Vir is surrounded by numerous northern Dalmatian islands, 23 km or only 20 minutes’ drive from the regional centre, the city of Zadar; and a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Nin. The beaches are at every turn, located next to a pine forest and surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
