This beautiful villa is located in a small Mediterranean village called Murvica, located near the city of Zadar. You have 11 km to the center and the airport. An ideal place for all those who want to be close enough to the city and the many beaches and yet have their privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Zadar is an ancient city built in the center of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage. This location offers peace with benefits of position just outside the city center. Everything is close from here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks ... If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is the place for you. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos.
Villa Dora has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and open living room and can accommodate 6 adults +1 child. All rooms are air conditioned, two of which have a double bed and the third room a bunk bed that can accommodate three children. The whole property is surrounded by a wall and offers complete privacy. In the courtyard you will find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and a covered barbecue with a dining area for preparing Dalmatian specialties. There is also a lounge area for morning coffee or evening cocktails and the villa also offers facilities for children.

The villa was amazing. The owners had thought of everything we might need and more - the outdoor area was absolutely amazing too. Really high quality furnishings throughout and stunningly designed. Caitlin R., November 30th, 2022My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dora. The house is exactly as beautiful and clean as pictured in the photos. Our highlights were the outdoor dining area with the BBQ, the pool, the ice cube machine in the fridge :) and first and foremost the warm welcome by the homeowners Vanja and Marino! The house is perfectly located to explore Zadar, Pag, Nin, etc without the tourist hassle right around, although a car is very much needed! All in all, we can only recommend staying here.

It is taken care of to the maximum detail, you will have everything you need to make your stay perfect and, in case you need it, you can be sure that the hosts will be there to respond. I could leave a 20-line message talking about all the good things about this accommodation but I prefer to summarize, if you choose this accommodation you will be right. I have spent a great week with my family and I would have liked to spend another one.
