bzgl. Bootsverleih etc.

Beautiful, clean and very well equipped accommodation where our family enjoyed their first holiday with the youngest member. Every day by the sea and yet also every day in the pool, which was great. Pleasant and very helpful owners. I recommend to all.

Krásné, čisté a velmi dobře vybavené ubytování, kde si naše rodina užila svoji první dovolenou s nejmladším členem. Každý den u moře a přesto i každý den v bazénu, který byl super. Příjemní a velmi ochotní majitelé. Doporučuji všem.

Sve je bilo odlicno! Jako ljubazni domacini. Kuca je lijepa i uredna, ima veliko dvoriste, osiguran parking i grijani bazen! Idealno za veliku grupu ljudi.

Don't have a single bad thing to say. Everything was great, amazing house with pool, kind owners who responded fast and helped with all kind of things and the kitchen had everything that you would need. Just simply an amazing house to stay at.

This is the perfect house for a stay in Zadar. A big pool and a clean and tidy house. Would recommend for everyone!
